481  Economy / Lending / Re: In Need of a $10k Loan, Collateral Available on: December 14, 2023, 09:07:37 PM
And the domain is not for sale but to be held as a collateral until when the loan is paid, payment date 2nd January.
You may not be planning to sell the domain, but the question is what if you default the loan?

How does the lender recover their money if they have nowhere to sell off the domain for the amount of money they lent to you. We also have to look at the side of failure of the deal, which sometimes happens. The lender needs to have a kind of collateral they can easily liquidate to recover their funds in case things do not go as planned.
482  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Quickest way to earn merit? on: December 14, 2023, 08:52:20 PM
The Forum merits are almost the same as retweets or upvotes on Reddit. The more actively you engage in different discussions and helping out other members, the more the chances of you getting merited by some member who will see the value in your post or reply.
Just keep it organic and don't even be bothered about earning as many merits as possible.
483  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is it worth a newbie warning flag in this case? on: December 14, 2023, 08:31:57 AM
It's a flaggable case though you would need to first create a scam accusation with reasons showing that person is likely a scammer. That can to be used as a reference and not necessarily the link from that thread as it can be moved to archival or deleted any time. Some newbies or guest users won't know about ninjastic.space archiving tool.
484  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Buycoin.online: cryptocurrency exchange at the best rates! on: December 13, 2023, 09:33:22 PM
We have been working in the financial market since 2011. Thanks to this, we know all the nuances of the industry and can advise on almost any issue.
What shows that you have been working in financial markets since 2011? I don't see any data supporting this, and it could bring confidence to your clients if it was readily available.
Your domain names aren't that old, so most people would definitely think you are lying.
485  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Reviews on edxmarkets.com ?? on: December 13, 2023, 09:19:50 PM
Where do you find those kinds of exchanges? I think it's pretty easy to get scammed if you trust those unknown exchanges that might eat your money. It's definitely a sign for you to just use those on the link listed and use the top exchanges there. Be careful with the exchanges you are using.
He says a "friend from Facebook" referred the site to him. Personally, I wonder why he keeps trusting those random social media friends even when members here are telling him to opt for more established, trustworthy platforms.

The domain name alone is just slightly a year-old, meaning that the website is mostly likely to have been active for less than a year.
486  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Silk road alternative on: December 10, 2023, 09:59:33 PM
Are all sites like this pretty much dead now?
Head over to the deep web or dark web. You certainly won't find them here on the clearnet. People are so skeptical about such sites as they are getting seized more than often by authorities who might have infiltrated a number of them as well as investigations keep growing deeper. But since the shutdown of Silk Road, there have been a number of alternatives which have also been seized time and again.
487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 10, 2023, 09:53:21 PM
Yes, this is a big win for Tottenham after previously having bad experiences with continuous defeats. I also don't think they will come out on top with such a satisfying score when considering how they have performed recently. However, it turned out that they were superior in various things, not only ball possession but also Newcastle experienced continuous attacks from Tottenham.
I don't trust Tottenham just yet, they have a habit of mounting a big challenge against big teams like Manchester City only to lose points to weaker contenders. Regardless, kudos to them on getting those 3 points against Newcastle, which also seems to be a very unstable team lately.

Manchester City also struggling despite today's hard fought win. If Rodri wasn't in the first line-up, maybe they could have lost more points  Grin
488  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: FixedFloat — fully automatic cryptocurrency exchange with Lightning Network⚡️ on: December 10, 2023, 09:41:30 PM
Be careful for phishing sites! In the past days, I've seen "fixedflaot" and "fiixedfloat" advertising on Google.

Google responded to my report:
Quote
We decided not to take this ad down. We found that the ad doesn’t go against Google’s policies, which prohibit certain content and practices that we believe to be harmful to users and the overall online ecosystem.
As long as they can earn from it, right? Shocked
It's always about money,  Grin

Maybe the fixedfloat team can try reporting abuse to the domain registrars, those they can sometime disappoint too even when there is a strong case.

btw. Is Fixedfloat safe (by authorities) considering that part of the stolen funds by hacking the Binance wallet ended up on this exchange?
They are probably going to start tightening the KYC and AML checks.
489  Economy / Lending / Re: Hi I need a $25 dollar loan until December 25th and will repay $50 Paypal on: December 09, 2023, 01:14:13 PM
You have a higher chance of getting that $25 loan from your local moneylenders rather than here. They will know your face, your location or even have some of your documents so that in case you default it, they know where to get you from?

Why choose to get a loan from the forum if you have no collateral?

491  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone been using Pyypl? It seems a potential virtual card can use crypto on: December 08, 2023, 09:58:55 PM
What card exactly you are using from alchemy pay? Is it from bit.store website or something else?
There's another collaborating with Binance. Called cardypto but powered by alchemy pay, thought its interface looks like that of Bit.store. I am not yet sure about their reputation, since it seems to be a new service.

