We can see that there were boards created recently that only allow for people with certain rank to participate and now it seems like the ranking system is being centralized by hand picking the sources.

Merit system is a good idea, but the sources seem like a problem here. You need to implement a system to create sources automatically, randomly if nothing else. Otherwise you can easily get into trouble by like-minded individuals being promoted and ones that have new, maybe radical, ideas never getting higher ranks.

We either need to create merit as something that has no effect on anything practical on this forum (similar to the trust system) or generate quite random sources. I am afraid that this forum will become very conservative as the time goes on if we keep adding these centralized features.

It maybe causes cancer, but people should be free to smoke it if they want. If they are putting only their safety at risk, it shouldn't be anyone else's business.
Just like tobacco. Tobacco kills over 10 000 people every day, but it is those people's choices to smoke it. Around 10% of those are passive smokers though, that is a problem, but most passive smokers don't do much to get away from it.

Every drug should be legal, coke as well. In a walmart as well, if they wish to sell it. I only have a problem with people smoking in certain public places, as sometimes you are forced to inhale it, other than that, it is their choice and I have no right to tell adults what they can or can't do if they are the only ones that are affected.

I forgot the password for my Facebook account almost a year ago and to the email too. I had that account since 2009 and quite honestly, I don't find Facebook useful enough to create a new account, so I just never used it since.

This is why you don't port forward Bitcoin node, as eventually your node automatically blacklists some node for spamming and then you can't get any inbound connections as it bans your router.

I think your node needs to be accessible from the Internet in order for lightning-c to work.
You will probably need to put your computer in DMZ as with port forwarding your node will not be aware of the IP address of the node that is connecting to it.

You will need to specify your public IP address with an argument. I think --ipaddr is the argument for this.

A i kod nas, vidis, da imas potrosacke zone, pa ako manje trosis, dodje ti isplativije. Tako da mozda se to raspodeli da svako kopa po malo.

Nije bas tezina kopanja bitna, bitan je odnos izmedju nagrade i tezine. Tezina kopanja raste skoro svugde, pa skoro sigurno i u Moneru.
Svaki komp moze da kopa Monero, pa mu je to plus. Moze i sa CPU donekle, ja mislim, a da nije bas bacanje para, ali nisam siguran, mora se to uvek izracunati na svojoj masini i testirati.

Bitcoin is a network with very high security, you really can't find something with bigger security. It is users that make mistakes here sometimes.

You were greedy and you weren't careful enough. You don't need to be the smartest in order not to get hacked, you can simply install Linux and only run open source software and chances for you to get hacked become ridiculously small as long as you regularly update your system (you can set that automatically).

With that amount of coins, I would have a specific PC that only runs Bitcoin Core on Ubuntu. And I definitely wouldn't try to get some more coins without moving my Bitcoins to somewhere else and importing my old keys to a different PC where I would collect those altcoins.

Ne treba nikakav sajt, nikakva registracija, samo im se javis u topic-u i ako te izaberu, lepo ti dodje na adresu koju si im dao.

A sto se kolicine tice, sve to zavisi od ranka i broja postova, i naravno cene bitkoina. Trenutno za Hero rank mozes uzmes 200 evra mesecno, ali ono, trosis vreme na postove.

What exchange were you using to buy your bitcoins? This issue is completely up to them and has nothing to do with the technology.
You need to contact their support and tell everyone here what website that is so no one uses them in future.
