Indeed its with bfgminer since i can not use cgminer
The zadig stuff not really worked well with my system.
On the jala somehow it does not work
I did at the end removed all usb drivers since could not even see my phone, ipod , ms keyboard, ms mouse and my tablet anymore.
At first i thought would be easy to remove it, but found out otherwise it was pretty nasty to remove.
Like it was to install, each and every port i tried to connect the usb devices on had to install zadig.
While it actually should have worked like normal driver but it constant messed up
502  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Sapphire 7970 Vapor-X OC 11197-03-40G - voltage unlocked - EUROPE BASED on: September 03, 2013, 05:11:20 PM
The dual-x are also pretty good cards but just a little less then the vapor-x ones
That technics has proven to be working well, i was sceptical when i bought them
But when i bought several other brands second hand i found the vapor-x ones allways be just a tad bit better, cooler and more stable.
Ofcourse when i put 4 in my cramped i7-3770 system with the case closed it became sometimes steaming hot.
Especially when i was gaming from morning till early morning Wink
Ofcourse maxing out every bit i could squeeze out of all my games, and trying out all demo's from games i was curious about.
Now by this is am just saying they are good cards ofcourse i do not know how much they where abused by this user xD
503  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Sapphire 7970 Vapor-X OC 11197-03-40G - voltage unlocked - EUROPE BASED on: September 03, 2013, 03:43:35 PM
Imma not selling my precious Wink
But they are quality product they stay much cooler then other simple designs often even beat 3 fanned model cards cooled ones
Possible very high overclocks also because of the prefect cooling.
But i allready know for a fact that really kills your cards in time much quicker then if kept at certain speeds
Mine runs perfects at 1050 core however i ran them for many months at 1190 however i lost one now because the could not cope the heat from mining constant for almost 2 years.
I mine full at scrypt at around 68 C and that is not even with using fan setting at 55% it fully runs on auto fan speed.
Ofcourse on hot days when its 34 to 36 C it breaks the 75c mark but hell these cards can handle it with ease

As you ofcourse know if you put more into a case they heat each other which will effect the performance
504  Local / Off-Topic (Deutsch) / Re: CALLING MENIG!!!! PROMO MSIT on: September 03, 2013, 11:26:08 AM
Well i have ordered these from menig
So all i can do is wait, i paid him so the wait has started again

The fastest delivery i ever had was from a bitminter miner in germany which i bought a lot of 1x16 extenders, they came within 2 days.
Only a few times got my ordered items sooner then i expected and one of those was my BE order by yxt

All other orders i did in england and germany seem to take alot of time ... or the ones sending do.
Because somehow postage from germany and england seems to travel to the usa then to china over australia and finally come to my door.
Last time i ordered a anker hub and usb fan in england and they took 17 days to arrive
my next order was 1 anker hub from germany which took 13 days to arrive
usb block erupters from menig took 9 days before they came in
another anker hub ordered an amazon.de took also 11 days to arrive

funny enough a package from the usa took only 6 days to arrive so its absolute weird that neighbour countries takes so long.
505  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: [POLL] Should Butterfly Labs (BFL) get a Scammer tag? on: September 03, 2013, 11:09:34 AM
Well i agree it will not happen since bfl people here are considered hero's
I do not have to say that they give a good income to the forum so NEVER gonna happen even if they steal fort knox itself
Sure as hell BFL does not scammed any of the big boys here just the normal people like me get screwed by them.
506  Local / Off-Topic (Deutsch) / Re: CALLING MENIG!!!! PROMO MSIT on: September 03, 2013, 11:05:00 AM
I am not blaming you anything yxt, i just am shocked as all other that menig wants to make such huge profits
While he knows its even hard to get Break Even point on the first groupbuys
This far he has not responded with a track and trace or anything
I have a very long term memory on these things so i will not forget this lightly.
And the forum helps me remind me on this matter as well

507  Other / Meta / Re: Marketplace trust on: September 03, 2013, 09:34:07 AM
Well i totally have no clue how this trust works i tried to set trust at someone but have no clue if it worked or not

This trust should be much easier to add or remove

Like just clicking + or - signs to add or remove trust and give it a max of 3 to 5 in either direction
And add advanced option to give the posibility to explain why you gave that rating.

