Every answer has its own pro and cons and i bet you realize this, thats why you created this pool  
A login account with login page and saved balance will make me to leave just because i will have to login everytime (depends on how many minutes/hours you set the inactivity log out) . Also if a hacker take over the site he can mess up the balances file(s).
Instant payment is the best but i guess you could create a login with address not a complete account page .
You can also create a withdrawal limit and a withdrawal time waiting delay countdown, to prevent draining funds and with a address login should be enough.
Dont forget to have different captcha options to choose from, because there are problems sometimes with recaptcha  or with solvemedia and you don't want to lose users because a captcha is not working for some users due to different reasons (see my recent post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3207483.msg47113767#msg47113767 )
Find also a fast captcha , there are many options such as math , 3d captcha, images captcha to click ( like the one from clixsense ptc when they had ads to view with animals or whatever you wish, just scramble the image names so a bot wont be able to choose by name) , slider captcha , etc because people doesn't like to spend a lot time to solve a captcha.
But i have voted the second option just because i see in it a shorter time spend by user ,specialy because a simple script will make the faucet to load faster even if the people will have to wait on shrink links . Of course ,as i said add to this 2nd option , withdrawal limit amount and withdrawal delay time and a short/fast login option .
And if you gonna use shortlinks , dont forget to create a rotation because we know some links may not work properly ( infinite loop loading, viruses, porn, captcha problem) so a rotation of links is very helpful for let's say if someone cant view a link then he goes back to homepage and with a refresh will get a different link to view.
If you are willing to create a image database in jpg for a custom captcha and you can afford it i can create one  or if you need animated banners.
Coinogle idea to make a ptc section is excellent, also i add idea of renting advertising space as banners displayed on homepage. If you use cheap prices people might come but if youre greedy on prices then you wont have customers.

Hello, I would simply choose the second option, because, first of all, users doesn't like to login everytime they would like to claim, it'll be a pain.
Also, if you don't keep your users entertained they may leave your website, to keep your website entertaining add some games where they can earn some satoshis, a chatbox where they can chat with others and (of course) not a lot of annoying ads a/o pop ups.
And if your website is working well, you can add an Ad Slots renting system where users and advertisers would be able to rent the ad space for an amount of time a/o impressions.
And finally, add some new and unique things, this will help your faucet grow!

users like instant payment better, having to sign up again and again to claim to same microwallet is tiresome.

but then again you get a lot more bots with instant payments.

Maybe u can create autofaucet script with login page having antibot links with time expiration and multiple shortlinks

U can give it a boost by adding offerwalls or a hourly faucet.

adding dice game would be great if u can integrate it with coinpayments API for deposits and withdrawals to faucethub.

A sidebar chatbox where users can spend time reducing bounce rate for site.

A mining function included connected to webminepool would also retain users for longer period.

To prevent bots maths captcha or some other captcha can be created like Allcoins.pw

This is my first and only account way back 2017 and look's like there are so many changes around here in bitcointalk.org. Just wondering if there are possibility to have some merit on this section, cause I read a while ago that you need merit to rank up. Since I want to participate on some bounty campaign here in altcoins section, I need to rank up first with activity and merit of course.

But it look's hard and the smerit is limited specially if you have member below account. What is the most effective way to earn it? Is there any shortcut for that price?

I still don't get the main reason why people picks on the bounty hunter that they dump their coin whenever they received them.
My question is why do you have to complain on me selling or holding, do you have to decide what a worker should do with his or her earned money as if you both share same bills.

And if possible that their are a lot of dumper which partake in a particular bounty maybe just 60% of them in a 1% share of the total supply, so someone should explain affect the market price.

Market going in very deep stress level so many people are confused what they do with present market situation.

I have been seeing a lot of post saying bounty hunters are getting stake for free, on some thread I read where some people are accusing hunter of dumping their token because they get if for free and this got me thinking......

Did hunters really get this token for free??

Working 3-6 months and using your hard earn money to pay for data on a project as a hunter trying to make someone else project successful, is that really a free stuff??

As a developer, if you meet an advertising company to help you advertise your project will they accept your shit coin from you??

If you employed and pay the salaries at the end of the month, did your employee got the money for free or will you still monitor the way they decided to spend their salaries??

So why all this people are saying bounty hunters are getting their token for free??

There is a lot change going on in the coin market cap top 200 this days and I don't know if I'm the only one who's aware of it. Could you believe new (4months-7month ago) listed token/coin claimed much slot in the CMC top #200 list. Are those old project which belong to the spot claimed no more profitable?

Bounty hunters help to expose ICOs to crypto related audience to attract investors for the project. No matter how promising the project may be, if the ICO fails, the project won't see the light of the day. Bounty hunters are very important in ICOs. But there is one thing am not happy about bounty hunters. They usually dump their coins at any price the moment it is listed on an exchage which usually drops the price of the coin even below the ICO price putting the investors at a disadvantage. I want to advise the hunters to hold their bounty tokens for a while in order to maintain a good price for the coin. We shouldn't forget we are all stakeholders

with all these ICOs going on in parallel it seems impossible to stick out for a good one.

Reddit and this forum get flooded with announcements of new ICOs making it almost impossible to spot good ones.
Facebook blocked ICO advertising.
Google Adwords blocks use of word ICO in ads in certain countries already.
Twitter is drowning in ICO announcements.
Listing pages are popping up everywhere, too.

What are the ways you guys use to learn about new ICOs and how do you find out the good ones ?
