http://edition.cnn.com/2016/05/27/politics/trump-says-he-will-not-debate-sanders/

Trump says that he is not interested in debating Bernie Sanders. This is not going to go down well with the American public. It was Trump who initially suggested such an idea, and now backing out from it is not going to give him any brownie points. Hitlery and his goons are going to use this opportunity to paint him as a coward who is not capable of taking on the Democrats.

If only bernie was representing the democrat party. He is not.

http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/election-2016/delegate-targets/

TRUMP answered to a question if he was willing to do a one on one with bernie. He said yes if it was met with his conditions. When you go to those American TV shows the guest knows the questions in advance so not to be too surprised. TRUMP knew he was going to say yes, knowing he would not do it. There is a crisis for the berniebots, not much for TRUMP. Can harpy clinton use this against him when she was the one who refused to meet bernie one last time? She can try.

Who was in need for a massive TV exposure with millions of viewers one last time? TRUMP or bernie? Who's making bernie beg on his knees for a TV show? Harpy or TRUMP? Who will still lose in a few weeks, not matter the exposure? TRUMP or bernie? Who will be mad as hell to lose against a liar, berniebots or TRUMP supporters?

Berniebots say now THIS, THIS is the reason why they will never vote for TRUMP.... He will be responsible for the lost of bernie... How insane berniebots can be? Well, by voting for harpy clinton, the one who's destroyed bernie sanders? Are they going to vote for her, or stay at home or vote libertarian?

Now after all the past controversies that was supposed to destroy TRUMP's victory, on a scale of 1 to 11, how high is this one?

He is simply reminding what a mega cancer for the democrats harpy clinton is.

Harpy is full of scandals, her health is bad, and they need to make a decision bringing a biden+warren ticket, and force that decision on berniebots, quick. It is almost too late.

423  Other / Politics & Society / W.H.O. Refuses To Move Rio Olympics Over Zika Virus Outbreak In South America… on: May 28, 2016, 03:27:26 PM

The World Health Organization (WHO) has rejected a call to move or postpone this summer’s Rio Olympic Games over the Zika outbreak.

It said this would “not significantly alter” the spread of the virus, which is linked to serious birth defects.

In an open letter to the WHO, more than 100 leading scientists had said new findings about Zika made it “unethical” for the Games to go ahead.

They also said the global health body should revisit its Zika guidance.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has said it sees no reason to delay or move the Games because of the mosquito-borne disease.

The outbreak began in Brazil a year ago, but now more than 60 countries and territories have continuing transmission.

Between February and April 2016, Brazil’s health ministry registered 91,387 likely cases of the Zika virus.

The number of babies born with Zika-linked defects stood at 4,908 in April.
While Zika’s symptoms are mild, in the letter the experts say it causes babies to be born with abnormally small heads and may also cause a rare and sometimes fatal neurological syndrome in adults.

LOL, the face on that woman is priceless. You can practically hear her thinking "I hope no one I know sees this!".

Actually I think all of that was staged and the woman is wearing that face to make us believe it's real. Reminds of the movie I love, What We Do in the Shadows, only that movie was fun this program was not.

Mark Zuckerberg is ‘dictator’ of Facebook ‘nation’: The Pirate Bay founder

Quote

Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg is the "dictator" of "the biggest nation in the world", the co-founder of file sharing site The Pirate Bay, told CNBC on Friday, as he denounced the centralization of power on the internet.

Speaking during an interview at The Next Web conference in Amsterdam, Peter Sunde said that there is "no democracy" online.

"People in the tech industry have a lot of responsibilities but they never really discuss these things ... Facebook is the biggest nation in the world and we have a dictator, if you look at it from a democracy standpoint, Mark Zuckerberg is a dictator. I did not elect him. He sets the rules," Sunde told CNBC.

"And really you can't opt out of Facebook. I'm not on Facebook but there are a lot of drawbacks in my offline world. No party invitations, no updates from my friends, people stop talking to you, because you're not on Facebook. So it has real life implications."

Facebook declined to comment when contacted by CNBC. The social network has 1.6 billion users on its platform.
Mark Zuckerberg, chief executive officer of Facebook Inc.,

Sunde is a left-winger best known for co-founding The Pirate Bay, the notorious file sharing site which landed him in jail in 2014 for which he served a five month sentence. His other co-founders were all found guilty of copyright infringements.

To demonstrate his point, Sunde cited the example of when German Chancellor Angela Merkel was overheard at a United Nations meeting confronting Zuckerberg about anti-immigration posts on Facebook.

