Nice to see the cards finally being sent out, this project has suffered a great deal of FUD by those that do not want to see it succeed, most likely coming from the rival projects that also offer cards. I had no doubt it would happen and I hope to see good things for Centra through 2018.

Every coin follows this path, too much of a rise will always result in a fall later. It does not mean there is anything wrong with the project, nothing to laugh at to be honest. It proves nothing, just the volatility of crypto in general with BTC being a prime example...

It will correct, but it will rise again in the future. Nothing to worry about.

How is that down to Electroneum? They already said that would come in the new year, Apple has extremely strict rules when it comes to listing new Apps in the store and they will have to meet all their requirements to do so. Seeing as iOS only accounts for around 15% of the smartphone market, it was only natural that it would come to Android first...before working on making Apple happy in the following weeks/months. Pretty sure Apple will want to see the mobile mining aspect up and running first.

The servers are Amazon based, they are also working on that. Something this popular was always going to have it's fair share of issues. It is not the first launch in the tech world to suffer a few issues and it certainly won't be the last. Even tech giants like Samsung, Apple and Google have had problematic launches and severe issues with their products. Give them time to sort everything out. They must be crazy busy right now, it is also Christmas!

They already mentioned this in the email they sent out. It will be active sometime in the new year. Electroneum has delayed the launch of the mining aspect of the wallet, to comply with the data requirements of the new partners ETN have made deals with. It will be beta tested before launch.

That does not make sense, the only way to get more ETN is by either mining it (which is beyond most people now) or buying from the exchange. How can you avoid the fees when you want to withdraw to your wallet? Not everyone uses the exchanges to dump/sell lol. It is the only place to buy as well.

Saying that, hodl is not the best method for all. Some like to sell a few on the highs and get more on the dips, dangerous method maybe, but if you work it well, you gain far more coins.

They have recently got greedy with the fees, they make enough money with the 5 BTC listing fee and the fee for every trade. Not sure why they need so much for withdrawal fees too. Centra cost me 6 tokens to withdraw today, they were almost 20k sats at the time. It was only 0.1 a few weeks back. ETN....10 coins...a bit of insanity with those kinda fees.

They are not all bad, I would say most of them are only really alive for a month or two but there are some diamonds among them. Look for the highly professional projects that include airdrops.

That post you quoted is almost 20 days old That time has come and gone, we already have access to the wallets. Getting listed on a new exchange will help unload the burden on cryptopia...where the orders are so tightly packed the value can't move well in either direction. I am sure they have applied to all the top exchanges, we just have to wait.

Yeah the trade fees are reasonable. They have to change the ETN withdrawal fee at some point though, as it's 10 ETN...a bit high.
