My thinking is that if we keep calling him, leaving him voicemails and pressuring him to address the issues he will step up.
How long before he changes phone number? spiccioli

3 issues: 1 "ERROR Failed to contact the origin." for user-details page. user-details-json seems work better. 2 fix the calculation of "Profit and loss measured in blocks", since the current bad luck ... 3 any chance for NMC merged mining (add another address in username?) see here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=269042.msg3005269#msg3005269spiccioli

Any chance October's orders will go out a week or two early since things are going so smooth? Doesn't hurt to ask. I hope not! Those like me who bought an august unit paid twice as much and so we deserve a little headstart... spiccioli

It would be good to know whether this is metabank's unit or some other project's.
I can only see little fans so this looks like a low-power, low-hash per chip, minimal-cooling system.
Bitfury's chips are very low power, those units should be rated at 120 GH/s and should need as little as 100 W. spiccioli

It looks like those boards are hard soldered to the "master board". I see a lot of damaged units after (bad-ass-)russian parcel service..
Yeah such a box is not able to withstand a travel around the world, those cards with relatively heavy heatsinks will come loose and destroy themselves. I hope BitCentury ships them disassembled. spiccioli

I'd like to quote gigavps of the semi-private pool because I couldn't have said it better: Runs of bad luck are never fun, but please remember that this stuff turns in a blink of an eye. If you leave a pool after having bad luck, you ultimately doom yourself to less revenue.

Dyaheon,
did you get a tracking number when your unit was shipped and do you mind posting a photo of the assembled unit?
Thanks!

I did, yeah. Anduck's pic will probably suffice? My setup is ugly for now. Yes, thanks, it is enough spiccioli

It is becoming ugly... we need moar hashing power, there really is no other solution for this "problem".

Given that fireduck, owner of HHTT pool, is away since a few weeks now and the original thread title shows a wrong speed I've decided to wait until the original thread went pushed down to page 2 before opening this new topic to cover the HHTT pool and to be able to update pool's speed. spiccioli Much thanks for making a thread and updating it. I haven't been on bitcointalk much, the interface makes me a little crazy. If someone needs to reach me, the easiest way is to email me directly ( fireduck@gmail.com), post a question to reddit.com/r/hhtt. I can also be reached on Bitmessage: BM-2D91jXnixXu5rFZGFVHSUEfEVNTnNi6NnE This week I just added another server, NRT (Tokyo) and improved some alarming to know about potential problems. Great news fireduck and thanks for keeping the pool going! spiccioli

Hi, the other day I've upgraded three batch #1 three modules Avalons from 20130519 to 20130814... I've lost a good 10% of hashing capacity I've just brought them up to 20130821, it's too early to see if I've recouped my hashing power, but I've found that on a B2 avalon the orange led blinking stops around 320 MHz. Lower than this and led blinks, my B1 ones are at 300 and all blinking... go figure! spiccioli

Yes perfectly stable .49% hw error at 41c Batch3
could you lift that 450 limit easily?
Thanks!
How many GH/s are you getting at 450? Three or four modules unit? spiccioli

Quanti GHash??

I've made arrangements to have them shipped in multiple batches, and I should have first batch in Finland on this friday unless there's some SNAFU with shipping. Then this weekend we figure out best practice for packaging and test them. Then I still need to have software finalized (should have releasable version of v1 by friday), copy linux image to SD cards, create instructions for installation, pack & ship. So I would say shipping starts next week as scheduled. If all goes smooth, I'll have all shipped by friday.
Awsome! are you going to ship rev 2 m-boards ? spiccioli