"That's kind of what it comes to. We send major leaders of Europe to ask him to stop interfering with our local culture. How did we end up in a situation like this?," Sunde said.

"If politicians were a little bit more hard-core and actually believe in this they would be able to fix it. If we say Facebook doesn't agree with our rules in our country we are going to stop Facebook in our country. We censor a lot of things, why not censor Facebook?," he added.

Trump spokeswoman hits out at Zuckerberg

Sunde also decried the technology world's lack of perspective. He denounced Facebook's policy requiring people to use their real name, as in some countries, this can get people persecuted and makes it hard to organize political movements.

"Mark Zuckerberg is a rich white dude from a really privileged background," Sunde said, explaining why he thinks the Facebook boss doesn't understand cultural differences.

"The reason for the real name policy is Mark Zuckerberg wants to make another dollar."
This firm may have just killed the hype surrounding blockchain

Still, Facebook has been working to reassure its users about privacy. It released a new privacy policy last year that made it easier for people to decide which posts are public or private. And WhatsApp, which Facebook owns, recently introduced full encryption.

Zuckerberg has also shared his own thoughts on privacy. In Apple's recent tussle with the FBI over unlocking an iPhone that belonged to one of the San Bernardino shooters, Zuckerberg said he is "sympathetic" to Apple. The iPhone maker refused to help authorities unlock the phone.

Facebook is also working on ways to let users customize what they see in the app, giving them ultimately more control.

It is amazing how staying off facebook does cost you in a few aspects,I am sure that employers look and wonder why this guy is not to be found online, what is he hiding!
Or I have some family members I never met in real life that started to contact me but wanted me to join facebook.
I refused and the emails thinned out, which is to bad but they where the young ones in the family that never met me.
The dynamice that facebook is creating online does not matter if they think they have our best interests anymore, they are going to start stepping on people for the greater good.

For their greater good.

Sanders Superdelegates Unnerved by Nevada Convention Chaos

Quote from: Brendan Bordelon
Concerns about party unity are on the increase. In the wake of Bernie Sanders’s latest dustup with the Democratic establishment, some of his supporters are blanching.

“He talks about a revolution, but he needs to maybe define that in ways of civility, you know?” says Pete Gertonson, a Sanders superdelegate from Idaho. “He needs to get a grip on things and show us that he’s a leader. Is he gonna be the leader of an angry mob that he can’t control, or is he going to be the leader of something that will grow?”

After last weekend’s violent Nevada state Democratic convention – where Bernie Sanders supporters shouted down speakers, threw chairs, and made death threats against the state party chairwoman for her supposed pro–Hillary Clinton bias – national party leaders widely expected the Vermont senator to condemn such behavior.

The Sanders campaign instead issued a scorched-earth statement after the convention’s close, blasting Democratic leadership in Nevada and across the nation while offering just a single line condemning “any and all forms of violence.” The senator also dodged a question from an NBC reporter, abruptly ending an interview when asked if he had a response to the violent behavior displayed by his supporters.

Sanders’s defiance hit a nerve, uniting leaders across the Democratic establishment in their condemnation of his response. “I thought he was going to do something different,” Senate minority leader Harry Reid said later on Tuesday. “Bernie should say something and not have some silly statement. Bernie is better than that.” DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz said it “added more fuel to the fire.” Democratic senator Dianne Feinstein worried that the party could face the same kind of paralyzing unrest it experienced during the 1968 Chicago convention.

And Sanders’s supporters aren’t exactly rallying to his defense. Almost none of his high-profile surrogates, save Arizona congressman Raul Grijalva, have publicly backed his stance. And some of his own superdelegates seem hesitant to support the senator’s continued intransigence; most are concerned over the effect further angry outbursts could have on party unity. Many Sanders superdelegates appear loath to discuss the Nevada turmoil. Calls to several Sanders-supporting congressional offices went unreturned or were politely rebuffed, and one state party committeewoman says she won’t speak about the issue until after her upcoming reelection.

Others are refusing to take sides....

http://www.nationalreview.com/article/435647/bernie-sanders-delegates-worried-nevada-convention-chaos

And have a looky at this quote: '“I think a lot of this is really overblown,” says Rich Cassidy, a Sanders superdelegate from Vermont. “There are millions of people supporting Bernie Sanders, and some of them have extreme views and extreme ways of expressing their views. And you can’t be held accountable for what the most extreme people who happen to be your supporters do.”'
^^^Take it away, folks. Wink

The thing you may not know is bernie sanders has a very bad temper. The berniebots represent him very well. He does not know how to keep his cool when he loses it. He wants a total chaos because, as a good leftist he is, he believes he will be the one raising from the carnage like a phoenix in the end.