Ofcourse now you can say your lazy and i would answer immediate yes i am xD
I want all to be done for me, instead of me lifting my lazy ass from my luxory chair and/or move my fingers more then 10 millimeters
Just typing this message make me so tired i need to rest 2 months in my warm bed to recover
508  Local / Off-Topic (Deutsch) / Re: CALLING MENIG!!!! PROMO MSIT on: September 03, 2013, 09:00:42 AM
Well we can be pissed till the next eon, its not gonna help us
I have paid for them because i want to fill up my very expenssive anker hubs till they are full

And after that i will consider this asicminer business end of story, asicminer soon will be a loose money product anyway
Also because of the extreme long wait times we had on the sticks. While we all saw the difficulty jump up quick as hell !!!.

Everytime the usa customers had constant huge supplies while eu customers had to wait till christmas 2025 (yes i know i did this on purpose)
in the usa people had to wait a few days not freaking 2 months.

I am wondering if he is also making profit on the postage as well since 0,21 btc is not really cheap
When i send a package to a german friend i paid only 12,60 euro secured till 500 euro 2 kg package

Here is the part of the pdf where menig shows what i had to pay for my 5 sticks

Tabelle1 Seite 3

bronan 5 1,25 Niederlande 0,21 1,46 13qey3vNsMF11vfvdTWzBvzeQGweVgFQsy

btw I had to order by menig these promo stick since, yxt not allowed me to order these by himself if bought from other groupbuy
he explicit answered in his email not to intervene while it would have been easy to do it with simple REAL promo codes.

So for me it would not matter where i would have ordered from menig or at FULL 0.30 btc + postage prices from yxt.

To be honest it would have been equal if menig would not make the big profit then yxt would have gotten it

Both are in for the huge profits and not for being nice to us.

I paid menig 2 days ago and have not received a send package message so i am waiting.....

menig is making huge profits on many group sales and is the clear winner, he bought many jupiter shares and is now selling those again with profit.

Sorry nwools
But i only get to see in the process log window showing  "Process crashed"
Then after 2 to 3 seconds it tries again to start with this in a endless loop
However it allready starts with failing to see all connected device in most cases it only see 5 from 16 usb devices
I am not sure why luke changed the bfgminer command again, but the flawless "erupter:all" no longer work anymore
Not even if i start the miner by the command giving directly in a dos prompt
Ofourse cgminer completely fails to see any device without that crap zadig drivers which on its turn fails to see the freaking cheap jala

btw i think that total program crashes appear when i put as option -S erupter:all

I start to be pissed after almost 2 months still nothing about those phantom promo sticks
Which are constant am promised while prices drop enormous each week.
And they are actually being sold for almost the promo stick prices 0.16 btc in the usa.

514  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Do we want to continue to allow varrious vendor hate in here? on: August 29, 2013, 01:28:33 PM
The issue is that many vendors copied the BFL way, to get money for their startup as a hardware "company" who all take money before they actually deliver.

Now this all would be acceptable if the ones buying the hardware would get some benefit from being the first ones who ordered

Since they actually played the loaning bank for them, but instead of being rewarded we are being called silly idiots who only cry "see the many reactions in many threads about different hardware".

So for me its hard to keep my head cool since i am one of those who got a jalapeno while i paid for a SC single ( which has changed a couple of times in hashpower during the time they was not delivered and even i forgot what was written when i bought it.

So yes i want satisfaction but since bfl does not deliver the item i bought ,nor answer my emails regarding this issue i feel betrayed and scammed
I do not want to see posts by people who think they are god and that they are allways right.

The most annoying is to see that other people actually get what they ordered no matter the date.

