1021  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: January 19, 2015, 07:35:35 AM
Small merchant update for Litecoin, 3D printing webstore www.ISG3D.com will be integrating LTC Litecoin payments through Shapeshift.io!

The team is currently moving the site to Shopify, we will be able to buy a 3D printer with Litecoin in a few days!

Stay in touch, hope the price is close to a bottom!

The more merchants being added, without new blood, the lower the price will become, look at bitcoin or every other crypto for that matter, merchants leads to dumping...
1022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: LTCgear.com, the best scrypt/scrypt n/X11 cloud mining service, ROI 2 months on: January 19, 2015, 07:34:27 AM
I guess he is just buying time, he needs to go past 45 days so that PayPal disputes are not honored by PayPal.

Pretty sure it all gone now!!!!

If you paid with a cc through paypal then it's more than 45 days.  The 45 days applies to funds within paypal already or funds added through bank.  If you paid via a cc then you could have anywhere from 6 months to a year (depends on the cc)

No cc payments and paypal wasn't an option.  There was someone that claimed they use paypal with Chris' help.   Just a claim.

You can allways dispute it now, because hey, he didn't deliver!!!

We will get a heads up before that happens I guess? Then count me in, hope bitcoin will bounce back a bit Wink
Yes, you will. I have also stated in the OP when this group buy closes (either at the end of this month or when we hit 20 coins). Adding you to the list right now.

EDIT: Also, shipping costs could be avoided if you live near Amsterdam, Hilversum, Amersfoort, Utrecht, Apeldoorn, Deventer, Almelo and Hengelo. I just saw that you live in The Netherlands as well. Wink

LOL, Non of them are really close hahahaha. Better with mail, standard track&trace with packages, of kunnen we gewoon NL lullen Wink Woon nu in Capelle, maar wil weer terug naar Den Haag

1025  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [GROUP BUY][EU] Kialara Physical Bitcoin 2014/2015 [ROUND 2] on: January 18, 2015, 07:37:21 PM
Hey,

I wish to join for both the 2014 and 2015 edition. So 198 dollars right? I was wondering, because 10 group buyers will be attained, no additional shipping fees, except for the 7,95 right? Could you give an estimate for the VAT, when my price 198 dollars? If I reserve is it also possible to cancel?
In the previous group buy a coin was €100.92 per coin including import and VAT costs. We know from the previous group buy that we don't have to pay import costs over Kialara's because they are considered art objects, so the price would drop to €96.38 per coin. However, the euro was worth more and more people joined back then so the costs were more spread. Exact prices will be given once the group buy closes.

The calculation's we did last time:
Starting price: $990.00 + ($99 * 5) = $1485 = €1192,77 ($1.245 per €1)
Price with VAT and Import: $1485 + 21% + 4.5% = €1503,87
Price with declaration costs: $1796.90 + €10 = €1513,87

So the final price is €1513,87 for all 15 coins, which is €100.92 per coin.

You can cancel your reservation as long as the group buy isn't closed. After that you have to pay up.

We will get a heads up before you close the group buy right, or untill you reach 20 offcourse. Then count me in, hope bitcoin will bounce back a bit Wink So 1 Kialara 2014 and 1 Kialara 2015. Only one thing, what's the return policy with damages?

It seems the only exchange still trading Zeitcoin is Cryptsy, all others displayed on the Zeitcoin website don´t have ZEIT listed anymore... Mintpal doesn't exist it seems Smiley, usecrypto and atomic don't have Zeit listed..

I wish to buy a few 100K Zeit, yet cryptsy will hold them for god knows how long, yet there seems to be no other. Not a good sign I must say Smiley I now have 100K, but I cancelled the rest of my order, cuz cryptsy's not going to mint Zeit with my Zeitcoins!!!

Any advice will be appreciated. Any member willing to sell 400K @ 0.4 LTC? (0.00000100 LTC)

Thanks!
Website is: www.zeit-coin.net not .com
We are listed on 4 exchanges.

Cheers,
Ray

Thanks for letting me know, was indeed on the wrong site, downloaded my client through that site though, is that bad :\

Is there a DOGED holder willing to sell 10 million doged for 0.10 BTC? Coin-swap takes forever Grin

Doubt you'll find anyone offering to sell for 1 sat, maybe if you offered 0.15 or 0.2 btc for 10M you'd get an offer. I just got over 10M myself, no way I'm gonna dump them all, sorry Wink

The price is the price, no-one as a singular is in control of the Bitcoin market.

and who is making this price? Smiley

Buyers and sellers.

Quantity demanded must equal quantity supplied. The price is observed at the point where those two curves meet.

