541  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC.Game SCAM: cancelled bonuses and revoked $150k+ USD balance on my account on: November 23, 2023, 01:58:53 PM
~snip~
We will be able to see the wagering statistics of different coins if OP makes his gambling statistics public. Currently, his account statistics are hidden for his privacy settings (see his profile). @OP, Will you unhide your statistics so that we can check it out and verify what BCgame team has said?

Someone successfully profited from your platform does not mean that you will start confiscating their balance.
The main point is that the user was making profit from the price error. BCgame system was calculating the AZUKI NFT wager 3.2× higher in USD value as they made a mistake to list the price.

However, the primary reason for confiscating the user's funds was the discovery of an error in our AZUKI price listing. We had mistakenly listed it 3.2 times higher than its actual value, resulting in us awarding the user 3.2 times more rewards than they should have received. The user was well aware of this discrepancy and continued wagering with AZUKI solely to accumulate BCD bonuses. The player could not lose here and was essentially printing money.
542  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: STAKE IS SCAM ($12,000) on: November 22, 2023, 02:42:51 PM
They have accused me of multi accounting (not true), claim my selfie were blurry (not true), deny my proof of address (do not say why), deny my proof of funds (do not say why).
Follow these guidelines for passing the selfie verification properly: Guidelines for taking a selfie with an identity document
Check these articles to complete the proof of address and source of funds verification with the acceptable documents:
Acceptable documents for proof of address
Acceptable documents for source of funds

These verifications are a bit complicated. You have to do everything carefully. They identity verification department will reject your documents if they think you have tried to manipulate the documents. So, upload the real documents.
543  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi | Project status & Refund Plan! on: November 22, 2023, 02:22:22 PM
Our objective is to facilitate a swift and seamless withdrawal process.
Swift and seamless! The withdrawal process wasn't swift and seamless while the website was online. So, it sounds funny what are you saying now. We will see how your 'swift and seamless' process is.

Kindly send an email to ~snip~
Why don't you send an email about the refund policy to every registered user instead of asking them to send a refund request? And why have you added those users in your distrust list who have left negative feedback on your account.
544  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The story of Betnomi.com (Exit Scam) on: November 22, 2023, 01:53:50 PM
I don't like to judge based on assumptions. My red feedback to them is for a reason they just disappeared without any explanation. I believe that they wrote a statement that it will be offline for 6 or 8 months and that it will not be active during that time, that would be a little more acceptable.
It is quite surprising that Bitcointalk gambling community members are widely appreciating what Sorsis has said in the recent topic instead of checking all the stories properly. Without any doubt, Betnomi representative doesn't have any reasonable answer about the changes they made on their trust list. The website is down for almost 5 months. Now they have come with a refund policy, but the victims have to send a request to get the refund. And the refund system will last for only 30 days.

As announced a few days ago, it is our primary duty and responsibility to ensure that every user on our platform receives a complete refund. We are now progressing to the next phase of our refund process by opening a 30-day window. During this period, any user with a balance on our platform can initiate a withdrawal request.

Please be aware that after this 30-day withdrawal window, we will not be processing any further withdrawal requests.
545  Economy / Gambling / Re: BC.Game-🔴🔴🔴BET RED IN CRASH!🔴🔴🔴 Find More Unique Games! on: November 22, 2023, 01:07:20 PM
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as necessary. Thank you for your understanding and support.
BCgame team have already taken more than enough time to resolve the issues. The casino team isn't responding in the forum, while more and more accusations are appearing here. I don't know what they want to achieve with the silence. But they are not going to regain the lost reputation and trust even if they resolve all the issues with a good manner. I would like to see how BTCGOSU (you) work as a mediator to resolve the issues of BCgame here. Your name was mentioned several times in different accusations of BCgame to get a help. Therefore, you know that how much importance the forum members are giving to you to see the resolutions of these matters.
546  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Winz.io confiscated winnings after a sudden change in terms and conditions on: November 22, 2023, 12:40:48 PM
@rafanaldo7, You should include the screenshot of your conversation with their email support in the main post. You may also include the deposit email notifications as "proof of payment". Winz.io sends email notifications on each deposit. Anyway, I just checked your complaint on Casino Guru. Winz.io representative has replied there yesterday. Judging from their statement, you aren't going to receive the winnings from them, no matter what step you take now. They have already refunded your deposits. Winz.io representative has mentioned this clause of their terms:

2. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Casino reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions when such need occurs. We will do our best to notify our players of any significant changes by email. However, we do recommend all players to revisit this page regularly and check for possible changes.

