That is very bad, how can a grandfather who supposed protect his grand-daughter kidnapped her because of gambling. Oh! That is very bad. I didn't see the man as an addicted gambling gambler but I see him as a wicked grandpa. Gambling addition as level by level. We have the lower class level and the upper class level. Probably he is of the upper class level which have some witchcraft spirit.
Gambling addiction is more of wanting to play bet at all time but what this man did is contradicting.

In fact, in our society, sometimes there are such vile people hiding under the mask of respectable people that kidnapping a granddaughter and asking for her ransom can seem like a prank. I would not write off this grandfather's behavior as a gambling addiction, but he is most likely mentally ill and dangerous to society. The main question remains - why don't we still have a working system for identifying this kind of person at an early stage?

I have lost large sums of money several times. The last two losses I remember very well. After the last loss I made a rule not to play in the casino for more than $100-200. To be honest, there were times when I broke down and lost more money, but I'm glad I imposed this restriction for myself.

I would call such people idiots. And not because they lost quite a large amount of money in the casino, but because they became famous for coming up with a fraud that is easy for law enforcement agencies to uncover. In addition, as I understand it, they can be held accountable for their deception. I hope they remember this experience for a long time and next time think twice before playing in a casino with money they can't afford to lose.
1145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why we should play on minor gambling platform? on: April 28, 2023, 05:52:31 PM

Large gaming platforms that have been on the market for a long time and value their customers will never offend them without reason. If you meet a lot of negative reviews about a gambling platform (whether it is known or not) it is better not to experiment and instead choose a gambling platform that has positive reviews. Such reviews should not be from bloggers or streamers who are willing to do anything for money, but from people who value their reputation and will not advise bad things.

Pepe.

1148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never Expect Consistent Winnings From Gambling - A Lesson I Learnt. on: April 27, 2023, 04:01:11 PM
As what they've said, the money you get easily also run out easily... That's the common mistake gamblers do when they experienced winning. When they win, they spend a lot on luxury and continue gambling thinking they'll win again. Your friend is lucky to win three consecutive days but he forgot about that it isn't always like that. He could've used the money he won on better things. It could've helped him change his life for the better but since he used his winnings on unnecessary things just to satisfy himself, he forgot about the important things. Instead of having a better life, it becomes worse.
Also another mistake he did was to quit his job just to continue gambling. Even with all the amount of winnings he have for those 3 days, it wouldn't be enough for his daily living until he dies without any other source of money. He may be lucky but he didn't use his luck smartly.

I think that in fact the guy in question is just still young enough and does not know how to manage money competently, so everything turned out that way. Such a person can be given a million dollars and in a year he will be left with nothing. In fact, $2000 is not that much money. There have been cases that I've lost more in a casino in one day, so there's no point in this guy getting upset about it, but he needs to find a job anyway.
1149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: April 27, 2023, 03:45:03 PM
There will always be fools in the world capable of unthinkable things. In my opinion a fool will always find a problem, be it gambling, alcohol, debt, unrequited love, drug addiction, etc., even where there is none, so I would not focus much attention on this story, as there can be any number of reasons for this action. This man clearly has problems with his head and needs serious help from specialists.
1150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: April 26, 2023, 05:33:49 PM
Now have been winning every day? If yes then you just have to increase wagering and stake more. The more you spend on the games the more you win big. If you are playing games with small amount of money, you can't win big so you just have to understand the logic and play again. Though there are some techniques, skills for gambling but they are not guarantee to win. Your win always comes from your luck of the day. If you have luck then you shine home that day.

Are you serious?

Judging by statistics, most gamblers lose to casinos in the long run, and you're telling the man to gamble more. The more he will play, the more he will lose, of course, if he does not smile at luck and he does not become fabulously rich (but it's a random event and it can happen even if his bankroll will be equal to $ 50).

The guy you told us about was too naive and arrogant, which is why his gambling experience was so bitter. The winnings clouded his mind and he showed you his true face. Do not do business with him, for such people cannot be loyal for long. If you want to help him, advise him to see a specialist and quit gambling for a while.

