441  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: January 12, 2016, 09:11:46 PM
Gambling addiction is usually one of two things. Either the knowledge that you've won before, and can win again, with the same ease, or the "need" to recoup your losses.

Either way though, that's a horrible mindset to be stuck in.

This is pretty much it. Winners are never satisfied. Losers are always chasing. Definitely a dangerous mindset.
442  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 12, 2016, 09:04:11 PM
None of the matches going the way I expected. Aston Villa winning, United match already at 3 goals, and Bournemouth beating West Ham too. Should have stayed away today  Shocked

I thought you won something big by the way you titled your thread. Usually those bonuses have large rollover requirements to withdraw. Fun to play the games but I doubt you will get lucky enough to withdraw any of it.

That is great news! Enjoy your roughly $38k! Will be interesting to switch that much to fiat  Cheesy

Good on FortuneJack for paying out too. It might have taken a few extra days but I guess to ensure everything was fair on both ends makes sense.

Going with Crystal Palace ML, Newcastle +0.5, and West Ham +0.5

Don't really understand the West Ham line but I guess they haven't been that great Away lately. Hopefully Crystal Palace can overwhelm a lacking Villa team.

There's a penalty for United already...

If there's no risk, it doesn't seem like gambling to me. Just another game.

they say all the time 24 hours and you get the money but since 1/7 still pending

Send him a PM -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=390399

Probably best method is to contact him like that here or make a post on his thread to gain some more attention. If he's put on blast, he's more likely to respond. I wouldn't get to panicked though over 10 mbtc. There is probably a good reason. He might do manual withdrawals and hasn't been around or something.

Well Messi may have won the Ballon d'Or , but there is a whole new galaxy Cosmos Redshift 7 named after Cristiano Ronaldo who is also popularly known as CR7 Cool

Messi would have dominate all the award and title in the football eorld if there isnt any christiano ronaldo and that will be very boring but thanks to ronaldo, we can see a good fight  between two of the best football player in this century

Messi is on a whole other level. When he dribbles in space, nobody can stop him. CR7 is better in certain aspects but Messi is a better goal scorer and finisher. He deserves the award.

Madrid looking refreshed since Zidane took charge.

Well, Miami is not a bad team, so the -13.5 handicap is not safe. But I think the Spurs will win by a large margin, so I would go for Spur -14.5 instead

There was a stat on ESPN today that Spurs have won their past 30 games by a record margin. Nobody has really been talking it about since Warriors had the crazy win streak. But Spurs have also been covering the spread at a very high rate. They have the capability to beat opponents by 20+ even with starters like Parker and Aldridge out as shown the other night.
451  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: January 11, 2016, 08:32:45 PM
Always increase cold wallet holdings! At least stack and hold BTC until the halvening. Will be interesting to see where the price goes from there.

100 BTC is a good goal to set for cold storage.
452  Economy / Gambling / Re: Use Bitcoin to Play the $1.3 Billion PowerBall Lottery on: January 11, 2016, 08:29:29 PM
i have see the site, sell ticket for all major lottery but if i win 1.4 billion of $ (to the site now this is the jackpot) who guaranted my a payment? the site can withdraw the ticket and buy a carabian island  Grin

This is what I'm thinking considering the number of these "services" that are popping up. There are no legally binding contracts. If they happen to get the winning ticket (in the event they don't pocket the money), they will just take it and run with their 900 million in cash.

I'd just buy my own ticket or have someone I trust do it if I'm not somewhere that's part of Powerball.
453  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin gambling apps for android and IOS on: January 11, 2016, 08:26:25 PM
Haven't seen any apps with this capability to freely gamble with BTC or even fiat..as someone said earlier that is against both Android and Apple ToS. Most of the Casino sites can used while mobile. Not ideal but better than nothing I guess.

Afghanistan has been doing well in the underdog role. Going to keep riding them. Seem to win more matches with Zimbabwe than they lose.

All stock photos of everything with brand new accounts. Smells like a scam. How about you take some actual photos with your username and date on a piece of paper.

457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2015-16 Regular Season Discussion on: January 07, 2016, 05:56:37 AM
NBA picks for today:

Wizards +7.5

1st Quarter Magic +0.5

Pistons +4

Pelicans -5

Trailblazers 1st half +2

Good luck everyone!!

Rough day. 2-3. Pelicans laid an egg and trailblazers got blown out first half.

It seems I got lucky this night, but I guess I should consider those extra factors the next time. It would have been nice to go on 195.5+ (I did not check the odds, but probably were 3+); well, I guess if I had bet on that the game probably would have ended under 175 points Tongue.

I lost the +16.5, though, luckily I had a bad feeling about that bet and placed only 6~7% of my daily bankroll on it.

I was thinking about you when the game went over 200. Could have definitely made some good money off that. Spurs are just rolling in every aspect. Rough with the spread though. Jazz love to get blown out by the spurs for some reason.
458  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: from 10 EUR to 1280 EUR on 7 bets on: January 06, 2016, 10:53:48 PM
Consistently hitting 2 out of 3 would still be impressive if you could do it long term.
459  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spanish League Prediction Thread (La Liga) on: January 06, 2016, 10:37:59 PM
Barca is on the move again and seem like they will take liga

Who knows..maybe Zidane will turn Real Madrid around  Cheesy

Praying that Rayo keeps this game to a draw!

All my picks are for the Utah vs San Antonio game:
175.5+ @ 1.24
185.5+ @ 2.06
Utah +16.5 @1.7

I know Utah is a team that does not score many points (already lost a bet because of that), but why are odds for 185.5+ so high? (I mean, San Antonio is a 100+ team). Is there something I am missing? Huh

Jazz are missing Burks and Favors. Spurs are missing Tony Parker and Aldridge (two big point scorers for them). As a result it could be a more defensive minded game. That being said, Spurs bench still has the firepower to put up 100. But the injuries could be the reason for the lower total.

The +16.5 is a good play though.
