Amazing! This is a very useful table for bounty hunters like me because we know that searching for the right and good project in Altcoin Bounties and Ad-campaigns board is quite a daunting task. So, really this a great help. Thanks a lot, dude. 🙂

great. My biggest difficulty is finding a suitable campaign. With your statistics I can easily choose. Thanks for the useful post

423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My country banned bitcoin. What I can do ? on: June 06, 2018, 06:11:30 AM
I love bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. I feel more comfortable doing so and will do whatever that I can to support it. Now tell me how can I work with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies? Although it is illegal in my country.

My country Bangladesh.

Apologies if this is not the right place to discuss.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, I know that cryptocurrency use in Bangladesh is illegal and/or prohibited thus anyone caught using it could be jailed under the country's strict anti-money laundering laws. But still, its usage and crypto trading remains unabated despite the prohibition there are news reports that say bitcoins are being traded in Bangladesh through banks, and other methods of mobile banking and this one is an example, https://localbitcoins.com/country/BD

424  Bitcoin / Press / [2018-06-03] John McAfee Releasing a Physical Cryptocurrency on: June 05, 2018, 10:40:35 AM
Eccentric cybersecurity pioneer and initial coin offering (ICO) promoter John McAfee says that he is releasing a physical cryptocurrency called the “McAfee Redemption Unit” (MRU).

The currency, announced on Twitter and confirmed by McAfee in a subsequent interview with regional outlet Crypto-News India, appears to be distinct from McAfee Coin, which launched last year to little market demand and appears to no longer have a working website.

The physical notes come in seven denominations, ranging from 1 to 500 MRUs. Four of the notes feature pictures of McAfee in various stages of undress, including one in which he is surrounded by women, his nose covered in white powder (it’s a screenshot from this video). The other three MRU notes feature pictures of Bitmain founder Jihan Wu, cryptocurrency entrepreneur Brock Pierce, and Bitcoin.com owner (and Bitcoin Cash promoter) Roger Ver. It’s not clear if these three figures gave their consent to have their likenesses featured on MRU notes.

425  Bitcoin / Press / [2018-06-05] Russian Court Overturns 2016 Cryptocurrency Media Ban on: June 05, 2018, 09:25:40 AM
A city court in St. Petersburg, Russia, has overturned a decision made by a district court in 2016 that effectively blocked cryptocurrency media site bitcoininfo.ru for the country's inhabitants.

The decision came about after the court received an order from Russia's Supreme Court in April to review the case, as previously reported by CoinDesk.

"The St. Petersburg City Court quashed the decision of the district court to recognize the information posted on the Bitcoininfo.ru website," the city court was quoted as saying in a Tass report Tuesday.

The website's owner told the news agency that the St. Petersburg city prosecutor's statements disclosed that about 100 cryptocurrency media sites had been blocked following the ruling.

426  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-03-06] South Africans Instructed to Pay Tax on Bitcoin on: June 05, 2018, 09:05:17 AM
In my country, cryptocurrencies, and bitcoin usage are allowed and we have Bitcoin ATMs here...and even if we convert Bitcoins to fiat, however big it would be the government don't tax it... more so to retired individuals.
So let's say you buy Bitcoin at $7000 to later on sell it for fiat at $10,000, you don't have to pay one single penny in tax? I highly doubt that.

I can spend my Bitcoins in order to get rid of my tax liabilities (as long as it is before every first of January), and it's all legal, but that doesn't apply to anything related to fiat. As soon as you start dealing with fiat, you are subject to a whole variety of regulations that only work out in your disadvantage. I find it hard to believe that there is a government not taxing Bitcoin in that way, especially when you sell for a higher price.

You have to report ALL income to the tax man!
You heard that peeps, feed the elite!

Yes, I didn't pay a single cent tax. Just this 1st week I withdraw from my coins.ph* wallet a small amount of BTC worth 120,787.66 Php (2,304.23USD) they just charge me fees but not tax.

*Coins.ph is a mobile wallet where Filipinos make online payments, load beep™ cards, and buy bitcoin. Available on web, Android, and iOS.

~snip~

You have to report ALL income to the tax man!

Maybe in your country but not here in the Philippines and other countries as well, as there are many countries that don't tax Bitcoin and other cryptos and you can simply google it.

Reserved Filipino Translation

 Please before reserve:

Note that the applicant also must be ready to translate masternode guide and regularly update ANN as news are happening.
Applicants able to post in other crypto forums as well are desired

Good news, MRI is already reserved by 2 exchanges, and we are contacting the rest to confirm that MRI is ready, as is being waited for a while

Well, honestly I have to admit I'm not familiar with the masternode, my guess is it's something technical and so, maybe it's difficult to translate it in our language. Please, disregard my reservation. Good luck with your very interesting project.

