I'm with Theymos.  Trolling aside, read through this whole thread and decide for yourself:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=101751.msg1113117#msg1113117

I read it. If that thread truly, exactly and accurately represents what happened, then Matthew screwed up and cheated on people.

He is paying it back.

Is this evidenced somewhere?

plummet

definitely about to plummet

Maybe. We are beginning to see increased selling volume (for the first time in a month).

Wow. You don't half-ass it, do you, Loozik?

My girl friend is in neuroscience and psychology. I happen to know a thing or two Smiley

I'm still convinced they're the same person?

They are two different persons.

Here is my hypothesis about MPOE-PR.

Background

It is proved that human brain develops rapidly during pregnancy and during period 0 -3 years after the birth. After a human reaches 4 years of age the neurogenesis (creating new brain cells) only happens in a small part in hipocampal area called dentate gyrus). It is essential that mother delivers good environment to the child during the pregnancy (she should not undergo stress, she should run healthy life and eat good food) and at least during first 3 years of life.

After the child is born the child should be taken care of by loving parents or guardians and learn from them how to solve problems. If parents solve the problems through negotiations the child will pick up this method quickly and there is high probability that this human will transform into a valuable person.

If parents / guardians solve problems by ways of coercion, beatings, ridiculing then the child will quickly pick up such way of solving problems. There is high probability a child who was maltreated, will develop a sociopathic or psychopathic personality.

What we know about MPOE-PR

Fetal alcohol syndrome:
From her pictures we know she has a short upturned nose. This is a classic symptom of fetal alcohol syndrome http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/imagepages/19842.htm or http://www.i-am-pregnant.com/Birth/Birth-defects/Fetal-Alcohol-Syndrome It is very sad pregnant women drink alcohol. Whenever I see a human with fetal alcohol syndrome I feel deeply sorry.

Abusive parents / guardians:
The way MPOE-PR treats other humans tells a lot about her childhood. She must have been treated this way as a child. Ridiculed (even if she was right), maybe beaten. Whenever I see a child who is incapable of having a normal conversation I feel deeply sorry. If I can I try to talk to parents and persuade them not to beat the child anymore, not to ridicule, etc. Sometimes I can help, sometimes I can't.

Why I don't feel sorry for MPOE-PR

She is a grown up. She had plenty of time to sort out her problems: she could go to a psychologist, she could talk to friends, etc.

There is no way she can reverse the symptoms of the fetal alcohol syndrome, but with a professional help at least she could manage to overcome her early childhood experiences and become a better human. Had she done it, she would make now a good PR person. She is smart, intelligent, but somehow she finds pleasure in ridiculing people. Ridiculing and other anti-social behaviours have been imprinted in her brain since she was a baby - but this should have been cured long time ago.

Who is MP?

He is just a guy. If he is smart, he should have noticed these problems. If he cares about other human beings, he should have helped MPOE-PR. He didn't help her. He is just using this poor girl and maybe he is getting sick satisfaction seeing her being ridiculed back.

Has MP himself seen this reputation ruining thread started by his PR employee?

This thread made it to the Bitcoin media http://www.thebitcoinchannel.com/archives/20634 He must have seen it.
506  Other / Meta / Re: Matthew N. Wright on: August 14, 2013, 03:23:31 PM
He edited that poll after people had already voted to create misleading results.

I can't speak to the rest but personally I find the poll system infuriating.  I cannot, personally, seem to edit a poll and make any sense of the answer if people have already voted in the poll.

1. Viceroy, you were actually caught doing what Mathew was banned (resetting poll results and deleting inconvenient poll questions you yourself devised) - evidence: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=241369.msg2561708#msg2561708

2. Theymos, why don't you ban Viceroy?

My "jedi" who's taken me under his wing has earned over 85000USD in the last 18 months.

THIS WEEKS PICK

AUD/JPY

GOING LONG.

ENTERED AT 89.514

STOP LOSS AT 87.100

TAKE PROFIT 92.650

Out of curiosity, what kind of ''Jedi'' advised you to trade at such a risk / reward ratio?

GOOD LUCK GUYS.

Good luck to you. You will need it.

So people still don't know about these gems.. Wink

Yes, I was unaware of these exchanges. And I didn't know what MPEx was until I read this thread.

BTC-TC, LTC-Global, Bitfunder, MPEx and Havelock are the major five whereby LTC-GLOBAL a Litecoin exchange is. BTC-TC (www.btct.co) has the highest volume (30d avg 197k, daily avg 6.6k Bitcoin).

Is there a way to know volumes generated on other exchanges? Something like this would help: http://www.bitcoincharts.com/markets/

The charting situation is even worse. IRC trade feeds and coinflow are the only public tools I know of.

