But wait.... I should get paid to post lol

Clearly we are going to have millions of useless posts if we pay people to make posts.

If you have to get paid to post here........ LMFAO

Go play Axie Infinity... You can make $20-$30 a day
42  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcoin talk could fix the spam in one move....REMOVE SIGNATURE...Right?? on: October 16, 2020, 05:40:59 AM
Just out of curiosity OP, could you tell us how many spam reports you've made in the last 3 months?

Looks like OP has left the building. No answer to my question whatsoever, but I wouldn't have expected anything else tbh...

Oh, Hey..... BItvest.... I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess you want to keep making post and receiving money for them.... And without people like yourself being paid to post.... Then the forum would die

..... How am I doing?

43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 📢 AVA - From the Creator of the 1st PoW Coin 📢 on: October 08, 2020, 10:51:33 PM

So on ICO were sold 72 mln tokens? Are this tokens include private sale as well? Or why in total 360 mln? (As I understood rest of 720 mln (so another 360 mln for mining). But whats about total supply?

I can see why people can get confused and it would be nice to get an official AVAX team member to clarify these things for us.
From what i can gather is...

So on ICO were sold 72 mln tokens?      Yes

Are this tokens include private sale as well?  No
4.1.2 Distribution Details
Purchaser Distribution (15.96% of total supply):

Seed Sale. This sale was completed in February of 2019, where a total of 18M tokens were sold. Tokens were sold at a price of approximately $0.33 per token. The implied fully-diluted mainnet valuation of this sale was $120M. These tokens were sold to help initiate the development of the Avalanche codebase.
Private Sale. This sale was completed in May of 2020, where a total of around 24.9M tokens were sold. Tokens were sold at a price of $0.50 per token. The implied fully-diluted mainnet valuation of this sale was $180M. These tokens were sold to distribute AVAX and build staking infrastructure.
Public Sale Option A1, Public Sale Option A2, and Public Sale Option B. These tokens are allocated for the current public sale, where at most 17M tokens will be sold. Since Public Sale Option A1 and Public Sale Option B take from the same pool of 12M tokens, public purchasers will decide the final percentages of each allocation. On other hand, in order to allow for a fair and equitable distribution of tokens, Public Sale Option A2 will have its own dedicated pool of 60M tokens. Public Sale Option A1 and Public Sale Option A2 tokens will be sold at a price of $0.50 per token, and Public Sale Option B will be sold at a price of $0.85 per token.

Or why in total 360 mln? This is the minted amount.

But whats about total supply? its 720mill

Seriously though i wouldnt worry about any of this...just like ETH ico prices are a non issue even though it has an infinite supply.
I would look at the rank on cmc, the tech and the dev team...and it cant be any clearer, AVAX is undervalued.

Hands down...the easiest call since Ethereum

It's at 100 rank on CMC.....yes I agree....with the tech and the dev team....and the fact that they are working with leaders in the industry....

....it's LITERALLY an ROI gift at this price
44  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcoin talk could fix the spam in one move....REMOVE SIGNATURE...Right?? on: October 07, 2020, 11:30:57 PM
Also from the forum founder,  theymos

It's too early to get a clear picture, but my thoughts so far:

If the merit system completely fails and I can't think of anything else to replace it, then my next step will probably be to completely remove all ways for forum users to make money from posting (eg. removing signatures entirely).

Maybe there are ways for people who were making money by posting garbage on the forum to make money on other sites with easy bounties, etc. (For example, I don't know if they're actually any good, but https://bountyhive.io is currently advertising on the forum.) But people should use the forum to talk about these money-making ideas, not as a way of making money itself. Once you spend a lot of time here, you may be able to make some money here (which is great!), but you should consider this a far-off hope, not your primary objective.

BTW, if anyone has any ideas for simple things that these ex-nonsense-posters could usefully do to make money, I think that this'd be a good project right now. There are apparently quite a few people who were making money on the forum and could use guidance. Even though their past activities were not good for this forum, I doubt that they are useless in general.

