521  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin price end of year? on: April 24, 2021, 10:29:47 AM
i believe even if bitcoin drops a bit in a month, bitcoin will still hit 100k by end of year! let me know what you guys think

Don't expect to much so you won't regret in the end, just think of a price that can be reached someday but don't take it seriously to avoid frustrations.
I myself also wanted to experience that price, but there's many factors that affects the growth of btc. I'm hoping this year to be the most fruitful gains for everybody who's always there to support bitcoin no matter what challenges may come.
522  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet, Stake or Sportsbet - Which is best? on: April 23, 2021, 11:41:47 PM
I never experienced betting at cloudbet, because I don't have plans to make gambling as a habitual entertainment. Once I been playing with sportsbet and won $500, and during that lucky period I tend to bet all over again but unfortunately it wasn't successful. Because of greed, I wasn't able to take my winnings back due to expectations of winning for another fortune. However, I was able to withdraw my gambling capital then decided to stop gambling.
If I were to give advise for many folks, none of these sites is the best and we all going to lose whether we like it or not.
523  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will drop to 20k is not time to buy btc now on: April 23, 2021, 11:18:21 PM
Buying BTC now is extremly risky. This is a bubble what we see now.  Soon the prices will drop to 20k then buy BTC.
But now is not the time at the end of the bull run.

Soon we'll reach good point to buy at 20k btc this good price.
now is high price i wouldn't put 60k on btc.
but is good time to buy altcoins that can make you x2-5x

It's not a problem for me if you tried saying bad things for btc, because I have no plans yet for investing my money while it's not yet going down and experience another bear market. Somehow you do have a good point about $20k, but it's hard to figure out when will it happen. The market still showed strong dominance over btc, and most tokens with bigger potentials depends on the market value that it has.
To overcome our fears, we should keep our holdings safe and be updated when another bounce would further initiate.
524  Economy / Speculation / Re: We entered a bear market earlier than expected on: April 23, 2021, 10:50:36 PM
Bitcoin 15%- the major cypto -25% and tomorrow will be 30%- massive hit comming. You will see at 6 am when you wake up.
We enter a bear market now. I expected it to last longer but this is the end,

This the beauity of crypto is unpredictable. I am in 15k I don't sell anything and don't feel anything.

I don't think that your expectations would be possible, we aren't at bear market yet because the price still recovers quickly after falling. That's just a minor crash, many traders took their gains for the main time and eventually buy back when they've notice a cheaper price. They wouldn't sell all of their holdings as long as they hit their predicted price, and it's not yet possible to see $15k or below this year, maybe 5 years to go.
525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Haney vs Linares - May 29 on: April 23, 2021, 09:04:36 PM
Devin Haney vs Jorge Linares May 29

~snip~
https://www.badlefthook.com/2021/3/31/22360821/devin-haney-vs-jorge-linares-official-may-29-las-vegas-dazn-boxing-news-2021

So it's now official, Haney will be facing Linares for his WBC Lightweight title. This is going to be an exciting and close fight. Linares gave Loma all he can take and even score a flash knock down, and obviously he has the experienced in this fight. So Haney will be tested here for sure, but I think he can adjust and will probably win by decision here.

I'm expecting a very close odds here, although there is none yet for now, Haney might be slight favourite and ML might be good to bet here.

We should consider their age and experience here, so I would bet for Linares because of his consistent fights compared from his challenger. Other people just fall with the hype against Haney, that's why he became the favourite even though it was just promotional diversions so the choices will be divide.
That role of business in gambling, it always involves several strategy to gather supporters who opposes the rival team.
526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another huge dump happening today, is this it? on: April 22, 2021, 11:35:45 PM
We are again seeing a bloody market, what is happening, do you know what's the reason behind this huge dump?

BTC -11%
ETH -12%
BNB -14%

Major coins are in red, the rest will follow, what could be next?

I'm hoping that the next will be a great recovery after huge dump happened, and what I am looking after this is the preparation for the next target of about $70k-$80k ATH. It's not that accurate but the chances is very high because the entire market depends with the progressive growth of btc and eth market. If you're smart enough you can use usdt as your buying power while the market goes down, then that opportunity is to accumulate your additional holdings.
527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 25 arrested after Rab busts mini casino in Ashulia!! on: April 22, 2021, 11:17:15 PM
There should be a strict verification from casino itself, they must not allow minor age to play casino games. The most liable for this case is the establishment because they're the one responsible for the actions of these young individuals. If they imposed strict requirements from their client casino players, and age will be determined I don't think it will happen to those underaged people.
But, that's with local casino operations and we don't know how rampant is young people bets with gambling using online platforms and they still remained anonymous right now.
528  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The old fiat days are behind us! on: April 22, 2021, 06:31:18 PM
When someone says, "but the performance of gold as an asset lasts 5,000 years"

You might be able to point out: "And then the arrival of the railroad, together with the horseless carriage, rendered the animals as transport obsolete."

