541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: January 27, 2017, 01:10:32 PM
Osasuna vs Malaga:

Both teams are in a bad situation(Osasuna comes from a single win in last 12 games, and Malaga is winless in the last 6 games), so the result of game is hard to know and could go either way. But both teams are weak at defense. Osasuna's games average 3.26 goals/game this season, and most of their home games have more than 2.5 goals, while they made 3 goals in all of their last 2 home games, and the injuries from Malaga probably will affect their defense too

So best picks here are both teams to score and over 2.5 goals
it's unlikely to see this game have many goals Osasuna have 2.2 average of goals per game at home while Malaga have better squad also much better at defending they are more favored for me to win this game despite they did not win any away game but they should be building on a win because Osasuna is the worst team in the league and they don't even win at home so i think thzt Malaga should win this game.

Malaga has better team on paper, but they come from 4 defats in last 4 games and are still winless away from home this term in the Spanish League, and Osasuna is improving, they lost 4-3 against Sevilla after being ahead 2 times and draw the other 2 previous games.

But in fact trust in Osasuna's result is no good, so better go for other lines, like both to score and total goals
542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 27, 2017, 01:02:33 PM
Schalke vs Eintracht Frankfurt:

the teams are separated by 4 points in the table. Schalke 04 is strong at home(5 wins in the last 7 games and only 1 defeat), and in the head to head history the home side is unbeaten in the last 10 meetings.

But this time Schalke 04 is without many attack players due to injury and international games, so they will probably struggle. Also Eintracht Frankfurt has the second worst attack in the league and failed to score in their last 3 games.

So best is under 2.5 goals and home team doesn't lose, probably 0-0 or 1-0
543  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Prediction ligue 1, france football league on: January 27, 2017, 12:27:19 PM
Marseille vs Montpellier:

Montpellier won by 2-1 their last meeting this term, but the teams are different because of injury, and Montpellier is yet to win this term on the road. Also Marseille's defense at home is hard to crack, they only failed to keep a clean sheet two times this term, one against the leader Monaco, while most of goals suffered by Montpellier comes from away games.

But I'm not sure about home clean sheet because Montpellier's strike Boudebouz is back, so I would only back home win in this game

545  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: January 27, 2017, 02:46:28 AM
Exactly what I do right now. I don't have the contacts and the means and the expertise to do illegal activities, so this is not an option for me.

And if I had better ways to earn money, I would be doing them right now.

Maybe I loan, but I have little to no credit
546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Qtum] UTXO based POS Smart Contract Platform|On Coindesk & Bitcoinmagazine on: January 27, 2017, 02:39:54 AM
Unfortunately, the forum http://8btc.com/qtum only available in Chinese, I hope also available in English or other language, so that others can also participate. Qtum always makes me curious, tenants look serious.

the forum and the whitepaper are all in chinese, also is the whitepaper

I hope they release the paper and an english version of the forum soon, so people will be less afraid to invest and have less doubts

will we be able to make secret accounts with bitcoin, like the people that want to hide dirty money always do in the movies?
548  Economy / Exchanges / Re: where is huobi? on: January 27, 2017, 02:19:40 AM
if was something was wrong then probably the chinese would already have panicked and caused a dump

probably the explanation has been sent by email or is hidden somewhere in the news, that are not translated to english

549  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 26, 2017, 03:59:18 PM
I lost a little less than 1%, but at least I could rest without looking to the price every 15 minutes or so fearing a huge drop because of the chinese new year or for whatever reason

I just hope this is not a mini bull trap before the fall
550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 26, 2017, 03:53:47 PM
Hull is being hard to crack at home, but their main player, Ryan Mason. On the other hand, United already has a 2-0 lead, so I think they won't go 100%, unless Hull somehow get an early lead or something.

My guess is draw, 0-0 or 1-1

so draw and under 2,5 goals for today
551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HELP WITH RECOVERING MY LOST BTC on: January 26, 2017, 03:49:41 PM
Are you sure you installed blockhain wallet? You are using a mac pc? I don't thunk here is a desktop version of blockchain wallet for windows device. Checking the wallet and it seem that it still has the money you are looking gor. Do you have a backup of your wallet in your email or somewhere? I don't think blockchain is helping with recovery of wallets at all.

I believe you. I know the money is there but how to access it is the Issue. I dont have any Password or record of it anywhere except for the one i created latter on on the website. I have the full detail of that one.
In creating a wallet in blockchain you will get this pass phrase key or something which you will use to login to the wallet. Do you still have that? It was supposedly sent in your email. Now if the problem is you don't know your password, there is no y you can recovwr it. Blockchain don't help with password recovery see their faqd with the link give b that guy above. By any chance have you made a copy of the privatekey?

the one sent to the email is the wallet id, a long string of numbers that are needed to log in.

of course the password is not sent to the email address

lost password might be solved for the support(but I wouldn't hold high hopes), but for lost wallet id I guess there is nothing that can be done
552  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you HAVE TO make transactions? on: January 26, 2017, 03:46:23 PM
You could make a transaction with multiple inputs/outputs(I think under tools-import transction or something, I never used so don't know how it works), but the addresses must be in the same wallet
Why would you have 2 different wallet if you can make bitcoin address as many as you want? In elecrtrum, you can give name/description to each address so you can separate your bitcoin for different usage.
Also, you simply can import private key from one wallet to another rather than send it to another address.