I think after 3 years, and with the PAID POST spam still being a major problem....its time to revisit banning signatures

Like he said, this can be a place to talk about how to make money,  but not the actual place you make it. I agree 100%

BIGGER DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN BETTER
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Everything you need to know about NFTs tokens on: October 07, 2020, 09:54:26 PM
I was expecting NFTs tokens to really gain momentum with the DEFI hype but it seems people are still figuring them out, there are still some work to be done to make market penetration. When I saw the way MANA token pumped hard in 2019, my though then was that this is going to push the NFT niche market to a new height but things has cooled down recently

Its just the hype shifting away from Defi Into something else that's all. With all the recent rug pulls on Uniswap people aren't going all Degen into random liquidity pools on uniswap anymore. So people have just shifted the goal posts From Defi into NFT tokens now.  The last time NFT tokens were big was in 2017 with Crypto kitties. People were paying anywhere from 1- 100 ether per kitty if i recall. Will not turn out well.

I would increase my knowledge of NFTs if I were you.

They are merging with Defi.

Blockchain games adoption graphs look like a hockey stick in almost all metrics

NFTs remind me of crypto back 2012
46  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcoin talk could fix the spam in one move....REMOVE SIGNATURE...Right?? on: October 07, 2020, 04:13:42 AM

So funny.  Merit was the last try...and banning sigs are next on the chopping block

Sig spam is worse the ever

And no, we don't need to pay people to post... in order to keep this forum alive.
47  Other / Meta / Bitcoin talk could fix the spam in one move....REMOVE SIGNATURE...Right?? on: October 04, 2020, 04:20:56 PM

Can someone please tell me... how having 90% of the comments only being made to pad a signature count....a good thing for the forum.

Imagine how GREAT this forum would be if you couldn't get PAID to post!!!

Absolute trash of an idea to have sigs

Why would we want to keep it going?Huh

Remove the signature....PROBLEM SOLVED

am I wrong?

EDIT: I love how 90% of you say "there wouldn't be any posts" if we got rid of the signature spammers.
"it would be very quiet" etc.

I wholeheartedly disagree.  There are plenty of quality posters here.

The noise is all you hear.  It's so bad...that you are convinced thats all there is lol

Also,  the ADs that the site uses for revenue are fine,  and have nothing to do with signature.

I know people need money... But we can't pay people to post and expect a good forum.

BIGGER DOES NOT EQUAL..... BETTER

48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to create fake IDs for KYC for airdrops on: October 04, 2020, 04:08:50 PM
He didn't ask if  he should skip the airdrops people.

Answer the question and stay on topic

If you can't give him advice on how to create a fake ID, or don't involve yourself in such matters, like myself btw, then don't answer....jeez

Clearly the guy knows it's illegal lmfao
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 8 reasons to start playing blockchain games on: October 01, 2020, 07:27:48 PM

Many of the comments mirror the Bitcoin comments I would hear in 2012

NFTs are where BTC was in 2012, and all the people that have a hard time making profits will miss this train, too

And this is an opportunity that come every dacade or so, and they make fun of it

Even with all the innovation we see in this space, most of the people are still the same
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFTs....Let's Talk About It on: October 01, 2020, 10:54:52 AM
Are you talking about how to token: non-fungible (NFT), I saw and read some of their advantages in developing the industry as below.
Quote
What can a NFT represent?
Crypto collectibles
Digital artwork
A ticket to an event
An in-game item
An item in a virtual universe
A real-world asset
All of the above

What is your relationship with the NFT project, and how can we get more information from you about the NFT and how it works.

I think your explanation of the rules and how the NFT project works is more useful, if you are one of their team, than we have to read all the contents of the article.

NFT is a type of cryptocurrency, not a specific project....there are many

51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram is trash on: September 30, 2020, 03:21:53 AM

Biggest joke on Telegram is Avalanche. Great project, horrific Telegram. Not one negative comment.  LOL

But this is how it's done on almost all projects...purposefully.

