Most of the time, there are threads that are repeatedly being created and share the same vein as the other threads only with different wordings.
Implementing a sticky feature will address multiple problems at the same time while benefitting the board in general.

I disagree, since also losing triggers addiction. As long as you properly explained about the consequences of gambling, then I do not find anything wrong about sharing the satisfaction in gambling.
