481  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex Data Leak on Twitter on: January 01, 2020, 02:13:30 PM
Similar to what happened to BitMex months ago. The issue could happen in every centralized exchange so not gonna get surprised with this. Users should be aware of this kind of issue since the beginning. But at least, this one has a funny part, such as an awkward momment. LOL.
482  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bybit Review: The Best Margin Trading Platform on: January 01, 2020, 01:49:15 PM
Honestly, I am having a second thought to use Bybit since I am an avid Bitmex user since before. But, I am also having an experience of overloading too and thinking t switch at Binance. But since I bumped here and read about Bybit, maybe I'm gonna try some trading there with small amount first to try the site.

Does Bybit offers 2fa, for strong security?

You can try the platform for free and they will give you bonus $10 USD for new users (you can't withdraw this but you can use it to trade and make profit, then just withdraw the profit) and up to 50% bonuse for first deposit AFAIK.

2fa is a common security so, why wouldn't Bybit offer it?
483  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Neural Network bot/signals on: December 31, 2019, 04:43:53 PM
Hi, I'm working on a bot to trade using neural networks. It is currently in development. If you want you can see the generated signals of laterization, long or short.

It is based on train images generated every minute by looking at the BTC / USD quote. The train is run weekly. Currently the train is over 40,000 images.

It is still in full development, if you are interested in taking a look at the signals this is the link:https://vafed.it/signals.php.

Any details how to read those signals? Also based on the timestamp, it is not generated every minutes. It is every minutes for some signals and then gets long space before the next signal.
484  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: PSA: How to create a good Project Development Thread on: December 31, 2019, 04:13:14 PM
I'm planning to launch a project in the early or mid of 2021 and now I found this beautiful thread. This thread could be very helpful to me or those who want to create an informative and high-quality announcement thread. Well, great job!
485  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Project Funding/donation for a money transfer idea powered by blockchain on: December 31, 2019, 03:39:21 PM
Great, bootstrapping to a minimum frequent user base was our first option. This way addresses your suggestion of reputation and provide critical matric for iterations, opportunities and justifies the idea.

Thanks for the advise

I love how you speak to people here. I might be interested with the idea but could you please share more details? Maybe some plans on the budget like what's your step after complety raised targetted donation? Or about the project itself.
486  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you know any BitMex lead-rank website? on: December 31, 2019, 12:25:09 PM
Where is the stat? I can't find them, also how to verify that your stat is legit?

https://icryptofan.com/monitoring/88d84aff-3094-4dd7-99ca-4fec92e65392
https://app.aivia.io/ranking/37

youtube verification https://youtu.be/oP5fkN2WpnU
you can check my deposit / withdrawal

Or mb you know any BitMex lead-rank website where I can add my API to verify?

Thanks for mentioning the right links but they are all in Russian and I don't speak Russian. Also, still not sure how to verify these yet cause scammers are anywhere and you could be one of them.
487  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade with planning on: December 31, 2019, 11:51:08 AM
A lot of traders out there try to jump into trading and when they lose they get out equally quickly. Instead of all this it is way better to figure things out before jumping in. This is quite doable with proper guide and that’s what I found with this https://www.investmentwatchblog.com/turning-forex-into-a-side-gig-guide-for-beginner-traders/, I believe it is going to be extremely helpful for a lot of traders here.

How could a basic undertanding of trading be extremely helpful for existing traders? Also I don't think there are many forex traders here as anyone mostly is crypto trader.

489  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How do you avoid high withdrawal fees from exchanges? on: December 30, 2019, 10:22:48 AM
I suggest to invest big so the fees can back if you earn then for more low fees i think try to buy crypto in wallets then not in trading site

You can also risk little by little but do it for long term like buy again in again until that will turn big then actually you need to understand that you really need big funds for your investment here

Big money big risk, that won't help and creates new problems instead and the second paragraph, that is doable with the little amount of capital cause why would people start with a big capital when they eventually use just little by little.
490  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How do you avoid high withdrawal fees from exchanges? on: December 29, 2019, 04:41:42 PM
Sup guys,

Nowadays the fees to withdraw from exchanges are getting higher and higher, 0.001-0.002 BTC per transaction which is outrageous for a day trader with small trading capital.I'm asking the most experienced of you,do you have any tricks to avoid these fees? I thought of converting the BTC to another altcoin with low withdraw fees and then use another instant changer like SimpleSwap to reconvert again, but is it really sustainable? You tell me. Smiley

I do trade bitcoin to altcoin with low fees to send them with minimum fees then trade back to Bitcoin in the targetted exchange. Why would I need auto-swap for that? Also auto-swap sometimes give lower rates than in exchanges so you would get even less Bitcoin at the end.
491  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Project Funding/donation for a money transfer idea powered by blockchain on: December 29, 2019, 02:47:20 PM
Hello, I hope this is an appropriate platform for this.

We hope to accelerate the adoption of crypto through a mix of both crypto currency and fiat money as a strategy for a ‘softer adoption’ of crypto currency overtime in Africa.