Bernie Sanders was "Unbelievably Abusive" to Employees
"They say I can be a real son of a bitch. They say I can be nasty"

This is typical enough. Ralph Nader and Michael Moore both generated plenty of horror stories from the people who worked for them. Working for lefties is a miserable experience.

Though Sanders has spent much of his life fighting for working Vermonters, they say he mistreats the people working for him.

"As a supervisor, he was unbelievably abusive," says one former campaign staffer, who claims to have endured frequent verbal assaults. The double standard was clear: "He did things that, if he found out that another supervisor was doing in a workplace, he would go after them. You can't treat employees that way."

Do as I say, not as I do is typical on the left. Bernie Sanders cares about working people the way Ted Kennedy cared about women. And here's what it was like working for Bernie.

Criticism of Sanders' leadership abilities is nothing new. Steve Rosenfeld, a former Vermont journalist who served as Sanders' press secretary during his 1990 House campaign, wrote a book about his first successful statewide bid. In Making History in Vermont, Rosenfeld levels a tough assessment at his former boss, who passed him over for a congressional job at the campaign's end.

"At his best, Sanders is a skilled reader and manipulator of people and events," Rosenfeld wrote. "At his worst, he falls prey to his own emotions, is unable to practice what he preaches (though he would believe otherwise) and exudes a contempt for those he derides, including his staff."

Rosenfeld quotes Sanders himself in the book as saying, "Some people say I am very hard to work with. They say I can be a real son of a bitch. They say I can be nasty, I don't know how to get along with people. Well, maybe there's some truth to it."

FACT CHECK: Mostly True. Also working for Bernie Sanders was a lot like working for a crazy celebrity.

Even outside his staff, Sanders is well known in Vermont as a serious micromanager. Stories are legion of his calls to campaign aides en route to events to harangue them about the number of hot dogs and buns they'd bought.

According to Sanders' former Senate staffer, his tendency to micromanage often hobbled the office's work.

"Everything was done at the last second," that person said. "He made all the decisions."

Clearly the guy you want running the country.

429  Other / Politics & Society / Facebook Page Touts ‘Health Benefits’ of Islamic Female Genital Mutilation on: May 27, 2016, 05:19:32 PM

Perhaps the gatekeepers of Facebook should take a break from ensuring that no dissident conservative news items pollute the feeds of good digital citizens and take a stern look at the new community page promoting the “health benefits” of Islamic female genital mutilation.

Foreign Desk News reports the mission statement for the page is to “clear misconceptions of the Islamic practice of female circumcision and counter misinformation against it.”

Part of that agenda is, of course, an effort to replace the term “female genital mutilation” with “female circumcision.”

Also unsurprisingly, the page’s offerings are served up with a side order of anti-Semitic paranoia. For example, one post spotlighted by Foreign Desk News is titled “Female Circumcision – The Hidden Truth: How Misogynists and Feminists are feeding upon each other to denigrate an Islamic practice that brings untold benefits to women.”

The author claims that these health benefits have been “overlooked to conform to Islamophobic sentiments expressed by a largely Jewish controlled media,” which is naturally far less critical of male circumcision because “male circumcision is a Jewish practice and female circumcision is not.”

There are even infographics touting both the alleged health benefits and religious justification for FGM, which the page assures women is part of their duty to both Allah and their husbands:

The Facebook page even asserts that men contract oral cancer by engaging in certain sexual activities with women who have not been circumcised.

As of press time, the Facebook community page has not been taken down.

Foreign Desk News reports that another post approvingly links to an e-book on “safe female circumcision” by a doctor in Sudan. Women looking for medical opinions from a more reputable source should know that the World Health Organization recognizes no known health benefits from FGM, instead considering it “a violation of the human rights of girls and women.”

“Procedures can cause severe bleeding and problems urinating, and later cysts, infections, as well as complications in childbirth and increased risk of newborn deaths,” warns WHO, which “strongly urges health professionals not to perform such procedures.”

WHO notes that the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution on the elimination of female genital mutilation in 2012. Later this year, WHO plans to publish a set of guidelines for managing health complications from female genital mutilation, “to support health care professionals in their care to girls and women that have undergone FGM.”

As it happens, Nigeria just held a summit on eliminating the practice of female genital mutilation, which resolved to “increase community awareness and knowledge on the health hazards associated with FGM.”

