Waves is strong, but the assets on Waves is very plain, many projects die there like Entel, Starta and so forth, all exchanges except tidex don't like enable waves assets trading.
It's because Waves will be THE exchange :p Looks like a centralized exchange, fast as a centralized exchange, but all your coins will remain under your control. |

I'm seeing 4500 tx/min so 75tx/second That's not all that fast. I thought Waves used Dpos or am I wrong? You know, when I see blatant lies like "It will be a huge step forwards for Waves, making it the fastest blockchain platform in the world." it doesn't inspire much confidence when it comes to invest in this coin. its testnet and they ment 100tx/s will be possible, btc is 3x/s eth is 5 tx/s how exactly is that not fast? Hello friends,. I tried searching but found nothing about waves on this forum. and is in a bit of tangle.. I have waves wallet and have few tokens/assets in it. and dont know how to use them or convert them to bitcoin or something like that.. looking for some expert advice here...  As u can see i m a billionaire  but i believe these tokens dont worth much,.. but still want to know what is the purpose of them and how i can cash them out.. Thanks in advance... Just trade them on the DEX for BTC ! But I don't think those tokens are worth something. |

This news is from whales, i guess. They just want take ETH down to 200$ to collect more coin. Dont sell you ETH now. Their dev may fix this and make ETH price up.

I have been checking out a few altcoins for investment, like Spectrecoin and Shia coin (and a few others) and it seems they all have started to rise. I am waiting for my funds to arrive in Kraken and I am a bit worried that we will see a nice upwards movement of altcoins since the bitcoin price is not moving much right now.
Is this the start of the a bullish trend for altcoins many where hoping for, or is this just a temporary consolidation because of bitcoin not rising for the moment? Will the altcoin market gain momentum, what are your thoughts?
this is definitely a bull run that we're seeing. Bitcoin rise is taking a break at the moment and as expected, altcoins have been performing way above the mark that it has been for the past couple of days which is down. This bull wave has not hit all altcoins so if you're waiting for your deposit still, it's probably a good idea to look at coins that haven't been pumped still and buy into them instead of buying into altcoins already pumped 20-30%. Could be a bull trap, many got screwed during the downtrend and may try to sell on this uptrend. |

I trust Waves team more than ETH. Waves will get smart contracts too this year. I think Waves will be as big as ETH in a year or two.
Smart contract are for 2018 and will be release within multiple stages. For 2017 we will mostly have the NG protocol implemented, and the new DEX UI. |

Thats really good news . It just seem that someone is trying to accumulate by placing, and moving big sell walls to maintain the price low and prevent a surge. But at this state I don't think the market is lured i dont know what the goal is of this, i mean what gain do you can get with keeping the price low ?? If you try to slow down an uptrend, or keeping the price low, you can buy more cheap coins. But even for a whale, placing a sell wall at this price is kamikaze. |