Yes its insane that we had to wait more then a year to see actual hardware appear but if it was the right hardware i would never been so pissed.
Or if they would anwer me in a proper way and give me a satisfactory solution for the time and anger they caused, and last but not least some formal answer with a nice sorry sir ... blah blah blah

So i think any pre-order business should be moved towards a a sub forums where is written that doing this is pretty risky for the one doing this pre-order, in fact it should actually be under gamble with your btc. since we now learned the early adopters of this hardware are actually all loosing money. Besides those lucky few who got those big rigs early on. If they do make ROI i don't know but they might get lucky if that device can be kept mining on cheap electra.

The fact that many people here jump in to the discussions and start defending for instance bfl, even when they have preorders themselfs just means in my view that they hope by doing this they might get a better change their order comes in well.

Some of them are on my ignore and i really would have an option where i can completely make those persons invisble completely.
I really no longer want to see these persons names/posts at all anymore, even if they actually got screwed i would not care one cent about them.

We all know if something is valuable the world is full with thieves, hackers, scammers and liars.
So its hard to see who are the good guys and who are the bad ones, we assume if one has a nice site and looks promising and offer us a good looking deal we want to try it
However how do we protect ourselfs against fraudulent companies ... indeed we post it on forums like here and try to prevent others to fall in the same pit you fell into.
But then all of a sudden people start making you the liar, fool, moron, thief and the idiot on this forum.... should we just shut up and go on with our lifes like nothing happened.
Is that what bitcoin will be, the ultimate untrustworthy coin. The one and only currency where people should stay far away from.

Then by all means stop all who want to go for justice, because everytime one report his findings or concerns they get flamed by the wonderboys who know all and believe what they think is the truth.
See the problem with bitcoin is that indeed it is hard to trace and by that it opens up a wealth of ways to steal those coins, yes money is also not totally safe but it can be traced by the serial numbers till it leaves the cash machines. Which most people not even know they are being filmed the moment they cash it out.

518  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: What'll happen to ASICs when they're no longer profitable to run? on: August 25, 2013, 10:10:47 PM
Too many assumptions surround the mining outlook predictions.

- that difficulty will keep rising exponentially
- that all mining manufacturers will ship products (many are SHA-2 ASIC  only start-ups, I don't think Samsung are producing miners any time soon)
- that BTC price will stick long-term at $80-130 (what if it plunges tomorrow?)

People are getting caught up in their very fixed view of what should happen given current trends, without paying mind to possible severe trend reversals. Not being bearish, what if the price doesn't stop the current linear expansion? What if a high density 3d printed solar cell technology gets announced before December? What if an oil price shock hits the global market '70s style, causing price inflation madness? Mining depends on alot of variables, and assuming that so many will remain the same to support narrow predictions is pretty risky.

All we can now do is use the machines what they are made for, and i personally will run it as long as the electricity usage is being paid by the machine.
As soon as it becomes a loosing money issue i will probably send it to the recycle industry which will try to scrape out as much usefull materials as possible.
I do not say anything about what bitcoin is doing since i still not got a crystal ball Cheesy
As soon as i can predict what is going to happen and never fail in that i would be the richest man on the planet.
Since i am one of the simple worker slaves, you can fill in how rich i am.... (NOT if you could not guess it allready, we eu slaves are only good for pay taxes)
519  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: What'll happen to ASICs when they're no longer profitable to run? on: August 25, 2013, 09:26:00 PM
Asic's have a problem if they are no longer usefull on the task they are made for.

These chips are designed to do one task pretty well, so indeed the question is what can be done with them is limited to calculate sha256 security hashes
In fact they where allready used for this task.

The problem is that these chips can not be changed and reprogrammed like fpga.

So what will your expenssive toy be worth after new and faster designs enter the scene

Also i am kinda sure the companies using asic for other tasks do not want our asics, simply because they pay very little for their asics because the ones they use are made in massive numbers.

We pay enormous prices compared to the normal industry designed ones.

I will be expecting kinda 0.0 value after they no longer can be used on the bitcoin scene
Unless you can find an alternative sha256 coin which can be done on the same machines.