Actually, using several wallets for different purposes is a fairly common use case. Merely labeling individual addresses has a number of disadvantages:
  • Electrum doesn't take labels into account when making transactions. That makes it easy to spend money on something other than its intended purpose.
  • Whenever money from a labelled address is spent, any change is returned to an unused, unlabelled address. This means it's easy to lose track of money's intended purpose.
  • It's difficult to see how much money is allocated to which use case, especially if you have many different labels and/or addresses.
  • Unlike extended keys, labels cannot be easily transferred to and used on other clients.

if electrum works like electrum-ltc, then restaure a wallet using one or more private keys will create a wallet with the addresses, then anything out will go for them. One could freeze addresses to control where the change will go etc

553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Suggest me the best ICO to invest. on: January 25, 2017, 05:52:41 AM
If you can't decide for yourself then I guess no ICO or cryptoinvestment is good for you(unless this topic is some kind of joke or parody of course)

But if you want invest 1 BTC anyway, I would the amount among more than 1 ICO and only invest in the ones that I really trust, even if this mean sit with BTC for a while until something promising appears
554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoins are your favorite for daily trade? on: January 25, 2017, 05:48:50 AM
I don't do daily trades. I have no patience and I get too nervous about the result of the trade and stuff, so I only focus on longer intervals.

Still trying to decide where to invest, though
555  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is wrong with this transaction? (not confirming) on: January 25, 2017, 05:34:57 AM
There is a peak of unconfirmed transactions(more than 50k) right now, so there is a big chance that a transaction sent would take several hours until it gets a confirmation, no matter what the transaction fee(there are topics about this if you want to know why and stuff)

Better take into consideration the possibility of the transaction be stuck for some long hours when you send it until things are back to normal
556  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Question.. I'm new here on: January 25, 2017, 05:28:56 AM
thanks I like to keep my stuff private thats why I ask
If you want to stay private (or even if you don't, for that matter), do not use coinbase or blockchain for your transactions or storage.
They are virtual banks, they give you an account, but don't give you private keys, they control the coins.
They can impose spend limits, freeze your account, or even confiscate your balance.
They also ask for your ID, so you can't be anonymous, and all your transactions are tied to your name.
Use mobile or desktop wallet for transactions (e.g. Electrum, Mycelium), and paper wallets for storage.
If you don't want Big Brother to trace you, use a mix before sending to your wallet.
If you don't have sole and complete control over the private keys, you don't have bitcoin.

Blockchain.info doesn't ask for ID as far I know(they never asked for me) and I think they let you make a backup of their private keys, as most online wallets do. Of course they have all the data about you, your IP, when you logged, maybe data about your browser and other stuff, so they are far from being anonymous

Also use a desktop wallet won't guarantee anonymity, they still will have the IP data and all transaction story.

Also of course Coinbase can see to what address you sent your balance and can use blockchain analysis to try and determine who is the owner of the address.

557  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 25, 2017, 05:09:28 AM
All this doom and gloom because a $9 fall in the price? Yes, I think now we are officially sideways.

And I already sodl, waiting for the chinese new year dump to buy back and get more bitcoins
558  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: International Games Prediction Thread on: January 25, 2017, 04:47:09 AM
Brazil vs Colombia:

Both teams will have players missing because of the clash between this game and the european league calendar, but Colombia will be more affected because brazilian national league is stronger(or less weak?) than colombians' and Brazil is coming from a sequence of victories

Should be a clear win for Brazil

Who will win the African Cup? (updated)

Senegal         @3.00 (already qualified for the quarterfinals)
Ghana            @6.50 (already qualified for the quarterfinals)
Tunisia           @7.00 (already qualified for the quarterfinals)
Camerun        @8.50 (already qualified for the quarterfinals)
Ivory Coast     @8.50
Egypt             @8.50
Congo           @12.00
Burkina Faso @13.00 (already qualified for the quarterfinals)
Morocco        @18.00
Mali              @51.00
Togo            @151.00

after the elimination of Algeria, the Senegal is clearly the favorite
actually i was blind for the strength all of participants teams for african cup but i know that Senegal, Camerun and Egypt is strong teams at africa and seems this tournament wasn't good performance for Ivory Coast because they still cannot win and in my point of view the results for each match will unpredictable and i personally will avoid this tournament because i have not good knowledge to predict the results match which come from this tournament

Ivory coast has no future after Dogba retired from international games.
559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 25, 2017, 04:38:46 AM
Today Liverpool and Southampton will play against each other.

Liverpool comes from a string of bad results, last one being the defeat against Swansea, the weakest team in the Premier League.

Southampton already won the first leg by 1-0, so a draw would put them in the next stage.

So I think Southampton will go to the next phase of the cup(1.9x, safe because they may lose by 1 goal and still go to the next round).
Other good lines, depending of the risks you are willing to pay:

Draw or away @2.65
Southampton +1 @2.02

Denver Nuggets is also being a surprise today and right now are in the playoff zone, in the 8th position, and they are winning against Utah Jazz.

In the past they used to be almost a joke team with no chance to make it to the playoffs