1154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much these features weigh most when you choose your favorite casino? on: April 25, 2023, 06:12:42 PM
Indeed, many casinos do not implement KYC when registering, which makes gamblers want to try the new casinos that have sprung up.
But the problem arises when they want to withdraw their winnings, where gamblers will immediately be asked to do KYC.
Many gamblers feel cheated by these regulations even though they are on the ToS page in casinos and many gamblers don't read them carefully.
But casinos still allow gamblers who win small money to withdraw their winnings and do not require gamblers to do KYC.

If this trend scares you, choose casinos that ask for KYC at the time of registration, not after you win. Of course, this is not a guarantee that the casino will be honest or will not delay the payment of winnings.
I would advise to play only in reputable casinos with a good reputation and always be ready to go through KYC.

1156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: April 25, 2023, 05:10:42 PM
Size of the bet doesn't matter beyond bragging rights and flashing the cash, its the same win big or small.  I get it matters more to people when its enough to buy big things but I imagine when rich even big bets lose that appeal just for the size of the bet but the pure luck to do so I can appreciate.  Everyone can appreciate the extreme luck possible in some wins, from poker to slots thats something to respect in a big win ie its super unlikely but they pulled it off not the size of the dollars etc. imo

I agree with you - the size of the rate doesn't matter that much. The bankroll matters more, but even a large bankroll cannot guarantee that you will win at this or that gambling game. So if you don't want to lose a lot of money in gambling just limit your bankroll. On the one hand such an approach does not allow you to continue the game at a time when you want to continue, but on the other hand it does not allow you to lose money which is intended for something else.

1158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: April 24, 2023, 04:56:29 PM
I think slots is the fastest way to emptied your bankroll because you only need to spin without doing anything, so make sure you're gamble with small amount money if you want to stay for long and increase your wagering amount. High wagering amount will make you can claim higher rakeback, increase your account level and other rewards. Some people win big amount of money by hitting high multipliers, but they not always can hit it and make profit.

I don't quite agree with you. I am sure that playing plinko, dice, and some other gambling games can empty your wallet as quickly as slots, especially if you turn on automatic play.

It really depends on how lucky you are, because sometimes you can play slots (or any of those games) for quite a long time, especially after winning a bonus round.
1159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: About football betting on: April 24, 2023, 04:41:17 PM
To bet on football successfully one needs to stay alive with the current events of the discipline a player should be able to understand different competitions teams and players of interest. There are players whose individual performance on offense or defense determines the overall performance of the team they play for. Keeping an eye on the fitness, form and transfer of such players can greatly help a punter in making accurate predictions. A team is on a winning or losing streak when it comes to betting but there is always the possibility of a change of fortune somewhere around the corner.
Yep that's why it becomes more interesting to bet on football, it makes us more excited because a lot of things are about to happen, we just need to make a closer observation about the team preparation and relationship as well, they need to be harmonious so that the defenses and offenses can be executed properly. It is a long time game and it is worth to watch especially if it is finals of course.

In my opinion, the degree of excitement depends on what one is betting for. For example, during the World Cup, betting higher than usual, I worry a lot about the upcoming match, because in those moments I want to win. But when I bet on an ordinary match in the Russian premier league, I don't worry too much and bet mostly for fun.
1160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: April 23, 2023, 05:25:46 PM
It's been awhile I try daily to make profit

Stake casino mostly mines

But it take back profit.. I have 2k balance.. is there method

To get 100 $ per day
Making profits on gambling is possible but making a consistent $100 daily is something l think is not likely going to be possible, reason being that it's not always that a gambler will be lucky, and as such loses his/her funds on a bad days, because I just can't recommend you staking huge money on a very small odd, if that's what you might be thinking of, because I once tried it, lost and I also saw a guy who gambled $10,000 on 1.010 and yet lost his funds. (i.e staked $10,000 just to make same $100 daily profit and unfortunately lost all his funds).

Many gamblers are very mistaken when they think that gambling can be seen as an easy way to make money.

Of course in gambling you can make good money, but most likely it will be a fluke, which will be difficult to repeat, and earn every day for $ 100 in gambling, too, but only for this to be the owner of the casino.

In my whole life I've only seen two guys who made a living from gambling, and a huge number of people who lost large sums.
