According to the 4th point in the following quote, you will need to wait for about 5 minutes to get the max faucet at your level. We did some upgrades to the DaDice faucet, Tip rules and PvP rules.
The changes we have made are :

4. Player's level faucet amount will now be liquid, that means that every level will have a "max faucet amount". This will mean that you need a "cool down period" of about 5 minutes for your faucet to grow back to normal(Just long enough to recharge your lazer rifle).The longer you wait to withdraw from the faucet,the higher it will be.
These rules have been implemented to deter players from abusing the system or negatively influencing other players.

How to earn level score faster? Why my account just level 4, with a 0.04btc deposit, total wager 0.5btc. But I see some other members are level 18, with 0.003btc deposit, 0.2btc total wager. What's wrong? How to measure level score, any FAQ to see?  We currently award one point each for chat and winning rolls. Is there any requirement for the bet size? Martingale is dangerous, if you are not lucky, you will lose everything, dude. The probability is always happening, although 10-20 lost in a row is very tiny possible.  There are many people had 10 or more lose streak because of poor luck,.
