401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: ► ► ► Cryptonic PHYSICAL MONEROj for SALE on: July 31, 2015, 02:52:03 PM
Everytime I try to check the website for prices, the website doesn't work, would really like to know the price Smiley
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you own physical crypto coins? on: July 31, 2015, 12:35:15 PM
Do you like to collect physical cryptos?  So do I! I've been collecting some for a while now. My first physical coin was a gold plated Bitcoin (for only $6). Then, I've bought a physical Dogecoin (crypto chip) from Crypto Chips. However, I'm planning to buy more physical coins, especially real gold and silver ones.

If you'd like to share the physical coins you are holding, feel free to post here!  Cheesy

P.S. I will post pics of my physical coins later when I get home.  Grin

I would advise to take a look on my thread. If you miss a supplier, please let me know in a post on the thread. I still owe 2 reviews to the community of Kialara's and BH coins, but can't find the time Smiley

404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Living only using BitCoins and cryptocurrencies. I need help! on: July 31, 2015, 08:01:08 AM
Not sure about foreign lands like Germany, but places in North America are great for Bitcoin use. Many online companies sell US gift cards for Bitcoin like Gyft or eGifter. Also, there are a few Bitcoin ATM's located in the US. Bitcoin debit cards also exist, which is what I would probably do. Find a way to get a Visa or local prepaid card using Bitcoin online. It's possible but there might be a decent amount of conversion fees.

Well he can use a debit card like bit-x. It works and it is proven. Fees are on the high side but that's normal since this is a new thing in the industry.
The bottom line is that he can pay everything and everywhere in bitcoin by using this card, so it's worth checking  out.

Yeah but he needs to register himself, don't know if that is what OP wants Smiley

408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Pump Group Pump Group, Pegapump announcement on: July 30, 2015, 09:11:19 AM
Hello all
Myself as well as a few other friends are forming a pump group pump group and want to know if anyone else out there is interested. Our current pump power consists of around 35 members (and growing). If you are interested in joining please just let us know in this thread and we will discuss. We usually Pump on weekdays and weekends, but if collectively we get enough we might change to doing it more than 24 hours a day. We will be setting up a live pump group pump group pump group chat soon too so we can all talk and make quicker announcements and such. We will also be taking input from everyone on which pump groups to pump as well as setting up some kind of fair voting system so everyone is on a level playing field. For example, Ryan Pumper is a candidate as is the recently announced generic altcoin pump group.  That will come later though for now we will do much more simple operations such as discussing relevant pump groups to pump. Also please give us a general idea of what amount of pumping you will be bringing to the table if you plan on joining us. We usually work on medium volume pump groups because they are relatively easy to move, and people jump on them when they see the membership go up, which ensures we are able to exit without loss of reputation.

Happy Pump Group Pumping!

Very much interested, about 5/7 btc to spend Smiley
409  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: July 30, 2015, 08:39:05 AM
My mistake is getting into bitcoins in the first place.
Over the past couple of years I've invested and built a small mining farm. Overall I made some profit, just a few hundred dollars.
But to think about all the time and effort I spent doing all of that just for a few hundred dollars... It's almost a waste of time!

If you feel that your mistake was getting into bitcoins in the first place, then why are you still here ?
I think that you shouldn't look at it only profit wise. Sure, you made a financial error, but that doesn't mean your next move is going to be bad one as well.
I suggest you re-asses your moves, and don't give up on bitcoin as a whole, judging by a single error you made.

cheers

Bitcoin isn't here to make you rich, it'shere to make you more independant from fraudelent governments and organizations as banks....

412  Economy / Economics / Re: Did Bitcoin Ruin Your Life, Or Help Your Life? on: July 28, 2015, 01:58:12 PM
Such an extreme contradiction, I think for most people it's neither, it opens up possibiities never before thought. I think it gives a prediction of the internet of things and the future. Also a possibility to create your own niche in the bitcoinworld. Yet help or ruin, neither for me, and more like helped, allready have a profit of about 2000/3000 in 2 years, so I say helped me Smiley

I sold 465 bitcoins in 2011 when they were at $6 so I could buy a Ninja 250… I still have the bike… but I'd rather have 465 bitcoins...

(still queasy just re-reading the above) Sad

I know a forum member that spend 10000 bitcoin on a pizza in the early days....

417  Economy / Speculation / Re: Mass adoption? Seriously what would price be? on: July 28, 2015, 04:54:45 AM
I once read an article stating that if mass adoption was a fact and the world economy would run on bitcoin, €50.000 would be a rough estimate.
418  Other / Off-topic / Re: DO YOU HAVE 1 BITCOIN? on: July 28, 2015, 04:51:55 AM
I'm a new member, so i don't have 1 Bitcoin because today i can't find a good way to earn bitcoin fast. Now it's hard to collect bitcoin.

Sell stuff for bitcoin, the low days were perfect for that, high amounts of bitcoin for low amounts of fiat Smiley
419  Local / Alt Coins (Nederlands) / Re: De E-Gulden propaganda on: July 27, 2015, 10:44:22 AM
Binnenkort kom ik weer met een leuke nieuwe reden om eGulden te steunen, nog een geduld Smiley
Was dit de reden? De online cloud Wallet?
http://www.bitcoinupdate.nl/home/stiekem-naar-de-nieuwe-egulden-wallet-kijken

420  Economy / Speculation / Re: Mt Gox hackers selling off their $650 million - is that keeping price down? on: July 27, 2015, 07:01:06 AM
There never were any hackers, team MTgox fucked their customers and took the money theirselves, plenty of evidence supporting that....