I do not trade anything that I cannot (i) first see on a high quality chart and (ii) then read and analyze the tape for selected points and ranges between them (to study what techniques are used by the big players for a selected instrument).

1. Do you trade on these exchanges?

2. Is shorting possible?

If you can get BTC-TC guys (do they have a representative on this forum?) to talk to tradingview guys (there is a representative on this forum) and in result get tradingview to chart BTC-TC instruments, I will in return give you a number of trading calls.
509  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why MP is your God. on: August 12, 2013, 10:38:09 PM

Thanks a lot, Dex.

I hope tranny MPEO-PR will forgive me for hijacking the thread for a while to ask two questions:

1. Am I correct to assume (judging from coinflow.co) that there are 5 securities exchanges (BTC-TC, LTC-Global, Bitfunder, MPEx and Havelock) in crypto economy?

2. Were there attempts to hook these exchanges to tradingview? Coinflow charts are terrible to read - I won't be able to tell if there was some sort of a scam going on with s.dice because of the chart low quality / granularity, and in case there was a scam if one was able to predict it.

If you need NT importable data, I'd be happy to serve Daddy Loozik. Cheesy

Not worth the effort at the moment, but thanks Smiley
510  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why MP is your God. on: August 12, 2013, 09:45:04 PM
Alright then, somebody got wind of the SD deal before it was announced, along with the price and bought up all shares below that price. MPEX is one of the places where the information could have been available beforehand. This makes you a potential suspect.

Actually I was interested in this case, because it looks indeed suspicious.

The first  spike in volume was a sale. Maybe the alleged insider put up a buy wall which was filled immediately, but I exclude this trade from the trades of interest for now. The jump from 0.0022 BTC to 0.002399 BTC was due to the next buy, not because of the sale of 5000 shares.

The next picture shows the range of alleged insider trades:

Inbetween those two points were:

61 trades (60x "Market Buy", 1x "Call Option") with a volume of 12,156 shares for a total of 32.61828 BTC. The averaged price per share was 0.002683 BTC. This results in a profit of 9.92772 BTC after the buyback for 42.546 BTC (0.0035 BTC per share).

10 BTC profit in a 126,315 BTC deal seems somewhat insignificant to me.

Where one can look at those s.dice charts? Preferably non-java charts.

WTF is going on here!?!??!?!

My guess is MP fired a shemale pretending to be a woman, called MPOE-PR. Maybe he no longer needs tranny services, who knows?

MPOE-PR took revenge by (i) describing MP as a god and (ii) posting a claim-contradictory picture of MP in all his glory, dressed in $25 Borat suit, riding a donkey pretending to be a pony.

Those women, sorry those trannys  Grin

1. Care to explain those ''mistaken assumptions''?
Nope.

Then you can hardly make yourself understood. Shouldn't PR be about clear communication?
513  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why MP is your God. on: August 12, 2013, 02:40:17 PM
Your questions are broken, in that they make mistaken assumptions about the world which renders them unanswerable.

1. Care to explain those ''mistaken assumptions''?

2. If you are right about ''unanswerable'', does this mean that there is at least one action the almighty GOD (MP dressed in Borat suit, travlling on a donkey in Egypt) can't perform?

3. If there is at least one action MP can't perform (answering unanswerable), then s/he can't possibly be a gawd, can s/he? In which event you should alter the thread title  Cool
514  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why MP is your God. on: August 12, 2013, 02:14:15 PM
To try and get this back on topic (ie, the worship of his greatness MP the Bitcoin God):
[...]
Here's the difference between you and your God: you know the answer mid August. He makes the right calls early March. That's what it is.

This MPOE-PR shemale has a nerve.

If s(he) considers MP a god (for giving shitty calls), then s(he) should consider me the master of his / her god, shouldn't s(he)?

I made three public calls so far:

In the middle with the beard is MPOE-PR.

Cool. A woman with a beard. But still a woman  Cheesy Shouldn't s(he) work in a circus?

Seriously, this is pretty much a non-evidence.

MPOE-PR,

1. You got my attention with your ''Why MP is your god'' thread title.

2. I hoped to find an object of worship and admiration. I have been too long into atheism. Time for a change you know  Wink

3. You were successful in proving MP is just an idiot wearing Borat suit rather then a god. Your proving your boss is an idiot disappointed me.

4. Maybe you could compensate me for my wasted time and turned down expectations and at least prove you are not a guy?

Out of curiosity, what miracles would one need to perform to qualify (according to your standards) for aspiring to divinity?

You're not in the books. Too stupid.

I am disappointed in your opinion about me.

Maybe after I have read more of your posts, I will become a bit wiser. If this time comes, I want to be prepared. So, come on, be a dear. Tell us what miracles one does need to perform to qualify for divinity.