In Dutch "evenwichtsprijs" or balance price Smiley
1031  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: This time the hash rate really took the dip on: January 18, 2015, 12:07:22 PM
some miners with old mining rig already out from the game by now
even cex.io already halted their cloud mining services temporarily
This good news for miners with new mining rig since they can got more BTC

https://blockchain.info/charts/hash-rate

That's also the only good news about this development Grin
1032  Economy / Speculation / Re: So it Begins......... on: January 18, 2015, 10:23:10 AM
Hope not, the price we're at now feels like where Bitcoin should be.

Nah the price now is way too low, I think it should be at least 600€.. I'm loving the low price though, time to buy!

I'd like to thinks so too, but 2 factors worry me. First the chance of another crypto taking over BTC and second the possibility of governments teaming up to dump the price of Bitcoin or any other crypto to 0. I believe in crypto and am heavily invested in it, yet there are factors that make this quite risky Sad

1034  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2015 - YOUR ALL GETTING SCAMMED!! on: January 18, 2015, 09:45:42 AM
Thought that might get your attention, Here is a little snapshot of the current feeling of the AltCoin market

AltCoin section has been going wild lately and I noticed I end up posting on a lot of the Scam threads but then again, out of the top 40 threads, 25% of them are claiming something is a scam.

The next most popular category of threads are about daytrading and pump and dumps, attacking Coins followed by how to make Coins, getting into new projects and last but not least a couple informative threads. I guess this means as in popular media, negative attention attracts more interest.

I remember January of last year it was very quiet compared to this, what do you guys think about this?

What do you think the AltCoin section look like 1 year from now? is 2015 the year of the Scam Thread?

What else is new  Roll Eyes People like to get scammed it seems, just like cryptodouble, how many idiots depposited, just because of greed....
1035  Economy / Services / Re: Selling my Singature Space [Hero Member] on: January 18, 2015, 09:27:17 AM
Selling my signature space, message me offers. I'm active inside and outside of the market.
What kind of rates are you looking for? What kind of post minimum are you able to offer?

I'm looking for around .4, and the post details would be discussed.

Just join any of the existing campaigns, and you'll get a decent rate.

It's free money that you earn, you won't lose anything.
He is trying to earn somewhat more then what "normal" members would generally be able to earn on a signature campaign.

These kinds of deals will generally only work for very high profile members....if Wardrick is high profile enough, I guess that is up to the free market to decide.

It's not worth it to me to advertise someone's business for only .1-.2 a month so I'm looking for higher offers. Then posting details will be discussed.

Bitmixer.io pays me 0.035 every week, if you want more, build something yourself Wink

1039  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - Scamming Nerds out of their Starbucks Wages on: January 17, 2015, 09:33:48 PM
A year or so ago, I remember bitcoin being above $1000, the Guardian ran many positive stories. It seemed every day bitcoin had a positive spin - bitcoin million dollar thumbdrive found, bitcoin beer sold, bitcoin hoarded by Chinese. I mentioned the obvious fact - that bitcoin was a (pointlessly) elaborate Ponzi scheme, whose obfuscations and complexities only served to mask the extremely obvious truth - the vast majority of bitcoin is valued 1 cent or lower, and the only job of the founders (Ponzi leaders) is to in entice new users (dumb money) into the bottom of the Ponzi pyramid. It does't matter at what point the dumb money came in - $1 or $1000, to the tip of the pyramid it's pure profit, even if they manage to liquidate only a few bitcoin to actual money (a difficult task even in the most stable periods) they would reap pure profit and the dumb money would instantly (I mean instantly) become permanent bagholders (once a ponzi begins unraveling, the momentum is always down).

When I pointed out the simple truth (truth is always simple, unlike fraudulent bitcoin) of the ponzi scheme, I was shouted down by waves of scheming pump boilers. They all came out of the woodwork at once. "You don't understand X" "The protocol means Y" "Satoshi and Ayn Rand told me Z" on and on and on. Wow, I was shocked, I'd never seen such coordinated efforts to boil up a price. I only hope that those guys were near the original buy in, otherwise they became suicidally trapped bagholders. $300? $500? $1200? Who knows the depth of their ruination.

Moral of the story - to the founders, congratulations, you defrauded, and continue to defraud, tens of thousands of people who I'm sure thought they were very clever and ahead of the game (usually the dumbest people in the room). And to the bagholders - I won't say it's not too late, because at this point liquidating any bitcoin volume in any meaningful significance will lock up the remaining "market" and lead to an instant crash or more likely simply the termination of "market" function in totality. But you can resolve today to put your savings in actual assets valued in actual money, money backed by hundreds of trillions of physical assets, enforcement agencies, and transparent, fraud resisting systems that are continuously improved day by day. You've been victimized, but you can learn from your mistakes and make sure other friends and family are not defrauded by cyber criminals and ponzi pumpers. Cheers!  Grin

You really lack any intelligence, even though you want to act like you are.... Look op ponzi, and you will see how stupid your post is, let me guess, you own ripple Wink