Trashy as hell.  BAD form. Zero class
How do you say that Avalanche is the biggest joke in telegram? There are many projects that are more trashy in telegram and we cannot count them all. I invested in avax and they are answering the queries well. If there is a telegram projects that are useless and trash, those are the projects which only want to scam the users. Those projects who just hype the participants by putting up many telegram accounts. Those are the telegram trash for me.

I'm heavily invested in AVAX. Hard to find a guy more bullish on AVAX than me. My posts says it all.

BUT....

I say their Telegram is trash because they don't allow any criticism. If you don't talk about how great it is.... Ban..

Complain about anything.....ban.. And they all laugh.

Look at the history.... No negative comments= censored circle jerk

Lucky I'm not investing on them having a good Telegram,  because it is worthless

There was BTC... Then ETH...... Now AVAX.  The Avalanche project is that innovative and important. The ROI will be mind-boggling.

....BUT their Telegram sucks

MOST all Crypto Telegrams are trash.  Almost all.

The Telegram format, and the way it has evolved to be used in practice...is not good for crypto projects.

For Crypto...

...Telegram is trash
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Having trouble making money in crypto? Well... Here ya go on: September 29, 2020, 09:54:00 PM
NFTs are great to invest right now but i think they will slowly eveolve and adopt there is no thing like instant success. Even if we talk about DeFis it took a long time to become mainstream because most of these defi projects are working from 2016-17, Similarly i expect NFTs to be big in atleast next few years not immediately, that is atleast how i see it.

That's where I've always got my 100x+ gains,  where we were a couple years out and I invested in the trend before it blew up.

NFTs by themselves, still have some evolution to occur,  but Defi is here,  and their role in Defi will speed up that process quite a bit.

54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Co-founder of Reddit Bullish on AVAX. You? on: September 29, 2020, 05:57:45 PM
Im also very bullish on avax.

I have also betting on avax coins too. 10x or 20x ROI from the ico price will be a real thing for sure. I trust emin and he's a good guy. i were putting all of my hopes in this coin.

AVAX for the next polkadot. The developers were also releasing very small amounts of coins to the market too.

I salute your great confidence but still you have to be careful with a project like this because it doesn't rule out the possibility that things that are beyond your expectations could happen later, for me personally, I still don't believe in Avax because it seems like a lot of imbalances are happening on their project such as their platform that cannot be accessed and my advice if you want to invest, you better to find more information related to avax.
I support what you said but I think marks1976 dont understand that the project was supported by Reddit co-founder, Vitalik of ETH, Garry Tan, Charles Hoskinson, Alex Tapscott etc right from it presale but this dont guarantee the project success cause I dont see any new innovation the project is going to offer other than the smart contracts platform that confirms transactions in under one second. However, with what going on in crypto market where influential people advised a project don't the project dont make good impact in the market. I will advise you guys to make your own research and dont believe whatever reddit co-founder said.

You don't see innovation?

Who are you? Ray Charles? LMFAO

Biggest innovation since ETH to the crypto space.

Point blank.

BTC, ETH, AVAX

55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Quick Look of NFT, Do People Still Have Opportunities? on: September 29, 2020, 05:46:14 PM
I think first we should see the tokenization of traditional assets lile stocks, commodities, real estate and other financial products, NFTs are an even finer sector and something which seems to me as a distant thing because we first need crypto mass adoption then tokenization then defi and then NFTs in my opinion.

You invest BEFORE it comes

Partnered with Avalanche, Chainlink, and leading projects in NFTs.... Polyient Games is the eco-system to pay attention to.....
... find leading,  legit ...up and coming projects in the NFT space.

Buy low... Sell high

...Get in early

I know of 2 great resources for NFTs right now.

Anyone have any other good resources to add to the list?

What do you think of the emerging investment opportunities in the NFT space?

