Others strongly suggest having a mining tool for it can damaged your cpu, laptop etc.. I'm also using my laptop for mining, I found this site FreeBitco.in, it's kinda safe, try it.
Congratulations. how long have you been using a laptop ?. how much income per day ?. how much electricity bills you spend ?. As per my experience, mining uses laptop unprofitable and when laptops are used for mining for 8 hours. the laptop will be hot. if this continues to be left. slow but surely make laptop broken. |

When members will apply participants a signature campaign. The Campaign managers always give a warning should be the quality post. I have an AMD and NVIDIA card. As I know ETH coins are better mined AMD cards. But NVIDIA good in EQUIHASH such ZEC. I mine manually switch coins because I have totally control my profit.

For profit coins accordingly with the series and brand of GPU. Such between AMD and NVIDIA have series the advantages when using algorithm coin.
If you have NVIDIA cards better mining algorithm EQUIHASH such Zcash coin. AMD card better in algorithm ETHASH such ETH coin.

2.or you suggest for miners didn't buy GPU for their RIG?.

I am running I5 7300ghz. on MSI gp62 laptop + (GTX 1050 GPU ) Using two threads on CPU.
Cooling fan speed adjustment is via MSI dragon centre set on cooler boost (highest setting).
Now temp runs at at 73 c Still a bit too high?
How do I undervoltage and turn off turbo?

Yes, this fact. Why some member suggests CPU without GPU/Laptop doesn't use mining. Those of hardware in produce didn't design for spesific to mining. Mining process requires your hardware running for long time periods, good fan design, and mining process produce the heat. |

I work for Amazon and indeed, a huge complain we receive from our customers are the insane demand GPu's have and the inflated prices. I suggest you to go to a physical dealer or even purchase a GPU with some use, nowadays and depending the location is truly impossible...
this's nice sounds reason why very difficult get GPU although rise price. atm almost all dealer or offline store GPU said: empty stock, the stock will arrive 2 weeks, or said I send a message if the stock is ready, whatever that's. the manufacturer, dealer, the seller has monopolized GPU prices. |

On the other hand mining with mobile phones is still unused. We didn't have a chance to try it.
I think that people will mine coins in the next 5 years.
who will experiment and try to use the mobile phone to mining with the risk of damaging the mobile phone? GPUs that have RAM, Processor, and fan alone can be at risk of damage when used mining because mining takes out heat let alone a mobile phone that has no fan. |

For me still of ETH because the price ETH is good enough to my advantage despite increased diff. And AMD cards very excellent in ETHASH algorithm.

I read that the 4GB cards will likely be unusable for Ethereum beyond a certain epoch in the not too distant future (let's say a year?) when the DAG overruns that 4GB size, but the exact time that happens remains to be seen - at least for now.
Current Dag Size 2,3 GB. Every one year increased more 1 GB, the maybe year 2020 or 2021 Dag size 4 GB. So Card 4 GB have time 2 years again or maybe less 2 years (just my prediction and Opinion). So, I started buying GPUs 8 GB or above. |

for now situation, miners have some conditions:
1. Some miners sell their Cards, with calculating theirs have profited from when priced buy.
2. Some miners sell their cards and buying other cards more cheap and more quantity.
3. Some miners sell cards and wait and see until price of GPUs is normal.
4. And Some miners staying their cards and still mining with calculating income/day than sell their Cards. Because their thinking: If GPU prices return to normal, can they get their GPU easily? just as easy as they sell it.

It's a good idea, what kind of soap you are using? LoL. I thought that's your mom plates. Yeah, that's right, we need to clean our rig periodically, replace GPUs / Proci thermal paste, checking all cable etc to keep our rig on the best performance.
And don't forget to check your electricity bill. And check your wallet, if you have more the rest of $$ . go to buy again GPUs and don't forget buying soap |

There are two servers that have an Intel Xeon processor E5 2620 2GHZ (2 processors), and some i7 PCs but do not know how to dig for the performance, please consult. E5 2620 2GHZ has 6 of Cores, and 12 of threads. how many threads then determine how much your hashrate. then hashrate determine your reward(coin) is proportional to your share of the network hashrate. |

Well, I think i finally got my system stable. I swapped out MB and now using H270A Pro. Before i had allot of Crash restarts, until now it is very stable, besides last night. The rig never turned off, Fans where same speed as always. But the room was cold, I turned on the mointer and could not get any signal. Checked Nanopool, and it was not hashing for 3 hours. Any idea's ?
So my question to everyone is how often your Rig crashes and what was the cause and fix?
My rig never rested 24/7 had to work for me, rarely Crash because, before mining, I check hardware condition, air flow condition for the room mining, calculate the power consumptions for CPU and GPU, check compatibility mining software. if everything good, then mining do it and I'm monitor for 3 or 4 hours. if have crashed, when power electricity down, switch to new coins, that's all. atm, it's been 3 months Rig never crash. |
