How would you promote bitcoin if you were Jack Dorsey (twitter's big boss)?
he was but not intensively, maybe he would change twitter logo into Bitcoin and create tattoo into his face  Grin

Do you know if any computer has this function or is it only Windows/ MAC?
I just searching and find how to use on Linux https://www.maketecheasier.com/virtual-assistants-for-linux
you need to install it first using a terminal or any app image because on Linux voice assistant is not included like windows.

Is it safe to update it to 4.0.4?
So far no one reported bug on Electrum version 4.0.4, so it should be safe as long as you update it correctly (download from official and verify it's signature).
Alright thanks!
someone had reported crash issue on 4.0.4 https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/issues/6653
4807  Other / Off-topic / Re: When You Lazy Typing in Keyboard on: October 16, 2020, 11:37:19 AM
Okey people, I read the problem with voice language. I will try to do the best for you all.

there is 2 step you must try it.

1. let's try to change display language windows 10,
  • open setting
  • Go to Time & Language
  • click on the Region & Language
  • select the language you want to display Windows 10, if your language isn't ready, click option then download language you want
  • when downloaded, select language as default

2. next step is change the Speech Recognition Language
  • go to control panel
  • click Ease of Access
  • then click Speech Recognition
  • click Advanced speech options
  • select language your set as default at 1st step

Let me know if it's work,  Wink Wink

Some problem i had to face:
1. Language: I am weak in English. So sometimes i can't find the words to make a sentence. Then i have to find the word in the dictionary and complete the sentence. That is why it is difficult for me to take part in any discussion.
2. Little knowledge about forum and cryptocurrency: If you want to take part in a discussion, you must have knowledge of that subject.  Since I have less knowledge, I have to skip a lot of discussions.

congrats on your achievement.

1. have been along time I never read a dictionary book, which dictionary do you read?
2. the best solution is reading a lot.

guys help me also to become member,i am new here

4811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which wallet do you think is the best? on: October 15, 2020, 12:34:52 PM
Why use Metamask or Trust wallet in collaboration with Ledger Wallet? Ledger has all the software you need to send any coins that this wallet supports. I use the standardized applications developed by the Ledger team because they are the most secure.
I am not sure ledger live has all coin you needed, afaik connecting ledger to metamask isn't bad. you have to know, your private key stored in hardware whatever you connect it somewhere else.

multiple address? I've never heard of it.
senior member didn't know HD wallet?

All right, some of you mentioned myetherwallet and offline, make sure all of you know how to create it offline https://kb.myetherwallet.com/en/offline/using-mew-offline/
4812  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The List Satoshi Nakamoto Thread on: October 15, 2020, 04:43:00 AM
it would have been so much better if you could categorize these posts instead of listing them chronologically. for example new releases could be in same group, technical explanations (eg. explaining proof of work, anonymity,...) in another, bug discussions/fixes, and so on. this way finding posts on a certain topic that interests the reader would become easier.

Thanks for suggestion, I will thingking about it,  I don't have much tech knowledge how to categorize those topic right now.

Sure, this thread a summary purpose, if you read this thread you don't need to open the page by page Satoshi post.

A thorough listing of the writings of Satoshi Nakamoto can be found here: https://satoshi.nakamotoinstitute.org/
thank you, this link help me to shorting satoshi in post.
4814  Other / Beginners & Help / The List Satoshi Nakamoto Thread on: October 14, 2020, 02:02:08 PM
We don't know who Satoshi is, I won't know who he is either. Other people love such history about then create a thread Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? Part History, Part Mystery, and a New Solution!.

In this time I won't talk about satoshi personally, I just want a literate satoshi thread and create the list for history,

Accidently found how to posting on this forum without typing on a keyboard. I use voice and talking with my headset to posting on this forum.

You don't need any code and software to do this. For windows just go to Windows Speech Recognition - Set up Speech Recognition - Select the type of microphone (headset recommended) - try your voice - and next if you have privacy concerns select Disable document review - next Use manual or voice for activation mode.

for detail read: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-set-speech-recognition-windows-10
4817  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Have you been monitoring your bitcointalk activities ever? on: October 13, 2020, 03:57:04 AM
Again, it won't work if you are using Tor due to a random IP address. But at least you may notice the time when you access your account.
If the user have knowledge about the IP, it will know by guard or first relay in circuit. because Guard node may not change

Wow, i have never thought about this. Thank you for sharing this. Would it make a difference if notification is sent to our email whenever we login to the forum. I'm not sure if this already exist.

Bitcointalk is not like that. this forum will be alerting you only if the password and email changed.

I added email notifications for some security events:

Whenever your password is changed (except by an administrator), you will get an email about it.

Whenever your email is changed (except by an administrator), your old email will get an email about it with a link to lock your account. The link is valid for 14 days.

Let me know if you find any bugs.
4818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: What Tokens Can Be Traded with TomoDEX? on: October 13, 2020, 02:58:43 AM
With TomoDEX (TomoChain‘s Decentralized Exchange), you can exchange not only BTC, ETH, USDT but also various different types of tokens,
List of tokens:
✅BTC
✅ETH
I just want to make a clear here, BTC and ETH aren't token, those have it's own the blockchain. You should know what the meaning of coin and what the meaning of token. You must create a new list of coins and token you had mentioned.