One of the major obstacles addressed at the Nigerian summit was the need to provide professional female circumcision experts with alternative means of earning their livelihoods.

“They do it for money, it’s their livelihood. They’ll tell you it’s what keeps my family, it’s what I use in training my children and feeding,” nurse Gift Abu, an anti-FGM activist, explained to the Premium Times of Nigeria. “So money is very important for those who don’t have what to do. Some of them don’t have any other thing they are doing apart from circumcision. It’s like a profession to them. So leaving the practice, it’s like where will they start from?”

Abu estimated that roughly 70 percent of circumcisers in Nigeria had been persuaded to halt the practice. She added that activists were attacking the demand side of the problem as well, contesting the widespread belief among Nigerians that young girls will be less promiscuous if they are subjected to the procedure.

Trump's Decision To Debate Sanders In California Is His Most Genius Move Yet

If the Trump/Sanders debate proceeds as planned in California, you’re about to witness one of the most important moments of a 2016 general election that hasn’t even begun yet. To say such a debate would be an unmitigated disaster for Hillary Clinton would be the understatement of the century. Let’s explore why.

First of all, Hillary Clinton outright rejected a debate request from Bernie Sanders ahead of the June 7th California primary. Given Sanders’ recent momentum, as well as her need to persuade a significant number of his supporters to back her in November; such a denial was not only arrogant, it was highly insulting to voters in America’s largest state. From team Clinton’s perspective there was little upside to agreeing to a debate, versus easily manageable downside from a few days of negative media coverage.

Or so they thought…

The above strategic thought process would’ve worked in almost every other election season and against any other candidate. Unfortunately for her, it doesn’t work in 2016, and it certainly doesn’t work against Donald Trump.

Trump understands human nature as well as anyone I’ve ever observed. He’s also likely the most skilled natural politician of my lifetime, with perhaps the exception of Bill Clinton in his prime. Under conventional thinking, Trump would also certainly deny a Sanders debate request for the same reasons Clinton declined it. There’s little to gain in publicly battling a guy with nothing to lose, and you’ve already wrapped up the Republican nomination anyway. That said, Trump is far too savvy to fall victim to such straightforward thinking. He understands that debating Sanders in California ahead of the primary presents a once in a lifetime opportunity to embarrass and belittle Clinton in front of the whole world before the general election even begins.

Think about it for a second. Who cares what happens during the debate itself. Think about what the media will be saying. Think about how weak, irrelevant and stupid a Trump/Sanders contest will make Hillary Clinton look. As the largest state in the union heads to the voting booths Hillary Clinton can’t be bothered to have a discussion with Bernie Sanders, yet Donald Trump is more than willing. I can see the headlines already:

    Hillary MIA in California?

Where in the World is Hillary?

Hillary Nowhere to be Found in California Primary.

You get the point. Trump will appear Presidential, while Hillary will look like a discredited Goldman Sachs crook hiding from a 74-year-old socialist. Which, by the way, is exactly what she’s doing.

Naturally, the whining hordes of Clinton sycophants and paid online trolls who don’t think they should have to work to secure the Presidency, will bitch and moan at Sanders. They’ll blame him for all her problems, when the truth is this disaster, like most of her disasters, is entirely of her own making. Hillary Clinton was offered the opportunity to debate Sanders in California. She declined. You can’t blame Trump for jumping on the opportunity to make her look extraordinarily stupid. That’s just politics.

REPUBLICAN PARTY Sets Primary Turnout Record – 28 Million Votes with 5 States Left

The AP and Real Clear Politics today reported that Donald Trump surpassed the number of delegates needed to win the Republican nomination for President. With the delegates awarded from his win Tuesday in the state of Washington and additional delegates reporting predominantly in Pennsylvania and North Dakota, Trump surpassed this magic number today.

The Republican Party started the year with 17 bona fide candidates in the race. This was more than any major party ever. In spite of this, Trump has now accumulated 57% of all Republican delegates to date and enough to win the nomination. (Note that the Green Papers website has yet to record Trump going over the top.)

As of today 45 Republican state elections and 44 Democrat state elections have taken place. Trump leads Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders in state wins with 31 and in primaries with 28. He’s won 69% of the state elections to date.

Trump has received more than 11 million votes to date in the state elections according to www.thegreenpapers.com. This is 42% of all Republican votes received to date.

The Republican Party has set a party record this year in pre-convention state election turnout with over 28 million votes to date which is 136% of the record high voter turnout in 2008.  That’s four million more votes than the Democratic primary race this year.

There are five states left to vote including California.

This increase in votes can be attributed to Donald Trump.

