Not now but in next 2-3 years for sure. Like i mentioned earlier that ICC should allow 2 teams from the India in the ICC tournament (Limited overs cricket)  I'm sure 2nd string Indian team could provide far more entertainment and could be competitive in comparison to Zim, UAE, Ireland, Singapore and few others. Even 3 from India is OK (India has depth in talent and they have 38 first class teams). The ICC can also allow a second team from Pakistan as well. There are dozens of national teams, that are entirely comprised of Indian and Pakistani nationals. Given this, why can't they allow additional teams from these two countries, without the fake labels such as "Oman", "Norway", "Czech Republic", "Sweden", "Qatar".etc? The advantage here is that these teams will be more competitive when compared to the "fake" national teams. I agree with you. For many fans Bayern was a big favorite to win this competition, just as Barcelona was a big favorite to win the Europa League. We all know what happened in the end. European competitions are very long and difficult, and it's not easy to play every game at a top level. You can play perfectly all season and then play one game a little weaker and drop out of the competition. Ask Guardiola and Manchester City what they think of this? Often the winner in the end is not the best team but the most prepared team. Villareal is a very difficult and dangerous team and Liverpool will have to play two perfect games to win. Liverpool needs to play good football if they want to beat Villareal. My favourite from day one is west ham, they really deserve something from this season,they have been consistent even last season the they fought till the last day for Fourth position even topping Leicester city, Tottenham Hotspur and arsenal in the league table, when Barcelona was drop to the Europa League I was thinking this is bad news for them but Barcelona are out now so I see them as the favourite,they will win Frankfurt in the semis, winning Lyon 3 nil is a enough evidence that they will see out Frankfurt. And rangers are not push aside team just because they are playing a German team that is not reliable.
You do have to give credit to Moyes -- I know he's no one's favourite guy but if you're not a club expected to go fight in Europe and will never have the budget to do this (I say this because of Newcastle and the random money any club can appear to enter into suddenly), he's your guy. I still feel slightly disappointed in their league position but to actually say that means how far he's somehow taken them. I still don't rate them in Europa though and that's no disrespect to them. UCL, Europa, they need experience in continental competition. Frankfurt surely has more nous, Rangers will feel hungrier (or angrier for likely losing the Scottish title defence...). Frankfurt was never expected to reach this stage of the competition. Especially after the performance that they have shown in their own league. The possibility of Manchester United to enter the Champions League next season is very small even I say it is impossible after they have gone through many bad weeks, now the competition for 4th place in the standings is only fighting over 2 teams between Arsenal and Tottenham.

It is truth they have the likes of Vinicius Jnr and Modric to display some level of brilliance that could swing the game to their advantage but Vinicius is not consistent game after game and Modric can be marked out. As for Manchester City, their major worries is the injuries plaguing the team now and this might just give Real Madrid the advantage. Benzema has shown really good performance in the last few matches in Champions League and by now I expect the opponent of Real Madrid to understand that and guard Benzema properly. I really think if Benzema is not let loose in that match Manchester City has a really good chance of winning. and I expect Manchester City to understand that by just properly guarding Benzema they cannot leave the house in their defense in any other place. |

There are just 7-8 regular teams in cricket and all these bilateral tours are becoming repetitive and boring. And in world cup, they have reduced the number of teams from 16 to 10, making it even more boring. And even the surviving teams are transforming from native-dominated to foreign-dominated. Cricket has lost its charm. It has become more of a business than sport.

It looks like Leipzig are going to secure themselves in the third position in the near future so I wonder which team will manage to secure the fourth position, Leverkusen or Freiburg? Freiburg have always been a surprising team in this league as they can still be a competitive team despite not having a very great lineup. But I feel like that Leverkusen won't lose their place to Freiburg at the end of the season. They are one of the good teams of this season and they deserve this position too.
The way RB Leipzig is playing right now I don't think they will drop points at the moment because they are in good form right now and I also expect them to end the season in the third place. It will be interesting to look forward to meeting Real Madrid and Manchester City in this season's Champions League semifinals. And I say it is difficult to predict who will win this match because both are one of the best teams in the domestic league and Champions League. In the domestic league, Manchester City still leads the standings even though they are still in the shadow of Liverpool who are still chasing with only 1 point, as well as Real Madrid, which is still comfortably at the top of the standings.
But for me it's easy to predict this but first I'll be honest, I'm not a big fan of a football team so maybe I can say I'm a neutral person. But at this moment I personally believe Manchester City have a better chance, that doesn't mean it's guaranteed to win and qualify. I personally just feel Manchester City have better quality in a team, unlike Real Madrid who still need Benzema to improve the quality of the team. I think the problem is Manchester City having to worry about the English Premier League because they cannot make any mistakes otherwise Liverpool is going to overtake them and win the English Premier League. So, I think that might be a problem. but I also think that same thing can be said about Liverpool. But I don't think Real Madrid will have any kind of problem like that. |

I really don't think that the Coronavirus situation is going to be causing too many problems this time in the IPL. And it really shouldn't be too big of a problem if necessary steps are taken.
The match is going to be really interesting because both the teams are almost in the same form. DC has played one match less and they really should be looking to capitalize in this match to get all the points.
After the match started i knew that there is no change in the team, i expected some of their major players missing out the match and i picked Punjab Kings to win the match and they just produced their worst performance in this tournament and Delhi Capitals cruised their way to victory with ease and the good thing is that David Warner is back in form. Punjab Kings somehow pulled out their worst performance ever in that match. and it was really easy for their opponent to win that match because in this year's IPL scoring runs has been really easy and only a target of 116 is just not enough. and I think that is quite evident because DC won that match with 9 wickets in hand and 57 balls left. Today we will have one another match between Mumbai Indians vs Chennai Super Kings. In this regard what is prediction who will won the match?
Though I picked MI today on Superbrue. Mumbai Indians have been playing really bad in this tournament and in this match I think things are not different. they have scored 45 runs at the loss of through wickets and 6.4 overs have been played. I am quite sure that cricket has lost a little of its popularity even though it is not very much noticeable. And the way ICC is going on about things I am sure that the situation is not going to improve. And you made a very good point about cricket being run by businessmen because they are only interested in money. They are not at all interested in expanding the game.
Not going to agree with the first part. At least here in India, the IPL remains vastly more popular when compared to the other leagues such as the ISL and pro-Kabaddi league. As such, I have not seen any dip in popularity for cricket in India. The only thing I have noticed is that the younger generations are getting addicted to T20 format, and they almost never watch the test matches. And also, outside cricket activity has reduced to a bare minimum, as open spaces are getting sparse and the people are spending more and more time on their mobiles. If Monaco manage to win today, they are going to have a chance to take the fourth position in the standings by this week. But Nice are a really difficult opponent for them to defeat now.
