We can manage to find an actual solution but removing the block size cap (that is what dynamic block is) is not a solution, it is a disaster that would destroy bitcoin because it has no spam prevention mechanism in it and without a cap (that would create a fee market and make spam attacks financially infeasible) they would be able to attack bitcoin very easily and with very low cost.
And that's just one of the problems.

Cryptocurrency market is similar to other markets and meme coins are part of cryptocurrency market and this ecosystem. Technically they are cryptocurrency but with low or zero value in their intrinsic values because no utility, no actual development. In other markets like stock markets, we can have garbage stocks from very weak companies but fact is we can not say they are not stocks by definition. On the other hand, yeah, there could be meme coins that can give you like 50x-500x in returns, but the risk is very high to the point that it will likely to be comparable to gambling because you really don't know the outcome. Instead of investing in Bitcoin, might be a slow growth, but it will be steady and you can sleep at night knowing that there's not a chance that it will really go to 0 overnight.
50x or 100x in returns with meme coins are speculative rewards for degens. They can get high ROIs with meme coins but it is from speculations, not from investment if we strictly judge their activities and be strict with investment definition. People who got 50x or 100x with meme coins can self-consider themselves as genius but if they don't be calm, exit the market and analyze what they did, why they got the successful bets and don't learn to manage capital, risk better, they will lose all to other meme coins. For me yes, because the learning you will gain is expensive, and cannot pay any amount of money, you can use it for your own goods like good benefits. It will help you to grow as an investor or any skill you want to pursue in cryptocurrency.
