I think some casinos are already doing that charitable work but not tagging their casino business as charitable casinos.
Regardless of the purpose, a casino is a casino and what they prioritized is to work as a normal casino the charitable side should not be the main agenda as it might lead others to think that the casino is using charity to build its name.
I remember freebitco.in organized a charity drive on their gambling site but I don't remember how it turned out.
I hadn't even considered that casino profits could be used to help the needy and to fund various research. In my opinion charity is a good trend and it doesn't matter if the casino constantly sends a portion of its profits to charity or holds one-time charity events. Очень интересно посмотреть сможет ли DJED с таким сверхвысоким обеспечением прервать череду депегов. Алгоритмический стейблкоин это синоним де-пега. Сейчас еще немного и этот новоявленный стейбл уже будет стоить 0.97$ за один токен. А что у него там за избыточное обеспечение? Самой ADA и шитком SHEN? Ну что ж, надежное обеспечение, которое поможет надежно скамануться, а-ля LUNA или USDN. В пресс-релизах то всё красиво расписано, но рынок уже полон живых примером, что обеспечение одного фантика другими, более волатильными фантиками, часто приводит к краху. А кто платить будет, за чей счёт банкет? За счёт пользователей стейбла, такие вот бесплатные тестеры для экосистемы. Лично я считаю их идею очень рискованной, но с удовольствием понаблюдаю за этим алгоритмическим стейблкоином и тем как будет работать эта схема. I agree with you. As practice shows, being an issuer of steblecoins is not an easy task at all, and the recent crashes of algorithmic steblecoins show that even overcollateralization is not safe. The other day, the Cardano network released algorithmic stablcoin DJED with as much as 400% collateral. Let's see if it can withstand attacks. I don't think casino owners are interested in issuing stablcoins because they don't need any extra risk and hassle. |

Да вот у меня тоже такое ощущение, что цену задерут как можно выше, а потом будут в течение нескольких лет разгружаться в карманы хомяков. Только я не совсем понимаю хомяков, которые из года в год покупают активы по завышенным ценам. I have already seen some videos about slapping contests and tournaments. I'm not amazed at the sport really, if it is to be called that. What amazed me was how people are interested in joining the contests.
I guess many have watched that slapping match between the tattooed small guy with long hair against a much much bigger guy. What happened was expected. How could that small guy win over that giant on a slapping contest? There was not even a way to beat the big guy.
Yes indeed, the advantage is high and what to expect with the outcome? I see your point and still there are people who continue to patronize this event, not sure still if we can call it a sport but from the people who are supporting and playing this, they can take it as one kind of sport that they might find themselves getting some advantages from different opponents that they might take. All will be depending on how those people will take it and how the venue will be filled out of viewers and participants that are willing to play and support the events. Joining this kind of contest is interesting for other people because it doesn't need much skill but rather strength to knock down the opponent. Of course, it can provide fame and money but I honestly don't like watching this type of so caller sports. I just don't like watching women slapping and hurting each other because I don't find it appropriate for women to hurt each other that way just for money. The organization is surely earning a lot from its events. In my opinion these events will be held as long as there is hype, but in my opinion it will end soon and the organizers will have to find something new to attract viewers. Many people watch these shows because they haven't seen it before, but after watching a few fights, if you can call them that, interest decreases noticeably (at least I'm not interested in watching it), unlike soccer, boxing and the UFC. Personally, I think the hype will die down within a year or two. |

I don't know how your friend intends to attract gambleers to his website but I think is not a good business strategy. Most people want to have a variety of currencies they could use for gambling. Restricting the gambling site currency to a private token would discourage people from using it. But like I said, if your friend does the right publicity and the games on his platform are interesting he might end up attracting customers that would have no choice but to abide by his rules. I absolutely agree with you. Each gambler has his own preferences in assets that are convenient for him to deposit. Someone chooses Bitcoin for gambling, and someone chooses Stablecoin. Therefore, restricting the deposit to their own token of the gambling site, it will lose customers. Как я понимаю, цену разгоняют чтобы привлечь внимание пользователей к сети, ведь без пользователей далеко не уехать. Но мне кажется что они немного перебарщивают с такой стратегией, т.к. большинство людей, которые получали дроп уже вышли, те кто зашли на низах сделали несколько иксов и повыпрыгивали в надежде перезагрузиться ниже, а новые пользователи побаиваются заходить по такой цене из-за токеномики. Разгоняя цену все сильнее они теряют потенциальных пользователей, что мне кажется очень важно на раннем этапе.

Yes, I think it is a show, because I can't call this kind of entertainment a sport, as the participants don't see any outstanding achievements. Rather they will have problems with the head in their old age. I certainly wouldn't bet on the contestants on this show so as not to support the promotion of what I think is a silly show to the masses.
