The only way for Betnomi's admins to prove their trustworthiness and save their reputation is to pay ALL their users back ALL their money first, BUT it's also not a guarantee that they'll be trusted by the entire community again. Because if I had my money locked for months in a centralized service and the money was given back to me, I would never use any service owned or operated by those people again. One period of mental/emotional stress with them is enough.

For the sake that have been in trouble with their funds as they have became trusted by these users. They will just have to accept whatever is going to be the feedback of these people, whether they will say that they will still be trusted then that is good on their part.

But if these people after receiving their moneyback starts to say that they are not recommended and will never be back and gamble there again. They just have to accept any words from them and there is nothing they can do but to be in good faith and just return all of the pendings, either big or small amounts. I am just coming across this thread actually and personally, I see or sense sincerity in the op, Betnomi before now was a very trusted casino, one that is one of the most reputable actually, I personally at the time believed something did happen or went wrong internally which resulted to their issues with withdrawals and so on.

And reading the detailed explanation from the op did confirmed my assumptions to be true, and if I am asked, I would say they Betnomi will surely gain its good reputation back, if like you said, they can keep to their word by paying back everyone who was financially affected by their issues.

But based on what op said, they probably may not have plans of continuing with the Betnomi brand, he said they are going to use their experience to build a better and stronger casino, let's keep our fingers crossed.

You have a fair point here. In fact, a lot of reputable experienced this kind of setback before but manage to regain their reputation. Betcoin.ag is the best example here because they once didn’t honor a jackpot prize win by one of their customers. They stick to their decision for a long time and remain with negative trust until they come clean with the new management.

There’s always room for improvement here in the forum when all the previous problem was solved. They can always build their reputation slowly just like what they did when they are just new here.

Wasnt aware on Betcoin.ag's reputation about that non paying up a huge win but if we do tend to compare on what happened on Betnomi which do already involves on non operational or having no words

What if it would happen again about on getting on the same issue? For sure it would really be that the main thing for those people who had been affected with Betnomi's issues.

Its true that rebuilding up their reputation wont really be that bad and they are really that indeed trying to give or release with those funds which had been pending or locked up

Let's wait and watch as it is too early to come to any conclusion. If they are committed to what they have said they would start the process as early as possible. If not then we would hear from those on the thread that they have not kept their promise. I still think that we should give them another chance and not start comparing them with other big exit scams. They have informed us of the reason why they suddenly stopped their service and it is better to wait some more time. If they refund the money they won't regain any lost trust it is just that it would help them in their new project.

Well, I'm also watching that what actions they will take in order to refund the players who used to trust them and deposited money into their platform. I hope that they would keep their promises this time because they used to say such words back then but due to their incompetency many players have lost a lot of money. Yeah, that is what they need to gain. The trust of people through the promise of refunding but that is the hard they need to make because even if they do. The trust that has been given to them is hard to retain. And if they are going to rebuild their reputation and community , they have to restart again.

At this point, if there are still complains about the refund that have been stuck on them. What they have to do is to make arrangements until they show to everyone that they are serious into rebuilding their foundation whether they are going to make or change into a new domain.

It's not the best example in my opinion, and in fact, it's like comparing apples and oranges. Not giving a jackpot because of technicality is absolutely a different situation from a casino that disappeared with their users' funds.

Although some posters are right that it's within each of Betnomi's ex-users right to judge the casino, it's also probably better to wait for a reputable campaign manager vouch for the new Betnomi. Personally, I hope the users get their coins back, and that the new Betnomi is successful and honest.

It would be wrong if they tried to continue their business before the problem was resolved. Let us save the happiness feeling to the occasion Betnomi is back and all the victims of this scam end up being fully refunded, until now (even though these are good news) we are not supposed to claim this to be an absolute victory for this community.

Also, it would be very unlikely former staff of this casinos messed with the hardware wallets they gave away as part of their promotions and contests, though, I would not personally take any chances and would try to open them up without breaking them and see if there is some electronic component which is not supposed to be there. It is a vector of attack I have already seen in Ledgers, not in Trezors yet.

My question is, do you still have some access to your website? IMO you should use this information and change the pannel maintenance to these process step. So everyone not only the person in the forum/telegram group is aware of the process.

Not everyone joined bitcointalk/telegram. So, my advice (change MT-notice and put these information on your betnomi website with the information case). All, I know you only explain the case in here and telegram for your partner issue.

it has just been published and of course, it will take time to verify all incoming submissions. Of course that makes you and everyone whose funds are stuck in Betnomi disappointed. but there is new hope with the return plan.

Why don't you send an email about the refund policy to every registered user instead of asking them to send a refund request? And why have you added those users in your distrust list who have left negative feedback on your account.
