Any one playing Dice last night I was on and have few rolls without any movement but my balance was going in negative very quickly I try to contact live support but no response and I lost all my balance very quickly even many rolls was not moves but cut in balance happened I am feeling there is some bug which need intention from FJ team.

I knew most of my picks would not be playing but somehow thought we were picking the team for the whole tournament. Ended the round with -2 points, basically ending my chances of winning any major rewards. Will still play for the freebets, of course - but next time I'll be reading all the rules. You still got a chance, don't give up earlier  @FJ I’m using a tablet to connect to the site, I was able to select the goal keeper but post that I have not been able to select any other player, I also tried refreshing the page, but even then it won’t allow me to pick my team can you please check at your end why this issue is coming on tablets. Why is it that when I open now, the team players I have confirmed have disappeared. And I did it again today. But when I look at the champions league, the match of the team I chose for the 1st Matchday is still tomorrow. Does this mean that my confirmation again today is for the next Matchday? I'll just wait for the result tomorrow.
- Participants need to build the new roster for each Champions League matchday (round). Once the prediction is locked, there's no way of changing and updating it. P.S - To make things clear, there are 16 games in one matchday a.k.a round, so while building the team you do it for upcoming 16 matches. |

Uhm I get an issue on my Jackmate Fantasy team. Iirc I have saved my team and confirmed it. But when I checked again my current team doesn't show up and it looks like I have to redo the line up. Does it mean I didn't really confirm my team or is it possibly because of some bugs?

I am bit confused by some players positions. Granted I did not spend much time looking trough them but I saw that a lot of midfielders got classified as strikers and some strikers as midfielders. I think this has been done more by amount of goals the players score than their actual position on the pitch. No matter, it is same for everybody and this will be fun. My team set for the first Matchday, keeping fingers crossed that all of them play  - Noted. Right now all the positions are according to the official API of UEFA Champions League website. However, we will update them manually as our fantasy offers kinda different gameplay. |

Jackmate Fantasy squads still haven't been updated. I still see Éver Banega and Roque Mesa showing up for Sevilla FC, even though Banega is playing for Al-Shabab and Mesa for Valladolid ~img~ i also see Bakayoko in Chelsea but he's currently in Napoli, same with Ross Barkley and Pedro, the former is in Aston Villa and the spaniard in AS Roma but both are an option for Chelsea. Nelson Semedo is in England but still shows up in Barca's squad. Otamendi is playing for Benfica but shows up for Man City, and they're missing Rúben Dias in the squad 🤔  Would you realistically ever consider using any of those players? I know I would not since we don't have budget limits. Budget limits would be a nice addition to introduce some variety in our squads. This way we will all have Messi, Ronaldo, Salah teams soon enough. Frankly speaking, everyone's choosing heavy-weights but the best performers for the first matchday are going to come from comparatively weaker teams. Sevilla FC vs Chelsea is good match to pick someone on board, I have made one selection from this game. And as far as Messi, Ronaldo and Salah are concerned, Ronaldo is Corona positive and 100% won't play. Barcelona is facing Ferencvaros and I am pretty sure Barcelona won't risk Messi in the starting lineup when El Clasico and Juventus clash are scheduled within a week. Most prolly Barca's front-line today will be Ansu Fati, Dembele and Trincao. (Enough chances to Griezmann, let the youngsters take the charge today). So if someone has Messi, Ronaldo and Kevin De Bruyne on team, he's already done for the first matchday. - We're aware of the concern you've. Most of the team's roster will be updated according to the current market conditions for today (after the first game of the matchday starts.). I have the same problem, I selected the players at the beginning and now, after updating the player base, I also stayed in three players. Can I select my team again? Username: Noniku - Just have seen your predictions. No worries regarding them not being visually available onto the landing page. Your fantasy points will be calculated according to the squad you've built. Visual bug is already fixed and from the point of starting the next matchday, all the participants will be able to correctly see the roster despite the fact of them having the new positions/teams. |

(The performances done by the players on your team on that specific matchday ??) - Thanks for showing interest in Jackmate Fantasy, here is the guideline how points will be calculated (can be found in the Terms and Conditions): Fantasy points will be calculated according to the following scheme: goal (+5 PTS), assist (+3 PTS), red card (-5 PTS), yellow card (-2 PTS), clean sheet for goalkeeper (+5 PTS), clean sheet for defenders (+3 PTS), goals conceded for goalkeeper (-2 PTS), goals conceded for defenders (-1 PTS), captain multiplier (2x PTS). |

Good morning Jack! Yes, correct, but in the Jackmate, Thiago is still in Bayern, while he should be at Liverpool, while Willian is still in Chelsea when he should already be with Arsenal. I didn't check a lot of clubs but if these two haven't been updated then I guess that means the whole new season's transfers haven't been done... Jota from Wolves to Liverpool for example. I've already put my predictions in and seems I can't see anymore the selections so I can't check but Willian moved to Arsenal on 14 August, so at least 2 months worth of transfers probably not reflected;) - We're aware of the concern, another database updated coming in the upcoming hours. |

Furthermore I didn’t receive this promotion mail, and normally FJ mails do go to my promotion folder but I checked it’s not there too, so is there any link where I can view this promotion?. I HATE YUOR "YUO NEED AUTORIZATION" CAN YOU FIX IT everything shows that I am logged in. I see balance, I change matches normally. choose what to bet on. and at the moment of the bet a message pops up - "YUO NEED AUTORIZATION" Why did you do this I bet and live. it is important for me that the bet is accepted at the moment when I click! why did you ruin the normal operation of the site? I specifically refresh the page every 5 minutes so that the authorization message doesn't pop up. But it still pops up !!! it just pisses me off! Please FIX IT! - Sometimes our security system automatically asks users to authorize the sessions while being onto the website.