House Kills Transgender Bill After Moderate Republicans Panic

WASHINGTON—The full U.S. House of Representatives swats down a transgender measure, just hours after 43 Republicans voted for a Democratic amendment that would have forced transgender rules on all 50 states, and disqualify faith-based groups including the Salvation Army from doing business with the federal government.

Last night, 43 Republicans in the House voted for an amendment offered by Democrat Sean Maloney of New York, inserting in H.R. 5055, the Energy and Water Appropriations Act for 2017, a provision making the White House’s transgender policy part of federal law. The amendment passed 223-195 only because of these Republican defections.

Public backlash in the hours after that vote has been nationwide in scope and passionate in intensity. This morning most of those Republicans whipsawed to fall in line with their party base in opposing their own measure, joined by many moderate Democrats surprised as the fury the transgender amendment created. The amended appropriations crashed and burned on the House floor, failing by a vote of 113-305.

This saga began when President Barack Obama signed Executive Order 13672 on July 21, 2014. His order illegally changed federal law by forbidding any private organization from receiving a business contract with the federal government unless it agrees to adopt liberals’ homosexual and transgender agenda (that a person can require others to treat a man as a woman, or a woman as a man, if that person identifies with the opposite sex).

Executive Order 13672 also required all federal agencies to adopt these policies on sexual orientation and gender identity for all hiring and personnel matters.

This issue burst onto the national scene in recent months. For more than a year, the LGBT Left has pushed city ordinances nationwide making these policies the law in those cities.

Then on May 13, 2016, the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) at the U.S. Department of Education (DOEd) issued a letter informing local schools that unless they adopt a transgender policy, they can lose all federal funding, because the Obama administration regards those schools as violating Title IX of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

As Breitbart News reported on the effect of OCR’s policy:

In other words, if a 17-year-old boy says that he now identifies as a girl, and wants to use his high school girls’ shower at the same time that a 15-year-old girl is showering in that same shower room, and the school does not allow the boy to share the shower with the girl, then the federal government can strip that high school of federal funding.

The Obama administration’s directive has stirred a great deal of controversy.

In the midst of it, North Carolina passed a bill requiring people to use public restrooms that match the sex listed on their birth certificate, reaffirming that the state would adhere to the definition of “sex” used by the entire world for more than 5,000 years, a bill against which the political Left organized opposition nationwide.

Obama’s U.S. Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against North Carolina, accusing it of violating not just the Civil Rights Act’s Title IX, but Title VII as well (saying that employers that decline to recognize someone’s gender identity—including calling male employees “she” and female employees “he” when those employees insist—are engaging in “sex discrimination”).

Even though North Carolina law provided a procedure where a person could change the sex on their birth certificate, and so HB2 did not make it impossible for people to use the bathroom of the sex they identified with. But the attacks have continued regardless, allies of Obama and Hillary Clinton have demonized the measure as a form of discrimination.

North Carolina responded with a lawsuit of its own. Then yesterday, eleven additional states likewise sued the federal government, raising numerous legal arguments and challenging the constitutionality of Obama’s actions.

Had H.R. 5055 become law, it would have guaranteed that the states would lose most of the issues in their lawsuit, leaving only a couple legal arguments remaining, arguments with only an uphill chance of success.

When Maloney’s amendment passed last night, Family Research Council President Tony Perkins condemned the move, saying, “Congress should not allow the government to punish faith-based contractors, like the Salvation Army, that work and hire in accordance with their First Amendment freedoms.”

In the same statement, Perkins praised a separate amendment offered by Rep. Bradley Byrne in the National Defense Authorization Act, which would safeguard religious liberty.

Phones were ringing off the hook on Capitol Hill, and the bill’s supporters beat a hasty retreat this morning.

“We are very pleased that this bill has been soundly defeated due to the Maloney Amendment,” Concerned Women for America CEO Penny Nance exclusively told Breitbart News after the stunning defeat of the amended bill.

“But to think that 43 Republicans would join President Obama to promote transgenderism and force the marginalization of our Christian beliefs is appalling,” Nance added. “So you can rest assured that the effects of this vote will continue to be felt as we move forward.”

Hundreds of people gathered in Oak Brook Wednesday for the third consecutive year for a demonstration and march for a $15 an hour minimum wage and rights to form a union for employees of fast food restaurants.

Oak Brook has been chosen for the protest because it is home to McDonald’s headquarters, said representatives of the Service Employees International Union, which has organized the demonstrations.

The 2016 protest was scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday when McDonald’s is hosting its annual shareholders meeting.
