1121  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: buying reddit account (14 days old +) on: March 08, 2015, 11:22:10 PM
I have this kind of account. Can you please descibe that for what purpose will you be using this account?

Most likely to scam on Reddit. I wouldn't sell this guy an account.
1122  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] USA iTunes GC $25 (Buy now for $18!) on: March 08, 2015, 11:15:40 PM
I can offer $15 for the GC

1124  Economy / Gambling / Re: What gambing games do gamblers want? on: March 08, 2015, 01:43:04 AM
Haven't seen almost any good craps and roulette games are lacking as well.

1125  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have USD 2000 to invest. Should I buy Bitcoins or gold? on: March 07, 2015, 08:52:52 PM
I would wait for BTC price to drop slightly and then invest 2k into Bitcoin
1126  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: 5 Fresh Bitcoins For Sale on: March 06, 2015, 06:49:11 PM
Fresh Bitcoin as opposed to stale?

I've found that users with first and last names as usernames/emails are usually scammers. Not always but most of the time this is true.

Not to mention your large red trust.
1127  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Marcchernandez scammed me for $500.00 on: March 06, 2015, 06:45:53 PM
Damn dude.. sorry to hear all this. Fuck this guy, I don't know if anyone has reposted his work number yet but here it is: (323) 254-6125

He works at Highland Park Skilled Nursing and Wellness Center.

Once again, feel free to contact me if you need assistance with your case.

He had finally responded some time back saying he will repay as soon as he gets back from work, then again he stopped answering.

Just know that he's still scamming people even up to today. Also, he may have legitimately paid back some people, but for others he has not (and probably will not). It's okay though, there are other people pursuing him right now as we speak so it's just a matter of time.

He paid me back. Still a loss in USD terms but its better than nothing.

you should edit the whole thread now, including the title. Be a gentleman Smiley

If he does then another thread will be created, the guy is a scammer and everyone in the community should be aware of it. Just because he pays back a few doesn't mean he won't scam again. The warnings should stay.
1128  Other / Meta / Re: make all the accounts you control public info on: March 06, 2015, 04:59:10 PM
Good idea or not this won't become a reality. Multiple accounts are allowed and people will refrain from sharing their identity between accounts.
1129  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Teen coaxed friend to commit suicide, then tweeted how much she missed him on: March 05, 2015, 09:31:21 PM
This story just makes me sick. Truly sociopathic behavior.

The worst she will get is manslaughter, when it really should be murder.
1130  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Man gets life in prison for selling $20 worth of weed to undercover cop on: March 05, 2015, 09:12:07 PM
Not mentioning the fact that it is ridiculous to get a prison sentence let alone life in jail for a PLANT.

I couldn't help but think he would definitely be black before opening the article.
1131  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Saudi executions now at 'unprecedented rate'... on: March 05, 2015, 09:09:13 PM
Saudi Arabia is a place where the people want to live according to the stone age rules. I don't care about them, as long as these people stay there and leave everyone else at peace. But what is happening is that every year hundreds of billions of USD is given out by the Saudis, to spread their stone age ideology elsewhere. I just hope that the falling oil prices will stop this.

Surely the US will call for regime change?  Smiley

Strange that one of America's staunchest allies is also one of the most backward countries on this planet. Guess money (oil) can buy everything.

Saudi Arabia - The biggest US hypocrisy

Absolute Monarchy with Kings and Royal Families. Public executions. No rights for women.

They literally are one of the, if not the most, backwards regime on the planet but you won't hear shit about it in the US.

Supposedly the country that cares the most about world democracy is BEST FRIENDS with one of the most repressive and backwards regimes on the planet.

All the ex-presidents sent condolences to Saudi Arabia after the last king died. Obama "mourned" his death. There were vigils etc. What the absolute fuck?Huh?

Now, the country that initially funded ISIS is executing more people to send a message to terrorists/ISIS. This shit makes your head spin.
1132  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How do we destroy ISIS an co? on: March 05, 2015, 09:03:39 PM
Need to stop the flow of new recruits and funding first. Then start getting rid of them piece by piece.

Once they they have no money or leadership, they will crumble.

Eliminating the current leader could lead to an internal power struggle, however IS seems to have a relative loose mission oriented comman structure. Cutting off their funding is an interesting problem. Their supporters needs to be eliminated first but doing that could be an issue... Smiley

Many of their current leaders are former military men so they have expertise in these attacks and town takeovers. If they are all killed, it maybe more difficult to coordinate strategies.

If funding would be cut, they wouldn't be able to buy weapons/ammo and it would be hard for them to advance.
1133  Economy / Gambling / Re: Has anyone here ever made money gambling with BTC? on: March 05, 2015, 08:58:59 PM
Most people will lose against the Casino because of the House Edge. Even in Blackjack where you can narrow down the House Edge to under 1% you get a lot of players that don't play basic strategy and increase the House Edge against themselves. Makes it easier for the Casino to win in the long run.

That being said I've probably lost money overall in gambling. Winning streaks make it seem like it's profitable but with win streaks also come losing streaks.  In the end it is all entertainment anyway. Not a moneymaker.
1134  Economy / Gambling / Re: Unlucky Lose Streak on: March 05, 2015, 04:32:55 AM
Not even that long of a losing streak. I have seen many 10+ and 20+ loss streaks.

That is why martingale is so dangerous.
1135  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World's oldest person celebrates 117th birthday Today on: March 05, 2015, 04:22:07 AM
Wow she looks ancient. I wonder how well she can function.

lol she says her life seemed "short". Hard to believe even at that age you would think that.
1136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where are the Chinese? on: March 05, 2015, 04:15:07 AM
I think all the Chinese moved to San Francisco.

The current traffic situation would say that's accurate.
1137  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Chile volcano sends spectacular pillar of fire into night sky on: March 05, 2015, 04:10:20 AM
Would be intense to see something like that in person.

But although the fireworks display from the volcano was breathtaking, a major lava flow isn’t expected. Intermittent gas and steam continue to be erupted, although the situation remains volatile.

Glad nobody was injured as a result

I haven't had any issues or experienced other Coinbase related horror stories. Didn't realize they had a Euro Wallet though.
