@Kiki112: Never put a simley on sarcasm. Completely changes the meaning.

okay, sorry Cheesy

A guy with a parrot walks into a bar and the waitor asks, oh he's cool, where did you get him?

Africa, there's like a million of them, the parrot said Cheesy

Nice one. A little lacking in text formatting but pretty good.

It's fashionable. The message an .io domain sends nowadays is that you're some cool little web app that does something awesome with lots and lots of data.
It's also short. To some, the fact it's only 2 characters rather than 3 matters.

.co domains aren't really popular..

.io really sounds like an app and data site for some reason..
Maybe because many think it means input/output.

may be, but I haven't seen a lot of .io websites outside the crypto community Cheesy
Me neither. Guess it's more of a geek thing.
5664  Other / Off-topic / Re: What would you do if you were invisible for a day? on: March 01, 2014, 03:41:39 PM
Just make fun on some random people around the city.

*just make babies on some random girls around the city Cheesy
That's just simply weird. I don't think normal people would do that.

5667  Other / Off-topic / Re: New Poll regarding Mark and his money. on: March 01, 2014, 03:06:00 PM
i said more than 5 milions

for example let's take poloniex.com

they have more than 13000 users registered

24 h volumes is 567 BTC

that means they made around 1.2 BTC/24h

mtgox had more than 1000000 customers

we assume mtgox had the same trading volumes for every 13.000 customers they had and the same fees like poloniex.com

that means mtgox made 92BTC/24h

mtgox was bought by mark in March 2011 and we will pretend he bought it on 31st March

from 31st March 2011 till 24 February 2014 are almost 3 years so we will pretend that they didn't operated in December 2013 so that we have mtgox was working for around 33 moths

92*33=3036BTC in fees

we exchange that 3036 btc at the highest price from December

3036*1200=3643200$

and we all not mtgox volume per day was around 50000BTC but the numbers would have been to high for me to calculate!

I think you are wrong in your computation.

92btc in 24 hours right? 92 must be multiplied  to 30, To get the total number commission on that month.

92 btc * 30 days = 2760 btc per month.

2760 btc * 33 months = 91, 080 btc in 33 months.

91,080 btc * 1200 = $109,296,000

Damn, that's a lot of money. Shocked

How does it work. I am afraid to click the link.

Let me guess: We send you a backup of our wallet for you to try and crack and then trust you not to import the keys to your own wallet after the work is done?

well, if you can't crack them yourself you're still left with no coins Cheesy
You can always buy powerful machines to crack the wallet if there is a substantial amount in the wallet.
