Hello guys, it is unfortunate that many people fail to achieve and succeed their project ( like, ICO ...) , and many stop in the first attempts ( especially when there is a big failure) and become disappointed.
According to my experience, I want to give some steps to succeed any project, they will be as the following:
Step 1 : Focus on your goal ( project) because your energy will go to him:
Focus on what you want, not about what you do not want, and when you say to yourself that you will make a successful project ( there become a positive energy (+) inside you), then your focus will follow your thinking.
Step 2 : You must have a futuristic vision for what you want:
The futuristic vision pulls you to your project, and helps you in achieving the best , also when there is no vision , there is no hope to succeed.
Step 3 : Choose the right map ( strategy, plan) and the appropriate teacher :
The map may change in each situation but with that you should search for a teacher who have a good knowledge on the field of your project because he/she can help you to take a shortcut way to achieve your goal.
Step 4: Overcome the fear of failure and the internal conflicts:
One of the biggest obstacles which leads to project failure is the psychological problems.
And fear is one of the most widespread problems in many people ( fear of what will happen in the future, like that , Will my project fail? , Will I lose a lot of money? ..) and to overcome this issue, you must resolve the internal conflicts,
Firstly, you must know the internal conflicts that exist in youself ( like, your focus on negative thoughts )
Secondly, you must organize your life by choosing the most important things or goals for you, which helps you to achieve your dream ( project).
Thirdly, get starded.

With the merit system the participants of the signature campaign will decrease.
and conversely, more and more campaigns, such as blogs, videos and social media. new members will get dizzy because they are difficult to raise their rank level.
That is not big deal mate still the managers are accepting the people without merit as well. You need to have a quality posts under your when the manager checking the profile before he goes to list the participants on the spreadsheet. Ada is indeed a good encryption, but in the current bear market, it is not recommended to buy Ada, but should buy BTC.
Mate he has bought the ADA with the ethereum. I see ethereum dumped bigger in the market for the few months onwards. Hope everything will be settle back along with bitcoin in some days. Even in the transaction speed and encryption wise also ADA is best but in potential bump we cannot compare the ethereum with the ADA. Buying bitcoin is major thing we need to buy as much we can. |

What is happening right now is pure manipulation by big whales. Since cryptocurrency has no regulation, they can freely do what ever they want unlike in stock market. Those whales in stock market are now shifting to cryptocurrency and trying to take advantage of the situation. Shit banking whales collapsing the complete market now. Whatever they do it will not be happening long lasting here in the market. As like every year even this year we will find the price happening in the market soon. Since it is decentralized they are not able to control the market completely. Else regulation under government rules we will not be able to survive in the market. |

It is true that the market wouldn't continue to drop forever, some time in future it would stop and start to increase again. The market has dropped continuously over the past few weeks, causing a lot of investors to suffer huge losses. I think that It would stabilize soon and start to recover gradually.

ICOs can be a good investment if they work out and succeed finally, but caution should be taken when venturing in the,m i have invested in a couple of ICOs and haven't had any difficulty, one just have to a certain that they aren't investing in scams.
Investment and waiting for ICO token releasing will not be in my idea at all. If I like the project I would like to go with the coins and join their bounty campaigns and get the tokens for participation on that. The entire market is going down, so it's not just like you can single out ETH and say that it's only them. The entire market is going through a massive downturn, massive amounts of money are leaving the market and people are scared.
Also, when the price of Bitcoin crashes the price of altcoins crash -- that's how it works. If the pairings were different, as in if the pairings weren't all bitcoin then maybe things would be a bit different but that's not the case -- that's something we can try to change for the future.
Ethereum is not only one coin dumping in the market but when seeing the last year market movement on ethereum by comparing with this year means It completely range now. Last year ethereum bumped 350 percentage but this year almost 1100 USD value dumped from the peak value of ethereum. Current price fluctuations on the mareket is crashing almost every cryptocurrency in the market. This all happening because of the world political move. So like subject says, i have been offered to become bounty manager for a ICO from my country. I have been doing bountyes for 3 months now, i do know how bounties work and what should i do + i have assistant who would help me manage it. But i have never been doing bounties on bitcointalk, always on 3rd party services like bounty0x, bountyhive. My account is newbie. Is it smart for me to be bounty manager for them? We could easly handle all the tasks... What do you say?  Bro we people are working more than 25 plus campaigns mate. If all wish to be campaign manager what to do mate. It seems that you do not understand more about the market, so make arguments like this. Already said by forum residents on this above and you should rethink what they say, the market can not be designed to be predictable but speculation and history is needed to be legible but only 80% can not be read yeah.
Even satoshi's speculation also may not work here in this crypto market. There are people really making decision to bump and dump the cheap cryptos with the signal group for somewhile but that will not be long time survive for sure. Since all we know the crypto currencies are volatile in nature we do not have the idea like someone designed the crypto market or something. |

Good for canadians now. Atleast they may use the bitcoin with the help of newegg. I have seen recently bitcoin accepting e-commerce client purse.io taking charge to move towards the various countries including Asia and European countries.
Even Canada also in that list mate.
So I believe few option they have about to use bitcoin and other cryptos now. May be Justin Trudeau look into more about crypto currency and make that as a legal money to use everywhere in Canada.