Basically, computers, the web, mobile phones, and the internet are all expanded, improved versions of existing technologies. upgrading technology and techniques, actively doing something completely different for thousands of years. So, the future of currency (which is crypto) is here!

Absolutely, that's what makes our world go round these days and everyone is more fascinated with different aspects in cryptocurrency particular with future projections. Digital era is here and I don't think fiat money will still exist 15 years from now. Once everybody will gain definite awareness on crypto, I guess they'll able to find advantages compared with physical currency which fiat.
Technology evolves, that why we need to adopt in order to make things better in life, as well as financial stability.
529  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen if Satoshi moves or sells his Bitcoin? on: April 22, 2021, 12:10:34 PM
What you ever wondered what will happen with Bitcoin once Satoshi moves his/her/their coins to another address on the Blockchain? While most people are focused on other aspects of Bitcoin, they haven't realized that one day Satoshi could decide to dump all of his/her/their coins for profit. Or he/she/they could decide to manipulate the market with the huge stash of coins. This will certainly bring the attention of many crypto enthusiasts as recent network activity could indicate that Satoshi is still alive.

What are you thoughts? Huh

I don't think this name satoshi just belongs to a single individual, but in reality this alias named after that identity was made in order to protect the anonymous being of the one who created bitcoin in the first place.
That's a huge loss for many holders if this man would decide to convert his wealth for physical money or even wipe out bitcoin from blockchain system. However, I believed that bitcoin doesn't belongs to a single person but rather to a group of whales who has the control over it. Before that certain scenario happens, decision making doesn't only begin by single approval but by individual agreement.
530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Metamask chrome extension recovered unexpectedly on: April 21, 2021, 11:17:17 PM
Actually you can run it directly from your old harddrive with the metamask extension still installed on your chrome without needing to overwrite into a new chrome. Chrome is a portable, where you can install as many as you want in any directory with different profile settings and extensions. It's just that during installation, (if you are a Windows user) you will be directed to the default app installation directory C:/ which actually can be moved to other directories and will also run smoothly.

Good advice mate, but I wasn't able to recover the previous google chrome installation from my old hard drive. The only thing I had was only the app data on the user profile which I was able to copy during that time. Because that hard drive isn't the original installation drive, I only used it as a storage drive which I don't expect to run when I have overwritten to the new chrome installation which I did. Fortunately, it brought me good results and found my lost assets.
531  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don’t Panic V on: April 21, 2021, 07:21:23 PM
Wups...  So there’s news swirling around that a coal mine explosion at some province in China caused a huge power outage and prolly also caused BTC’s hash rate to drop by 30% or so.  That’s prolly the reason for the market sell down rn.  Just another over reaction by the market as usual.

Many people who've been so eager to earn huge profit had been fascinated with minor drops, and they still didn't learn to manage their emotions despite of all success in crypto. Everything will be overcome, just trust the best solutions that could fix this problems and I'm pretty sure those whales didn't want to lose in this game.
532  Economy / Speculation / Re: April 14, Coinbase IPO and pump on bitcoin? on: April 21, 2021, 08:03:23 AM
@LUCKMCFLY. I become skeptical when I read articles written similar to that. Sometimes they appear to be paid for advertisments written as an article.

In any case, there was no pump again on COIN. Insiders might be accumulating before the pump. This pattern is very familar hehehe.

Great if those signs will commence a good outcome and if the familiarity of the pattern would again be fulfilled.
The price was just establishing a strong momentum before recovery happens, that's what we're looking right now while price stabilized at this moment. Panic sellers would regret if they'll let their emotion dominate their decisions, and if they prefer to be patient instead of ranting I'm sure gains will come.
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Metamask chrome extension recovered unexpectedly on: April 21, 2021, 01:47:09 AM
For any sane crypto-person (a bit of an oxymoron, I know) on the list of things to avoid Chrome and Metamask should be near the top, somewhere between CSW and bitcoin doublers.

Other than that, what does this have to do with Bitcoin?

Maybe it has nothing to do with bitcoin itself when it comes to metamask or any other chrome extension wallets.
I just wanted to share that backing up our pc system would certainly avoid sudden loss if there's a possible hard disk crash. Simply, we can recover using the app data for any applications installed like bitcoin wallet that runs with windows operating system.
534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Metamask chrome extension recovered unexpectedly on: April 20, 2021, 11:34:34 PM
I wanted to share my experiences last Sunday April 05 during that early afternoon. Been doing the reformat of my personal computer, then came up to my mind to try recovering those coins stored at my metamask chrome extension that was lost a year ago without having any back-up.
Gladly, I found the corrupted hard drive then I was able to find the old chrome app data profile. I wasn't having any idea that time, then suddenly after doing internal search within the hard drive itself it went a series of trials.

