OK, so I assume that the password is the one of your worker, not the one of your userID getting into the pool right?
Correct. The password for your pool user, is unrelated to the password for your workers (unless you specified it to be the same, which I strongly recommend you do not).

ccminer has it..
else for CUDA 7, nvidia is currently testing a fix... :p
ok then so ccminer has the bitblock algo? then I must be doing something wrong because whenever I try to start up my .bat for ccminer it opens and exits immediately here is my .bat file, what exactly am I missing? and yes I am trying to solo mine ccminer.exe -a bitblock -o http://localhost:9820 -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD Replace: ccminer.exe -a bitblock -o http://localhost:9820 -u USERNAME -p PASSWORDWith: ccminer.exe -a x15 -o http://localhost:9820 -u USERNAME -p PASSWORDHappy Mining!

Now THAT is an image of an XAI AI Core - the best one I've ever seen IN MY LIFE!
Whaaa? You've seen some other image of a XAI AI Core? I'm with you though, very very nice. Can't wait to start experimenting with it, and to see what smarter folks will build on top of Sapience/XAI. CedricQuotient: Awesome stuff! * Runs off to buy AI programming for dummies

Can someone please explain what pimp mining is please ? thx
PiMP : Portable Instant Mining Platform http://www.getpimp.org/In short: It's a linux distro built with the sole purpose of mining. It has some tweaks & tools for advanced management (pool settings, rig monitoring, etc). Cheers!

again, no thanks, no tips, and asking more...
Hey there mister! I said thank you, two times now Sending also a few ZRC your way as soon as I'm home. Side note: it's a shame that so many people just want their freebies and don't ever give anything back to the developers that are handing them out new toys... If people don't ever donate, don't expect that you'll be seeing much of new mining software.

I will make available to any interested party a standalone ZiftrCoin GPU miner for Nvidia, for a small fee to share with the developer (which is not me). PM me for details and have 0.2 BTC at hand. I will pass along the Windows binary as well as full source. Note: There will be public GPU miners soon, for everyone, so it's your call on such a deal being worthwhile or not. Happy Mining! Edit: Damn it. ZWGuy is ruining it for me

WTS Kit for mining Zifrt by GPU. [hoping someone is dumb enough to fall for this]
The public release should happen within the next 24 hours. Are you for real?

Just found out about this coin. Sorry for my laisiness, I don't have time to read all - can someone pls tell me if there is GPU miner or its just CPU?
thanks guys, cheerz
There's miners for all tastes around, CPU miners (one better than the next) BOTNET miners (one more illegal than the next), and even GPU miners (one more private than the next)... On a serious note: there are only CPU miners currently released. The official GPU miners should be out shortly (IIRC, sometime tomorrow).

Bom Preço, e boa máquina, bons negócios!
Cumprimentos
Obrigado Luisinho1.

Cumprimentos, Myagui

Thanks for the info.
VanillaCoin seems to be forked from Sifcoin though:
// Copyright (c) 2009-2010 Satoshi Nakamoto // Copyright (c) 2009-2013 The Bitcoin developers // Copyright (c) 2013 The Sifcoin developers // Copyright (c) 2013 The Vanillacoin developers // Distributed under the MIT/X11 software license, see the accompanying
And ByteCoin from CryptoNote.
// Copyright (c) 2012-2014, The CryptoNote developers, The Bytecoin developers // // This file is part of Bytecoin.
Crypti is a node.js coin, so it is brand new code, yes.
Haven't looked at NXT, Ripple. I think those are a different kind of coins anyways.
Thanks again.
Interesting one about VanillaCoin, though as I said, I haven't gotten interested enough to find out more details. I guess Sifcoin takes place of VanillaCoin in my previous list? On ByteCoin, I am curious, as I thought I had that one right: Isn't ByteCoin the 1st known implementation of the reference CryptoNote protocol? I'm just wondering if the copyright notice is misleading you to think that it's a fork (again, I'm not sure). There's also some CryptoNoteCoin that is a reference implementation, but I think that came out later. Cheers!

This is just a side note, but there are quite a few altcoins that are not forks of any other coin (in other words, coded from scratch).
Would you mind naming a few? Just curious. Thanks Sure. I might not have them all precisely right, as I'm not particularly interested in any of these, but anyhow: Bytecoin, NXT, Ripple, VanillaCoin, Crypti Not all are open source. There's certainly others I'm not recalling right now (or that I never head of ) Cheers!

> So it is no fork of another coin.
All coins other than Bitcoin are forks of some other coin.
This is just a side note, but there are quite a few altcoins that are not forks of any other coin (in other words, coded from scratch).

This is pointless mining with single cpu 640kh/s is getting me around 2 coins aday and the pools are full of people with 3mh/s to 60mh/s with network speed of 750mh/s+. has that botnet moved onto solo mining ? We need to GPU sooner than next wednesday
So 1 CPU vs 100 CPUs makes it all pointless. How will this change once it's 1 GPU vs 100 GPUs? Sidenote: With your hashrate, you will make more than double those 2 coins a day by solo mining, on average... Oh well. When GPU mining hits, I just hope there's comparable performance between Nvidia & AMD (I only got a couple of the cuda variety). Better yet, have the advantage over at the cuda camp, that would be very nice!

Only ASN disabled at trex.
No. You're probably just not holding any balance on the other disabled wallets, and you've got the filtered view to "hide zero balances"...
