41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any female BitcoinTalker around you? on: October 22, 2015, 04:11:08 PM
To be honest i have been trying to get my wife, daughter and all their friends to look at bitcoin.
All these woman just smiles politely and often just say 'Show me the money, so i can spend it' ...
When i start talking about the blockchain and what they need todo to actually use it ...
They all look at you like ' Water is burning'  and say 'Pffff way to complex'
Have been giving away alot of friends a usb stick with back then $25 value of bitcoin,
everyone of them either lost the coins by scams or the coins had been stolen by hacks.
I am pretty sure most here who claim to be girl/woman are just men dressed like a woman or faking to be a woman to get benefits from pretending Cheesy
Or they are married to one of the richer bitcoin lads who have several companies in the bitcoin industry.
The only real way to get a woman to use "crypto" is to give her a debit card preloaded by men Wink
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest secret of bitcoin on: October 22, 2015, 03:14:18 PM
When the 21 million coins have been created people can still mine at the pools.
For what you ask ... well for the transaction fees and to keep the coin going
Thats not mining new blocks lad ...
43  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much do you think 1 Bitcoin will be worth in 2020? on: October 22, 2015, 03:06:33 PM
Well one thing is for certain many here still dreaming of a insane value for bitcoin.
Its ok to have wet dream fantasies too, but i think its just that a dream
My guess is that it will keep hoovering between 50 and 500 dollar for a long time.
Will it ever break that precious $1200 do not think so, my crystal ball is not so clear on that Wink
44  Other / Meta / Re: STOP SUPPORTING CRIMINALS AND SCAMMERS on: October 09, 2015, 10:08:06 PM
There is absolute no protection against anything related to crypto to not be a scam or a hoax.
Its like your wallet falling out of your pocket on the street, you should consider yourself lucky if one actually returns the wallet with the money in it.
But i promise you 98% of them take the money and throw away the emptied wallet.
45  Other / Off-topic / Re: Windows 7 VS Windows 10 on: October 09, 2015, 09:38:20 PM
I use win 10 and its pretty darn stable

You know win 7 no longer going to be supported right.... you do understand what that means do you ?!?

There are very easy toys released to help secure your privacy and do turn everything off you hate about the info gathering from giant M$
The funny stuff i really allways see is that you all go berserk about M$ but allow google to infiltrate every fracking part of your privacy without hesitate.

BTW if i look around i see kinda 60% of the people i have been for support, at home are running illegal windows.
Which mostly contains all kinda trojans and are botnets anyway and these people are concerned about M$ do the same thing as they allow google todo.

Yes those yelling nix is safer you too are allowing google and friends daily to infiltrate every part of your privacy.
They know exact what time you sleep, wake, piss and whatever else you do.

Lets be honest gun control in the usa never gonna happen Cheesy
47  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do girls use Bitcoin ? on: October 09, 2015, 08:17:26 PM
Right alot of females .... married to a guy who has a bitcoin related company
Which made the girl the ceo to have another company Wink
All the woman i know do not come near any crypto coins, they do not trust it for one second.
I hope you do know alot of people use girl names to get extra cash from people thinking with their dick ...
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Storjcoin X (SJCX) - A Coin for Decentralized Cloud Storage on: September 22, 2015, 09:56:59 PM
Cool Also, what's with http://driveshare.org/status.html? Hard to believe 10 users are providing exactly 24.41 TB each?

Its a simple ... really that are some people having somewhat larger drive storage available.
That is btw the maximum size allowed for those in the test group, you are not allowed to go over 25 TB per test address
It might be lifted or lowered during the next test programs at will by the developers
But I think its a good thing.
But your free to start up another counterwallet address fund it with 10.000 sjcx minimal and run another instance with  24.41 Tb or in reality build the 199,999 shards with the program Wink
However many think its a milkcow project.. let me ensure you its not.
The goal is to get a cheaper alternative storage solution for people to use, if you rented space like me from the large ones you probably welcome this project as well.
Time will tell which one will be the best solution or if any of them becomes a succes

Going to keep the wallet open i recommend others start doing the same instead of just doing that when it suits you.

53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: LTCgear.com, the best scrypt/scrypt n/X11 cloud mining service, Not paying!!! on: July 24, 2015, 11:24:30 PM
This ongoing disaster means if you bought the so called new shares you got double screwed by yet another scam master.
Selling at a loss means the guy who gets it can make profit because they buy at 2/1000 the price i paid... i had a few offers but those are to say the least not even worth bothering for.
I never have received any pay from the shares i got ever. So no matter what insane construction this guy makes its allways gonna be a loss.
Its amazing that people not gone berserk at this guy, as much as most of the guys here did at xpycoin...
Most of us get scammed and hardly react, and amazing still believe and hope to get any pay even though the reality shows you get nothing besides having to pay again

Well if the card was mine, i would have tried it
I am sure Wolf`would love to get his hands on the card as well Cheesy
But back on your question he did not allow me to test sgminer on the card.
Its his stuff so you gotta respect ones wishes.

