For additional clarity. The above is a mixture of sources. The quote from me above was in respect of some coins that I had bought from Matthew and was subsequently requested to return. the rest of the information is taken from Elias's Encyclopedia of Bitcoin. I still have the original email requesting the return of the coins. Mail dated 03/06/14 ".... and I will replace all affected coins free of charge obviously. However all 12 of the ones I sold to you are affected. Do you have any of them left? Regards, Matthew" As items go these coins are, I believe, quite rare as most customers returned their faulty coins. I was unable to at the time and them forgot as life got in the way. A shame on one level as I missed out on my BTC but history seems to be repaying me Of the 12 I had, I know of only 2 of them (that I gave away to friends and family) that are in "safe" hands, I have 3 left and have sold 1. So, that's 6 of the 12 with definite provenance and still in "circulation" There used to be a list of the zombies, when Gravs site was up. Not sure if that was for all Zombies made, or all zombies left following partial returns. I kept a few of these zombies back (but not as many as your 12, maybe 5), and I know one other user (Miffman) who kept some also (who had bought in bulk from me, before the zombie error had been realised).... unsure how many they kept and how many they returned as they dealt with Grav direct for the returns / swaps I seem to recall 90ish zombies were made in total (From memory I had 50 of them before selling 20 - 30 in bulk to Miffman and returning 15 - 25 back to Grav myself). Dont know how many were returned by Miffman, and how many were left with him. There must have been 30 ish sold to other users, that also may or may not have been returned in full Grav would need to give definitive numbers, if they are available. It sounds like minimum of 20, maximum of 75. If my ballpark reckoning is somewhere near. Miffman may be able to narrow that band down a bit, if Grav cant.

Most of us around here
Name them. Then lets see if that really represents most. As always, those with a negative opinion shout louder than those with a positive or neutral view You dont like, fine, dont like. That is your personal opinion, and I respect that, but your views dont represent me. In my personal opinion ANACS grading still remains the best option for assessing relative coin conditions when not trading face to face. Its not flawless, but its the best option available.

The escrow needs to be a trusted third party mutually agreed by both buyer and seller. There are the 'usual escrows', we all know them, 6 or so. But some people may have history with certain escrows, or already have sizeable funds held with an escrowed transaction (so may want to use a different escrow for other trades), that may determine who the required escrow needs to be. Sometimes flexibility is needed by both parties to get an agreement

Any manufacturer funding options, or Lealana like self funding prior to shipping ? Is there any planned denom(s), or entirely flexible ? Can the text at the bottom be custom both sides ? (what is the character limit ?) Can the wallet addresses for both sides be fully customised ? 7 chars for bitcoin wallets ... potentially 2 of them ... I guess 1ABCDEF ie 6 vanity chars, or 1ABCDEFG ie 7 vanity chars ? **EDIT ... case sensitive ? ** Can see this ending up a bit like my custom Lealana set, I did for my son

I am in the UK ... and recieve a fair bit from the US
USPS priority express, uses Parcelforce at this end to deliver, and they are heavy for import duties (they open up packages, inspect, then look online to attribute values to determine the import duty due)
USPS priority, use Royal Mail at this end to deliver, and they are a lot fairer on taxes (trust stated values)
I generally request USPS priority. Its slower, but cheaper for both sender and reciever

Anything more on something like http://www.trackitonline.ru/ ? Often when it hits the UK .... they can change the tracking number Something that looks at it end to end, like trackitonline, may help

the remaining 10 or so loose sets to be sold by me as auction or sales.
can I take this to mean that I can buy a set of autographs for the copy of the encyclopedia I bought through supporting the World IDkit? If so that would make me very happy Viz Off topic, but related to earlier post (apologies halo), for info, rather than discussion in this thread (PM me if you want) https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/sign-html#/This is the world ID kit. Project associated with HardBTC Some competitively priced Casascius coins, for FIAT on there also (or can be BTC, the address is on the page, but the order would need to be done manually - ask me and I can help). Brass coins are late funded (2015 / 16), silver 0.1's are 2013 funded (I hold these for Hard BTC and ship direct to any backers)

The brass seem to be very suscptable to 'tarnish spots'. Unsure what they are from
There are a variety of different sorts that appear to be some form of reaction, as opposed to standard tarnish / handling
Some are like milk spots (also seen on the silvers), this could be that Some are like 'oxidised spots' with an almost rust like spot surrounded by discolouration
Most just look like bird poo though !!
But yes, most early ones were handled in some way it seems

I would like to post my interest in one coin also, depending on final stats.
Problem is, As I work on call, I have missed two auctions so far ^^
I only managed to get some halving coins as there was a buy price.
I understand your need to auction, but please think of people in my situation, I would love a price I could just decide to buy or not.
BTW, halving coins are lovely!!
Ask someone to proxy bid on your behalf .... ? Give them your limit and square it with them when it's time to pay and coin gets shipped to you

ANACS pop reports just state what they have graded. You can only use them as the maximum number. Big shortfall
I have a 69 error coin. The slab was scratched. So I got them to reslab it. They gave it a new reference number. So the pop report says there are 2, wheresas its the same coin twice. ANACS wont amend the pop report. I have asked them. Luckily I had imaging done on both, so can prove this ...
So even when they do the reslabbing, the pop reprt is inaccurate, let alone if anyone cracks themselves and resubmits