Have you received any email from them in the recent months about the change of their terms? Winz.io team is partially responsible for this inconvenience if they haven't notified you about this before confiscating your profits.
547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {ODI World Cup 2023 Prediction Pool🏆} & Discussion Thread on: November 21, 2023, 03:12:37 PM
I'm not disappointed with the 3rd rank as I did pretty bad on the round 2 and round 3. Although I had made some wrong predictions intentionally during then. Congrats to @LDL and @Haunebu for getting the first and second rank. And thanks to all other who had participated in the prediction pool.

Bitcoin transaction fee is pretty high now. Still, I prefer to take the prize in BTC. I don't have any problem to wait until the load of Bitcoin network decreases.
Here is my Bitcoin address: bc1q3lc72cguc5txdgz0htcn9hw2zpvvhryspysqsy

However, I won't have any problem if Royse777 wants to pay the reward in other crypto.
548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: November 21, 2023, 01:26:54 PM
Throughout tournament? He made fastest Indian hundred, and in one games he had good judgement about caught behind where other mates were unsure of, took DRS and he was right. In keeping he was excellent too (except Finale), several great catches.
Many people are judging him by the performance of the final match. Most of the people is praising Travis Head only for the victory of Australia, but Labuschagne had also great contribution to it. Australia would have been in trouble if he got out by playing in the aggressive mode instead of playing slowly. It is the nature of some cricket fans to judge the players in this way. KL Rahul played well in the whole tournament, but he was under pressure and a bit nervous in the final match.
549  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The story of Betnomi.com (Exit Scam) on: November 21, 2023, 12:57:07 PM
All I know for sure is more than 1 person was involved with the day to day. Throughout all of my conversations, no other mention of partners or owners was mentioned either.
Other people worked for him and this is not a secret, but I dont know the real numbers.
Yep, it won't be possible for anyone to operate a casino alone. There were obviously some developers, designers, support agent and security team members under him. As an example, the betnomi.com account was operated by 'Andrew' who was hired by Sorsis. Anyway, Sorsis was the owner/head of Betnomi. One of the employees of Betnomi had addressed Sorsis as the company head a few years ago.

i am the humane resource manager  i communicate  between soris the head of com0any company and all employees  including  matt (omen rain)

And Sorsis was the person who had applied for Betnomi's trademark registration. If I'm not wrong, then all the forum members (who had worked for Sorsis) know Sorsis as the owner of Betnomi. He was hiring and firing the employees. Therefore, it isn’t true what has been said by Betnomi representative (Sorsis) in this post: Betnomi | Project status

So where have they been all along?
Maybe Betnomi team was trying to create the best story to regain the trust with their words. The good thing is that Bitcointalk community hasn't fallen on their words yet.
550  Economy / Gambling / Re: Pmalek’s Collection of The Best Gambling Threads and Discussions on: November 20, 2023, 06:29:43 PM
This thread is pretty much dead for the inactivity. While it could be the most helpful for the gambling community to find out the important topics. @Pmalek, How about adding this thread in your collection: QuitGamble.com - Free Help for Problem Gamblers

They are providing free services to the 'problem gambling'. I have decided to add them in the KYC and bonus details thread as a gambling awareness.
551  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Table] Withdrawal Fees and Withdrawal Amounts on Crypto Casinos on: November 20, 2023, 05:48:14 PM
maybe you can consider to add below new casinos. They have been for a while and I do not see any complaint against them, ~
I was thinking to inform Pmalek about these casinos after including them in my KYC information and bonus information thread. But I had forgotten about it. Thanks for doing the job. The help from the gambling community is needed to update these mega threads.

Anyway, you have provided inaccurate information about MoneyPot. The minimum withdrawal limit is 100 Bits (0.0001 BTC) at MoneyPot. And you made a little mistake on the hyperlink of CoinsGame. Are you promoting BCgame here (just kidding) Grin.
552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: November 19, 2023, 04:14:21 PM
The pitch was good for bowling, but the target wasn't enough though. I won't blame the bowlers for this defeat, Indian players haven't batted with proper responsibilities today. And KL Rahul was too bad as a keeper. He has missed a few many easy balls. Travis Head deserves the credit, he was also man of the match on the WTC final against India in this year. Anyway, I was expecting India to win the world cup. They had a perfect squad and played well in the whole cup.
553  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINS.GAME | THE MOST REWARDING CRYPTO CASINO | SPORTSBOOK & CASINO on: November 19, 2023, 03:39:48 PM
~snip~
You can still check the max bet limit without having real money funds on your account. Click on the settings icon from any in-house games, then check the limits from the 'how play' option. If the information is correct, then the max bet and max payout limits are like this for some different currencies now.

