4681  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Element Zero Payment Network & Algorithmic Stablecoin Platform on: April 18, 2019, 05:43:30 AM
Hi,

Upon checking the team of your project, I saw that the team of Element Zero is identical to Jointer.io team. What is the reason behind this? I did not see any affiliation or partnership between the two projects. Kindly please clear this ambiguity.

Hi,

Upon checking your white paper on the website, I observed that your ABSTRACT part was heavily plagiarized and copied from EDGECOIN's white paper. Below is a screenshot of LOL's abstract vis-a-vis EDGECOIN's:

4684  Economy / Economics / Re: More formal blockchain education needed in the Philippines on: April 17, 2019, 01:22:50 PM
This is actually interesting. With the growing demand and increasing reputation of cryptocurrencies, having formal education reflects on how the country is adapting and progressing towards this change. Soon enough, college universities would offer elective or alternative classes specifically for cryptocurrencies.

My only concern is instead of focusing on cryptocurrencies, why don't we shift our attention to the overall education of Filipinos? Most of the children living in poverty are neglected of education and this may cause a significant impact on the country's overall development in the future.

I think education is good idea so many people learn about Cryptocurrency not only in the Philippines but also to some country that developing their country. More knowledge and learning about crypto will be good for every body so we can face anything will happen in crypto and also they can manage what they have in crypto.

Overall, learning about the blockchain and cryptocurrencies in general is essential as we would adapt to this kind of transaction method in the future. Not only it is important but crucial in order to progress in terms of economic standing and overall effect.

<snip....>

Based on your list, I am probably an occasional gambler where I gamble if I just feel like gambling. Usually, I only bring a limited amount of money and I set a limit to my maximum bets and winnings for the day. Most of the time I leave the casino with a big smile on my face due to winning a relatively small portion of money but enough to keep me company.

I already left and quitted the gambling industry but there are times that I get tempted from my friends and peers especially when they tell stories of winning huge amounts of cash in 1-2 days of gambling.

Thank you for the heads-up! That is actually true that there are some parts on their paper that are plagiarized but only a small-portion of the total 29 pages.
I will message them and call their attention in order to sort-out their perhaps unintentional mistake. Will try to do a better job next time!

After scrolling through the whitepaper, I saw that they plagiarized some of their contents of NANO COIN. Below are the evidences that will support my allegation:

<snip...>

I am more than willing to remove my negative trust UNTIL you change your whitepaper or cite your sources. No matter what reasoning you provide (or if it is for general knowledge), it is wrong for you to plagiarize content without citing or giving credit to the original owner. Like what @bones said, that shows unprofessionalism on your part and that deeply reflects on what kind of business model you have. First thing that you have to garner is TRUST and HONESTY.

Upon checking Alphacoin's whitepaper, I observed that they plagiarized the RISKS part with another whitepaper namely WIZBL. They also did a poor paraphrasing in one of their paragraphs.

4698  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [GUIDE] Using Coins.ph for Dragonpay (Grab Credits) on: April 14, 2019, 05:44:36 PM
<snip...>

Problem lang talaga sir is irreversible ang transactions when you use bitcoin kaya sometime COD pa rin ang preferred payment method. Pero we cannot change the fact yung convenience na naibibigay when using bitcoin since padami na talaga ng padami ang nag-accept nito. Maybe sometime in the future, we can expect some establishments to adapt to this kind of change and maybe accept bitcoin as an alternative method!

I am also amazed na they added this option kase yung convenience talaga may emergency asset ka to use sa local wallet natin. I will try to provide more guides in the future na sa tingin kong convenient din sa atin!
4699  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [GUIDE] Using Coins.ph for Dragonpay (Grab Credits) on: April 14, 2019, 11:41:20 AM
I like this one! Very helpful.

4700  Local / Pamilihan / [GUIDE] Using Coins.ph for Grab Credits (via Dragonpay) on: April 14, 2019, 11:28:12 AM
Magandang araw, mga kabayan!

Nag kulang ba ang iyong pera at nakalimutan mong mag dala ng emergency cash? Fear not! You can use your coins.ph account to purchase for Grab credits!

Ito po ay isang guide para makabili ka ng grab credits using your coins.ph wallet! Fortunately, as long as may option to pay using Dragonpay, you can use your coins.ph account to pay for most services na available sa kanilang mga merchants.

Step one:
Buksan ang iyong Grab application at pindutin ang "Car".

image loading...

Step two:
Ilagay ang Grab pick and drop point at pindutin ang Grab credits.

image loading...

Step three:
Pindutin ang "Add Payment Methods".

image loading...

Step four:
Pindutin ang "Top-up credits".

image loading...

Step five:
Piliin ang "Bank Methods" at buksan ito.

image loading...

Step six:

image loading...

Step nine:
