Кроме того уже наблюдается тенденция, когда отправив средства на миксер, можно получить геморрой с обменом их на наличность, т.к. это уже проверяется на некоторых обменниках. На самом деле я не очень понимаю этого решения. Форум посвящен BTC, которая является средством ухода от регуляторов и привычной нам финансовой системы, а тут миксеры запрещается рекламировать. Я никогда не пользовался миксерами (не считая тестов), т.к. со средствами вышедшими оттуда могут быть проблемы, но не думал, что админ форума пойдет на такое. На мой взгляд Aptos выбрали неправильную модель раздачи монет, поэтому и активность в сети не такая высокая как бы хотелось разработчикам. Да и вопрос на самом деле заключается не в хакерах и откуда они работают, а в том что у власть имущих всегда будет свободный выход в интернет, а обычные люди будут ущемляться и кормиться пропагандой. Если этот форум не представляет какой-то опасности для граждан РФ или режима РФ и то его заблокировали, то Youtube явно несет реальные риски, а значит рано или поздно будет заблокирован. Насколько мне известно, власть имущие в Северной Корее имеют полный доступ к всемирной паутине. К тому же даже обычный гражданин может иметь помимо серверно корейской почты, может иметь глобальную, только использовать ее можно лишь с одобрения. Т.е. после получения одобрения вы заходите в свою почту в специально выделенном помещении и под строгим наблюдением, проверяете ее или отвечаете на письма. По крайней мере о такой процедуре рассказывал Ланьков, в недавнем интервью Дудя. Так что возможно все и я в этом убедился за последние несколько лет не единожды. |