554  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: November 19, 2023, 02:16:29 PM
can say they have poor customer service specially if you are a highroller and also if you are winning. So be careful with this site..
made around 40 profit this year and they start limit my bets 10-20 dollars max
The common thing is that both of you are in profit (winning). Generally, every sportsbook (odds provider) limits the account of a user if the user makes profit continuously. It doesn't matter to them whether the user is a high roller or not. However, betting site doesn't apply the same rules if you are winning on casino games.
555  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Blackjack.fun IS SCAM on: November 19, 2023, 12:50:30 PM
~snip~ that OP did not deposit anything and got his winning from... bonus and [I'm not sure I understand this part correctly] campaign payment? I think he refers to some tipping, and the likes?
You already know the answer from the replies of OP. And it is, he has made deposits in other crypto. But BlackJack.fun was giving the free roll tournament prize in USDT. OP has received all the USDT from the bonuses and promotions.

By changing IP does not mean that we dont see your accounts. It is 2023
Well, there are a lot of advance methods to determine the multiple accounts. Have you found similarities between those accounts browser cookies or device fingerprinting? Was there connection between the deposit/withdrawal address of the connected accounts? Some casinos also determine the multiple accounts through the betting patterns and bonus hunting system of the user. You have to state the exact reason here.
556  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Blackjack.fun IS SCAM on: November 18, 2023, 05:15:21 PM
do you mean i do kyc for many account?
No, I didn't mean that.

@holydarkness, It is better to ignore him. He will always come with a reply from his psycho thoughts about Blackjack.fun.

If we continuously support the guys (who are using bitcointalk as weapons despite their own guilt), the New projects will not come to promote them here in this forum. Already I heard due to spam scam accusations some projects stopped their journey here. We should always give fair justice.
Some casinos have created a negative impression on the forum by not replying to the accusations in a timely manner. The forum member doesn't go against the casinos usually. Most of us want to get an explanation from the casino side when someone creates an accusation with enough evidences. The OP hasn't provided enough evidences here, except the email logs. And I'm wondering why he is unable to post the deposit tx id. The tx id can be easily found in the wallet or any other service from where the deposit was made.
557  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅🍅 wintomato.com 🍅Dice 🍅 Slots 🍅 Sport Betting on: November 18, 2023, 04:54:43 PM
Do you plan to answer any questions or will you ignore them forever? It's a little strange what you're doing... Do you really think that everything will be forgotten just like that? Smiley
Wintomato representative is simply ignoring our questions as they don't have any reasonable explanation about it. OP was active in the forum after our posts. Whatever, the representative has lied about the 'automatically suspension' of the account.
558  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Blackjack.fun IS SCAM on: November 18, 2023, 02:45:58 PM
2. Let me make some "IF" if my account was broken of tnc why they not ban me early ?
3. Why I'm allowed to deposit and bettings?
They have banned you when the system found enough evidences to do that. Perhaps, the system was looking for a reason to apply the KYC verification requirement. Blackjack.fun reserves the right to trigger the KYC verification at any time, not related to registration, deposit or withdrawal.

Quote
4. Why they asking me KYC ?
5. Why after I did my KYC they said Im created with multiples account ?
Based on the 'PM/Chat Logs', you have multiple accounts on the casino. Nowadays, every casino ask the user to complete the KYC verification if they suspect that the user has more than one account. The casino have your personal details now. They will be able to easily verify multiple accounts of your by applying the KYC policy if you create more accounts in the near future.

I'm neither accusing you, nor taking the side of the casino yet. I just answered your questions. I have sent them an email about it.
559  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi | Project status on: November 17, 2023, 02:19:49 PM
This is not the case. There were more than one owner of Betnomi (partners). We will not be releasing the names or any other information related to the partners at this point because it is unnecessary and there are potential legal consequences for doing so.
~snip~
Regards
Sorsis
As expected, Sorsis Chatwin will come with the innocent owner role. Because, Sorsis personal information is visible publicly, isn't it? The forum only knew 'Sorsis' as the admin/owner of Betnomi. Now you are blaming unknown person by addressing them as a shady owner of Betnomi. Users data has been compromised from your database. Perhaps, whoever completed the KYC verification on your platform is at risk too.

However, I want the victims to get the refund.
560  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The story of Betnomi.com (Exit Scam) on: November 17, 2023, 01:12:40 PM
Aren't the owners the ones who manage the funds?
Who are the people currently "standing" behind Betnomi? And what was their role in everything so far?
The funds are maintained by the financial admin (one of the owners) of a betting site. I think there is no changed hands of the ownership of Betnomi. Most probably, the representative will come with an explanation by saying that "Sorsis Chatwin" is an innocent person and he isn't involved in such activities. Because, his information is publicly available on LinkedIn and Betnomi's trademark application page.

Is there any information anywhere that someone has initiated legal proceedings against them?
Unfortunately, none of the victim has taken any legal action against Betnomi's known admin Sorsis Chatwin or the other unknown administrators.