I do want to launch money transfer product, starting With UK to my home Country Zimbabwe corridor, this will be scaled to other nations as the business case justifies and the mass makes business sense. I seek 4 BTC or 150 BCH to bring this ideas to life. Funds will be used for launching a prototype, compliance issues, traveling and other cost related to partnership agreements and meetings, design and other related costs.

Progress will be posted on this platform or privately to those who have interest in the project progress

Crypto sought is 4.5BTC or 150BCH

BTC address - 12mNELt2w1qqS49dLDsb4Cn2V1m5ZzywYv

BCH address - qpu56yj3hkcspjzc7a4jgdwxskttjvefdqpfqh87j3

Target to raise the money is 21 days

Thank you for believing in that which not yet seen, only perceived!

It's gonna be hard to believe this is true. Even though maybe some people donate, doesn't always mean they believe in teh project they could simply just spend their money away. Well, I steongly suggest you to at least build your reputation then you can start a speed funding phase.
492  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Any chance you do a content for free? on: December 29, 2019, 02:26:19 PM
First of all, Merry Christmax & Happy NY, everyone! 🎄

I'm thinking about something. Say, you hold a Medium / Wordpress blog or you do YouTube content, or you have lots of subscribers / followers in your social media. And apparently, you notice guys who trying to tell the world about their great idea. Or they already developing MVP. Or they just finished MVP. They don't have a shitcoin and they don't ask for investors standing on a chair on every birthday or funeral. All they ask – a bit of support.

If you like their idea, would you accept making content about them and not getting any money (I mean only money) in the begining?

If I like the idea and see a big opportunity in it, like it is gonna be very useful in the future then why not? But, prefer to have a long-term contract with the project to keep update about it and hopefully I can have some advantage in the future.
493  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Tips for Traders here on: December 29, 2019, 11:03:30 AM
To the OP, saw your post about trading tips and others, however, you have to tell members that all the links that you share are most applicable to forex market. So I don't understand why you promoting this supposedly tips as this mislead others specially newbies because those two are different markets to begin with. So obviously, your advise or at least what the article says might not be good for crypto traders, just saying.

By the way, the link contains very much general tips that is applicaple in all kind of market. I do believe the reason is to make attract wider people, not only forex but also stock and crypto audiences to push the traffic up.
494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why You wouldn't invest in this coin? theoretically and practically on: December 29, 2019, 09:33:40 AM
1. A pump group does not help your project as a crypto project. I mean does it help your product developed, improved, offered to people, and create success? I does not. It will only make your coin a pump and dump coin which is next to shitcoin. It may help a little in the volume but that is not an organic growth therefore unwanted.

Pump group not only won't help a project's value but makes things even worse. We can expect a big money from a pump but have people thought that there are many people who lose big money from the intentional dump, it is just the same as crime.
495  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: fundraising question on: December 28, 2019, 04:36:41 PM
It's almost impossible to fund raising through ICO lately. Lots of investors move from ICO due scammy activity. Perhaps you might see some running ICO's but there isn't much response from investors as far as I know. If there is any strong well known team with product/existing business then likely they could raise fund. Even for me it's quite complicated to trust on any ICO right now.

Investors are moving on IEO which is quite popular for fund raising at the moment. Also there is risk if you can't launch your IEO on the reputed exchange. Investors moved ICO from IEO due to security reason. At least their fund will not ZERO on the IEO. So if you have good concept and strong well reputed team then you may raise fund via IEO instead.

True that investors are leaving ICO for IEO but at the moment I don't a strong performance in IEOs. I'm trying to say that this is not the right time to do a public offering and I feel sorry for projects that currently doing a tokensale.

I will suggest everyone to wait atleast mid 2020 to launch project's tokensale, ideally you wait for mid 2021 for the best performance (just like what happened in 2017).
496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why You wouldn't invest in this coin? theoretically and practically on: December 28, 2019, 04:17:00 PM
You have created many threads with the same points, same purposes, to promote this tokens and more of the threads have no value, which can be considered as a spam or low quality threads. Now, you also realize that maybe no one really interested with the token you are promoting.

I just hope you can improve the quality of the project and the contents so you could have better responses from people.
497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Indicator.vip - Smart Binance Indicators on: December 28, 2019, 03:52:44 PM
Third: I tried to apply the Indicator to the Tradingview chart. I found it, but it doesn't have a perfect function, can you explain too?

I have a similar question for OP too, what makes an indicator considered as a perfect one for trading?

Anyway, I would love to try this.
498  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Tips for Traders here on: December 28, 2019, 03:24:32 PM
A very general tips actually, not really worth it to read unless you are a very much beginner. I would also change "don't spend too much" to "trade in what you can afford to lose" because the word "too much" could confuse and lead the readers to more questions in their mind.
499  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: NEVER EVER deal Bitcoins with PAYPAL (F&F too!) on: December 28, 2019, 03:08:31 PM
I am sorry to hear that.

With the experience you had, you should start realize that you don't need to third party to transact anymore. It is never safe to use a centralized products anyway.

It is gonna be hard, but I think you should wait for the proof and explanation you gave to be processed and hopefully you can win and get your money back.
