Please say something. The price this rebounding and some of us had long positions quite large, were closed a week ago? still open? Will be closed from the now with good benefits? will be ignored?
Each day that passes increases the net value of accounts retained ...

They said already... all positions were closed weeks ago.

Did they?  I've been following pretty closely and I don't remember seeing that..

Current positions will all be liquidated at a settlement price. We haven't decided the price yet, but my personal estimate is 4.98 / 4.94. (All long positions can liquidate at 4.98 and all short positions can liquidate at 4.94, we pay the spread for you.) All unrealized P/L will be settled in USD. If you don't have sufficient USD balance, we will use your BTC to settle, with the mid-point exchange rate (again, we pay the spread).

he also said that it was not decided yet, and it was unofficial information. and he didn't said that they did liquidate them yet.

I didn't even commented on the validity of his claims. It's was just to show the dude who said he didn't remember seeing it.

P.S. my PC is very secure.

But you are not. You can't buy an anti-stupidity software, you know?

Stop clicking links to phishing sites inside phishing emails.

When I say ignore the trolls, I don't mean constantly respond to them just to say you're ignoring them.

It's a curious thing really. When someone knows you are ignoring them, yet they continue to post. I can't decide if it's because they don't understand that I am not reading their comments or because they hope deep down in their hearts out of their weird infatuation with me that I will hit the unignore button after they have posted significantly enough.

You sure showed those guys.  Roll Eyes

You know it is time to go when you get trolled by the mods:)

He can't go! Who's ridiculous scammy business propositions would we troll if he just went away?
4148  Economy / Lending / Re: 60 BTC loan on: June 04, 2012, 11:42:25 PM
Woot!! Post a pic of your sweet new bike when you get it!!

Is that what it is for?
No.

Care to share what for then? Also, will i get my funds returned after the dwolla transfer is complete?

Are you serious?  If you doubt it would be better to ask first ... or even not to lend it. lol
4149  Economy / Lending / Re: 5 btc loan to iknowitsme - IBB - Islamic Bank of Bitcoin on: June 04, 2012, 01:26:27 PM
Hey Sen, have you considered donating to people like psy and bo2573 who call out these scammers and actually help people avoid getting scammed?  It sure beats giving away BTC to dishonest scum.

Nah, I'm just a naysayer troll, haven't you heard?

Plus, he's posting so brainlessly just to raise his post count that he even fucked up your thread, Phinn.

Did the bartender get him drunk then pick-pocketed his posts? He was down to one, but now has two. At this rate, he'll never get out of Newbie.

~Bruno~

I wouldn't say the bartender, but some moderator. He was up to 11 or 12 when I posted that lol

Well bitlane, I like you so I'll leave you some leads for you to follow...

You can see in this IRC log that BitcoinicaHacker used the usernames B1tcoinz and ageis on IRC http://ibot.rikers.org/20120521.html.gz

Looking for ageis on IRC logs I found some on #postfix IRC channel, which isn't much surprising, given that the dude used an exploited mailserver to pawn Bitcoinica and he's asking questions about, get ready, SASL and authentication stuff.
http://echelog.com/logs/browse/postfix/1321657200
http://echelog.com/logs/browse/postfix/1321743600

Also found an ageis on the IRC Bitcoin dev channel:
http://bitcoinstats.com/irc/bitcoin-dev/logs/2012/04/09/1
http://bitcoinstats.com/irc/bitcoin-dev/logs/2012/04/14/1
And the following that I found on #bitcoin-dev tells me that he's the same ageis on the #postfix
Quote
03:08    ageis kevin@ageispolis.net

Keep digging...
Every human makes mistakes and this dude is nothing else but human.

Now, if this helps to catch the guy, I want 10k BTC of reward lol

Most likely impersonated a reputable member to throw you off Sad

Did he? And he happened to impersonate it on some channel that isn't Bitcoin related, right?
And only him? Why not impersonate lot's of them, then?
Also, care to explain this

Half hour after the usernames fuck up. Checking if somehow someone noticed it, maybe?

You guys can ignore it but the fact is: it's the only lead there is so far.

:-(

My mt.gox support ticket is over 2 days old

I take it mtgox doesn't like Anime?

They should, being in Japan and all eheheheheeh
4153  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mt.gox bitcoin withdraw to a different wallet not showing up 50hours later on: June 04, 2012, 01:29:44 AM
Was the transfer to another MtGox account? Unless you check "Open Transaction", those are just sent to the recipient internally on MtGox.

He did say that his "other wallet" still didn't have the coins in it. MtGox account or not, the Bitcoins didn't get there.
The question is, what is the other wallet? The other wallet could be a service that uses MtGox as their wallet backend.

My other wallet is on the Silk Road.

Priceless LOL

I'm confused. I'm trying to buy some anime. Anyway, what went wrong?

Ask MtGox support. They should be able to tell you what happened.
But, FFS, don't go tell them you wanted to send coins to Silk Road, k? Grin

but my other wallet still does not have the bitcoins in it.

yes. The destination address is valid. BlockChain pulls it up but says that it has zero transactions to it and has zero bitcoins recieved.

So it seem like my mt.gox account was cleared out but the bitcoins were not actually deposited? what the heck? any ideas?

Also, I can see the transaction/withdraw under my mt.gox account history, but it does not give the transaction an id#

But it does tell you the address right? If it's the address you provided and there is no tx ID, it seems they didn't send it yet. Maybe they put your account for review.
Contact MtGox support on their site. That's a MtGox problem and not a bitcoin problem. Only they can help you.
4158  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mt.gox bitcoin withdraw to a different wallet not showing up 50hours later on: June 04, 2012, 12:14:04 AM
Have you checked the address where you sent the coins on http://blockchain.info to see if they were sent?

With so little information it's hard to help you.

I also had a dream.
My dream was about you stopping with your lame scam attempts.