429  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-03-06] South Africans Instructed to Pay Tax on Bitcoin on: June 04, 2018, 06:39:02 AM
Why is this news? Everyone knows that you have to declare all income to the tax authorities, no matter what income it is. If you do not declare the income and they audit you, then you will pay penalties or you will be thrown in jail.

A lot of people seem to think that the lack of regulation, give them a reason not to declare their Bitcoin income and they are very wrong. You have to report ALL income to the tax man!

I think it all depends on countries that you live on. In my country, cryptocurrencies, and bitcoin usage are allowed and we have Bitcoin ATMs here...and even if we convert Bitcoins to fiat, however big it would be the government don't tax it... more so to retired individuals.

430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Chances of ethereum overtaking bitcoin on: June 04, 2018, 06:23:31 AM
As you have noticed bitcoin started to slide down on 10 May 2018 at $9000 mark and did not recover since then. Now, my question is, Is there a chance for Ethereum to overtake Bitcoin?

Discuss.
431  Bitcoin / Press / [2018-06-04] Another Cryptocurrency Experiences 51% Attack on: June 04, 2018, 06:14:03 AM
According to the official ZenCash blog, at approximately 2:43 UTC on June 3rd, ZenCash became the target of a 51% attack.

For the uninitiated, a 51% attack is when a malicious person or group takes control of a blockchain through obtaining over 50% of the hashrate, allowing for the hacker(s) to take control of the network.

However, ZenCash’s team was ready for a situation like this to occur.

The team quickly initiated an investigation on the hashrate distribution to confirm that it was, in fact, a 51% attack. While hash rates were being investigated, other members of the ZenCash team simultaneously contacted exchanges to increase confirmation times to help mitigate the risk of a double-spend.

Once the investigation was finished, the ZenCash team still found that there were two double-spent transactions. This meant that the hacker, whoever it was, was permitted to spend their 19,000 ZenCash two times, effectively doubling the worth of their ZenCash.

How Did This Happen?

432  Bitcoin / Press / [2018-03-06] South Africans Instructed to Pay Tax on Bitcoin on: June 04, 2018, 06:04:07 AM
South Africa has joined a growing list of countries that expect citizens to pay income tax on their cryptocurrency earnings.

The South African Revenue Service (SARS) released a statement today, April 6, 2018, making it clear that, even though the country does not consider cryptocurrencies legal tender, you still have to pay taxes on the gains.

That means that anyone who is paid for goods or services in bitcoin must declare that just as they would ordinary income. Also, traders who make money buying cryptocurrencies at a low and selling at a high will have to pay capital gains on any profits. Further, anyone who mines cryptocurrencies will have to pay taxes on the money they make as well.

433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for information regarding taxation on bitcoin in different countries on: June 04, 2018, 05:41:55 AM
In South Africa, the word “currency” is not defined in their Income Tax Act. The South African Revenue Service (SARS) don't consider cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin legal tender as for income tax purposes or Capital Gains Tax (CGT), instead, they regarded them as assets of an intangible nature. So, anyone who makes money out of cryptocurrencies must have to pay taxes. More here, https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/south-africans-instructed-pay-tax-bitcoin-and-cryptocurrency-earnings/
434  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will get legitimacy in all countries? on: June 04, 2018, 05:19:02 AM
Bitcoin will never be legal in any countries at all. The nature of Bitcoin makes it difficult to regulate and control the transactions that is being made. Bitcoin doesn't have anything backing it and the country cannot take any responsibility for the volatility of the coin. The lack of control would likely make tax evasion and money laundering easier. I can't see why any country would legitimise Bitcoin with these in mind.

I think you should need more research, there are around 70 countries where Bitcoin, and its use is legal. Also, Bitcoin (and almost all cryptos) is being taxed in some countries like South Africa, so, how can you say that "Bitcoin will never be legal in any countries at all"?. The links below are just a few examples as there are lots more...

As of this writing, nag-lalaro siya sa $7,648.24.
439  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph vs Abra? on: June 03, 2018, 02:55:56 AM
Ang dami pa pwede gamitin like paying bills and buying loads, friendly users pa.

440  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Buying Bitcoin via Gcash on: June 03, 2018, 02:44:56 AM
As title says I have some gcash from my friend and i'm looking to buy 4k worth of Bitcoin. Sarado kasi yung cash in option sa coins.ph hindi ko alam na almost 1 month na palang down yun. I'm down to escrow this transaction if you don't have any trading history.