Resource #1

The Polyient Games Ecosystem is changing the way gamers
and investors interact with non-fungible tokens (NFTs)

The Polyient Games Investment Group(PGIG) was developed as an extension to and complement of Polyient Labs(https://www.polyient.io/) an early-stage blockchain startup incubator. Polyient Games capital deployment approach is aimed at startups seeking to unlock the full value potential of the non-fungible token (NFT) asset class.

Polyient Games Ecosystem (PGE) is a third-party collaborative environment and platform that brings together a number of different types of entities, including blockchain games, NFT&DeFi startups/dapps, and technology providers from across numerous networks and verticals. here is some projectsfrom Polyient games Ecosystem https://www.polyient.games/

The Polyient Games Founders Key, or PGFK, token sale begins Sep. 15, with a strictly limited 12,000 of the tokens up for grabs. This follows an August pre-sale during which the company sold an initial 500 tokens.

Each PGFK will be a non-fungible token, or NFT, with a twist. Using a smart contract called the “Particle Bridge”, holders can convert the PGFK into 1,000 fungible particles (XPGP). These particles will be the utility token for the Polyient ecosystem. The corresponding PGFK is burnt forever, although a new one can be minted by sending 1,000 XPGP back through the smart contract in the other direction.

More information about sale - https://www.polyient.games/how-to-pgfk.pdf for example token price 1 PGFK = 400 DAI

PGFK holders will receive rewards, such as early access to games in the ecosystem, loot boxes and airdrops, and early access and fee reductions on the Polyient marketplace. As Cointelegraph reported, the marketplace will feature a decentralized exchange (DEX) for NFTs, powered by the Avalanche blockchain. Here is Ann about AVAX and Polyient Games partnership https://decrypt.co/37141/crypto-collectibles-nft-dex-avalanche-blockchain. If you don't know what is AVAX, you can check it here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5245143.0
One of the first airdrops will be for the Polyient Games governance token, or PGT. These will be issued one-to-one with each PGFK and will serve as the voting mechanism behind the PG DAO.

Join sale you can here https://www.polyient.games/pgfk-sale As i was checking today in the morning 50%+ was already sold.

Part of information was took from Cointelegraph article about Polyient Games sale here - https://cointelegraph.com/news/polyient-games-innovative-dual-state-token-sale-kicks-off-tomorrow

58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram is trash on: September 29, 2020, 04:41:49 PM
What are you exactly pertaining about? The messaging app itself or the projects with telegram channels that you joined in? Be precise because many will contradict you (seems obvious actually). If you had a bad experience on such projects then get mad on those projects not on the medium Grin. If I were you, I will move on once and for all and avoid investing in new tokens. That's the key I think.

I'm moving past Telegram as much as possible.

Telegram for talking about collecting lizards,  or talking about different kinds of cooking recipes..etc.... Maybe

...but for crypto? Telegram is trash

The actual platform itself is not doing crypto or the <legit> projects that use it any favors. They may think so.. But the whole this is a cheerleader echochamber created based on censoring critical points of view and banning those that want honest discussion.

This may seem like a win to a project, because it's "all good", but long term, I think it's bad.

Look at Avalanche... Arguably the most groundbreaking project since Ethereum....which enjoys support from Chainlink, and even Vitalik himself....with a 100% censored circle jerk telegram.

And this is par for the course for 99% of projects Telegram groups....like I said... This even affects AVAX
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFTs....Let's Talk About It on: September 29, 2020, 04:23:48 PM
I know many people are suggesting that NFTs are the next trend but im a kind of person that will not make investment decision just based on hype, i will completely study them, see their scope or potential and only invest if im fully confident about them, i do not like to chase different projects and i suggest the same to the community.

NFT is Non-fungible Tokens

My advice is start your research with required due diligence balanced with some urgency if you want to get in early.

This is not a "project" or "hype"

This is your sign....

At the same time... Your approach of studying first is the only way to navigate crypto successfully. You are right on that point