The main problem with the R9 295x2 is that they kinda hard to get as well.
Even though many shops have them listed you probably end up having to wait a long time getting the card.
He order his when it came out and received it 5 months later, the sad part was that when it arrived the card was damage.
So he had to RMA, which ended in another 2 month wait to get it replaced.

My bet is on the Fury X though and i am sure better performance will happen as soon as drivers get better optimized.
I wonder if the higher speed of the HBM will benefit for mining, Because usually there is not much gain from higher speed memory.
However the speed difference is actually massive HBM 5000 Mhz and Against the 1000 to 1100 Mhz from GDDR5
Kinda already saw that might improve a bit more when HBM2 gets released, so i guess when AMD/Hynix get them working well and in high yields we all benefit.

I also game when i have time.
When i bought my 2 30" dell monitors i noticed if you run games at this 1440p they did not run well even if i used 2 good cards.
The performance of the fury x has it strong point at this higher resolutions i did not look at 4K yet, but i think it will perform well enough with that.
Nodays 1080p and 1440p are becoming common good and the next step will be 2160p.
The weird part with these large monitors is that even though you would expect them to run faster and better at lower settings, in my case switching back to 1080p .... I kinda experience it to run sluggish and performing as you would expect.
Putting it back at 1440p you have to lower your settings for the games to get them to run smooth but the other things like high quality movies and such run also better if its at 1440p
The best experience i had was when i could use a dual gpu (R9 295x2 this card is "a real monster" ) to get it all the run smooth.
With this card i could set almost every game to the max, and it even ran well with a 2160p monitor.
So i was kinda jeaulous at my friends powerhouse gaming box.
But not everyone wants to spend so much money on a single card ,and have a airco next to his game computer like him to cool the machine Cheesy
Now ofcourse if i was not married i would have bought such a machine.
But believe me most woman would kill ya if you put such a beast in the house, with the airco to cool the darn machine Wink

Hehehe ofcourse i am not gonna sell Cheesy
I am waiting for AMD Fury X cards to be delivered but this far only see prices go up because they hardly are available.
The shop where i was planning to buy at, has lifted the initital 691 euro price tag to 749 euro at present time Sad
Because i am planning to use them also for mining GRS as soon as it possible want to get at least 2 of them.
At the same time i need to get a replacement for my current nas systems because i detected the raid5 failure hit on both my nas systems.
I kinda knew it existed but not expected to hit so soon and worse it shows the flaw would be so risky.
As long as your systems do not contain the massive size as the ones i use the risk is a alot lower, but i expanded to 16 Tb on each of them.
Everyone on my team and even i thought "meh it might not hit me", well wrong it does COUNT on it at the ever expanding sizes of disks the risk becomes bigger and bigger.
So next months i will be constant looking for either a fine large ZFS nas or getting my hands on 2 AMD fury x cards.

In the meantime i am having a good time and relaxing during my vacation Cheesy

Tell me what good will it do in a country which hardly has internet ...
I see no benefit at all, besides a few for the wealthy people in africa it does not change much, it makes it easier for them rich ones to get funds out of the country... That can bitcoin do very well.
Untill i have seen what this so called good cause does i am not convinced at all
He never said bitcoin is good, as i read his posts he kinda says bitcoin is not the solution for the future.

As a cryptocurrency miner for over 2 years I can unequivocally state that ocminer and his suprnova.cc pools are my go to choice when given a choice.  suprnova pools are NOT scam pools.  This is not a paid announcement.  It is my observation and my opinion.

Sorry but i do not agree that suprnova is a good pool, i have mined at them and kinda ran either into missing payouts or hashrates not really to be what i had running.
The second thing i do not like about the pool is that they switch coins quickly.
So its absolute not my favorite pool.

Well i have never seen this much awesome development elsewhere in the crypto community Smiley
I am waiting for google play to update the list of apps so i can send through nfc tag to another phone.
This instant makes trade on any place possible with ease.
Already tested nfc tag before with my android phone and yes it communicated with a brand new LG washer.
It was a short test but it works perfect, so i guess sending with sms works equally fine.
The miner on the phone works as well, however its a LG high speed quad core which becomes hot as hell Wink.
However it shows in depth what can be accomplished by good developers.

To be honest i do not think a sexy girl picture makes much difference, ofcourse i like to look at pretty girls.
But for instance the bag of bones girls, and some of the latest so called top models look scary as hell.
Its probably me but i find them absolutely not attractive at all.
Back on the coin front its at the moment very calm on every front, i have checked irc #bitcoin channel and left it because it was absolute silent.
Saw more action into the irc #bitminter channel with 18 people than in #bitcoin with a staggering 1112 people at the time i checked for several days