What I did at first, fresh google chrome installation has been initiated then I did a first try from old hard drive username profile app data to be overwritten on new install app data on pc then I logged on my chrome account then run.
There it goes metamask wallet software extension also successfully run. Same thing I did towards the other profile, and fortunately I was able to recover my lost tokens unexpectedly.
Hopefully this discussions would help everybody who needs ideas onwards, and what's important is always backup your pc data profile because someday you'll be able to use it specially those extension softwares related to cryptocurrency wallets.
Share your thoughts here, and we will talk about it.
535  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at $1 million this cycle really possible? on: April 16, 2021, 11:58:31 PM
is the really possible what looks like a dream - $ 1 million for bitcoin this cycle? We all know the factors and events around BTC lately. In addition Raoul Pal said in an intervew Bitcoin can hit that target price. only 15x and we are there.

If one day that will be a reality, I think that's the time it becomes a worldwide currency and probably cashless society would be popular. But though it was all speculations, that doesn't mean impossible because most people who been learning the digital world would potentially gain and acquire more knowledge from cryptocurrency instead of preserving the traditional fiat money.
It's more safe and reliable for everybody due to blockchain dependability.
536  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin ATH - those responsible. on: April 16, 2021, 11:26:20 PM
Cheesy With profound gratitude and deep appreciation to those who short-sold their Bitcoin for this moment to be realistic, I think you’ll. Believe me, without them this moment shouldn’t have been possible, so, we the long hodlers say thanks, more liquidity still in need from these sellers.

Sellers aren't helping but they made the transaction more active everytime btc market changes every minute. Short time sellers took their profit through cost averaging, and not an entire dump in order to sustain with continuous rising trend.
Let's give all of us a warm welcome of success, because without patience we won't attain what we are experiencing today. So take a deep breath, we're going to a brighter journey of btc ATH soon.
537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Simpsons predicted an endless Bitcoin price growth on: April 15, 2021, 11:50:26 PM
At first most people thought that this was crazy, but now we already experienced the reality of those predictions. Personally, I don't really take some speculations seriously but there's a bigger contributions for us to analyze better if somebody gives his/her predictions.
Opportunity comes only at once, so don't ignore every ideas and positive ideas always attracts good outcome and that's how the simpsons works as a clue for those who neglected bitcoin as sustainable asset.
538  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Question On Sweeping Private Key on: April 15, 2021, 09:58:35 PM
Good afternoon,

Once a paper wallet private key has been sweeped, can Bitcoin still be safely sent and stored to the address of the sweeped private key? And therefore can that priavte key be sweeped again in future? Or after a private key has been sweeped does the address become invalid?

Thank you.

Keep your private keys in different backup, and I don't see any threat of security there as long as you don't exposed your keys towards untrusted sites.
Avoid using your emails for shady transactions like kyc registrations and other potential risk that may breach your security. Having printed paper wallet, should be done together with it's QR code and that's reliable and safe. But, I don't try to generate btc private keys yet, only for erc20 tokens.
539  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Mycellium vs CoinBase?Whats the difference? on: April 15, 2021, 04:14:52 AM
I am currently using Mycellium wallet and all the people around me use Coinbase and boast about how there are no fees, should i consider switching to Coinbase?
What is the difference between the both, which one would you recommend and which one do you use?

I would recommend coinbase, because it's better than the other. I've been using it those days that I am busy with my trading and I never encountered any problems with their wallet. Everything went out smooth and I certainly proved to everyone else that their security is safer than those I don't experienced. With regards to mycellium, I never used that one since I got into crypto that's why I can't provide any inputs about their services.
540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Alien worlds mining game on: April 15, 2021, 03:37:55 AM
It's not your typical mining wherein you need physical mining equipment or rigs.

It's a game based on WAX blockchain where you can collect and play with unique digital items (NFT) and later sold them on Wax Marketplace or just used it. I'm currently playing that game for a week now and almost hitting the minimum TLM needed to be teleported in Binance (which currently has a TLM launchpad going on).

Here's the FAQ: https://alienworlds.io/faq

Maybe we can move this thread to Service Discussion (Altcoins)

That's great, you're doing well with this blockchain game as well and I hope to learn more from this. I started signing up on this site, and on the process of familiarizing the environment of the crypto mining game itself.
Hopefully I'm going to play and earn just like what you did.

Moving this thread is okay, so everybody could share their additional ideas.