I will send screenshots of how it looks like when I get on my mobile. It's funny because there is no support on the web or PC version of Binance app.
492  Economy / Reputation / Re: Ratimov sold his account on: December 08, 2023, 03:14:41 PM
I think this was one of the last times I talked with real Ratimov in this forum.
He used his well known dirty language

That was almost a colloquial, academic language! When I talked to him in one of last times this is the way he expressed himself:

Ha ha, stupid motherfucker [...] son of a Romanian whore who was gang-raped.

(Among others.)
In other words, he was trying to emulate TMAN's poetry but failed miserably? Everything he had built over the years came crashing down overnight! Grin
493  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone been using Pyypl? It seems a potential virtual card can use crypto on: December 08, 2023, 12:55:30 PM
I think this is the problem with many virtual cards, and it's even bigger problem if you had to perform kyc verification and send them your documents.
Another virtual card I was testing recently was added to Aliexpress without any issue, but when I tried to make a purchase there was some error message and I couldn't complete purchase.
Maybe Aliexpress should also be blames for errors like this  Tongue
Initially, before all this chaos, I never encountered any error while making purchases using the virtual card via AliExpress. The maintenance error also appeared as soon as I had added more funds in the account, not when I was trying to purchase an item.

I set up an account with Cardrypto/alchemy pay and I have so far been successful subscribing to Tradingview paid service. I will update how it goes with other services

I am really disappointed in the Pyypl card service. At the beginning, their services were too good, though the support system was worse from the beginning. I have used their cards in many marketplaces and services when they were with Mastercard. I think their visa card gave service for a few times and shut down again. I have to find an alternative card service to avoid such an issue. I am going to withdraw everything from Pyypl and come back when their card service works perfectly. There is no meaning in holding funds there or using their services if the card system that we need is not working anyway.
Very disappointing indeed. Better to keep funds off their service just in case.
494  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Loan defaulted by [Edwardard] on: December 08, 2023, 12:10:55 PM
It's been a while. I noticed he still hasn't came online yet (he wasn't online prior to this thread being made) I wonder what he will have to say for himself.
Scammers have no shame at all. It was probably a pre-planned exit scam, and he is never going to log in again to try to resolve the loan default dispute. Or he still has a number of alt accounts lying around, and he keeps looking at this thread everyday while laughing at himself.
495  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: PEC scammed (Thanks BTT community) on: December 08, 2023, 12:00:48 PM
The number one rule when you come across such juice earning opportunities is "if it's too good to be true, then it's probably a scam". This will save your hard-earned money from getting scammed every other time.

I am glad that you first consulted the community. Please encourage your friends to do the same thing if they are not sure about something. We learn something new every day.

It is not in my best interest due to liquidation scalpers who are hawking my accounts on binance and waves but since its only for a few days I can afford the market risk to publicize that info:

This is not a p2p loan on bitcointalk its a defi smart contract.

498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 07, 2023, 09:24:55 PM
With a few minutes left for the match to end, Everton leads Newcastle United by two goals to nil. With tonight's win, they will be out of the relegation zone to 17th Position, just one point above Luton. If the point deduction had not been into effect, they would be 10th. These are the kinds of games Newcastle should be able to win with ease, but they keep losing points. Maybe they are not yet the top club we expect them to be now that they are backed by a huge financial muscle.
499  Economy / Reputation / Re: Ratimov sold his account on: December 07, 2023, 11:34:14 AM
In recent messages talked with me as if we had never communicated before. But we had a lot of disputes and communication. Anyone for whom the native language is Russian will notice changes in the style of writing messages.
If you are to bring up such a case, then providing evidence is also necessary instead of just speculating. For example, how your communication with him changed over time. Seeing what Symmetrick did over the past few weeks, I got convinced that his way of thinking was somewhat immature or kiddish. Maybe he "immaturely" started ignoring you and pretending he doesn't know you because his ego is still hurt after being exposed.

He has also changed mail but so far if he could sign transaction from old wallets, we cannot say that hands are changed just by speculating writing style.
What if he transferred the ownership of private keys too?  Grin
500  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ChipMixer.com - Bitcoin mixer / Bitcoin tumbler - mixing reinvented on: December 07, 2023, 11:03:39 AM
So, is chipmixer now compromised or just restricted on clearnet.

What do u think guys
The better wording to use would be that it got seized by the Law Enforcement Authorities… both the Clearnet and the Tor, that is to say, are currently unusable. Any other domain that seems to work is probably a phishing site or clone scam. Just read through the last posts of this thread and also use your search engine. You will get all the necessary information required.
