There is lots of things to check at.

My first thing to look is what will they do with unsold tokens, what is the purpose of tokens, is there a deflation model and is there any dividends.

It will probably harm the price in short term but it is good they are delaying it to make it better. I would prefer waiting instead using a buggy blockchain.

Cryptopia is not a very new exchange so if the only stolen money is that ether they can cover that with previous profits. But if it is an exit scam like we all saw countless times, the exchange is gone. I hope everyone can take their tokens back.

Actually, i think right now stellar only blockchain can dethrone ethereum on hosting tokens. There are some others but not complete and ready like stellar.

After hardfork block reward will drop to 2 from 3. That would push the price higher in my opinion. But maybe not on short term.

I think bounty budget should be some % of the raised amount. Like they set it %2 and raised 10.000 eth, they will keep 9800 eth and 200 will go to bounty hunters. That can do usdt, btc or eth.
