581  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Next Bitcoin Bull Run: Is It Tied to the Next Halving? on: August 19, 2023, 03:31:26 AM
Even if I would say it’s not but for the past bull runs, they actually happened after every bitcoin halving so perhaps bitcoin bull run is really tied to its bitcoin halving.
Bitcoin halving will make short term shocks in block rewards as well as income for Bitcoin miners but they will adapt to it and in past halvings, price grew well after that so miner income won't be affected too much by halve of block reward.

However, we must know one more thing, income of Bitcoin miners should come from transaction fees which come from their transaction confirmation for Bitcoin users. Block rewards were not designed to be main source of Bitcoin miner income.

Same here as I have also search every possible reason for the market to fall this drastically over a space of 12hours. This dump has caused many naive investor to panic because they all perceived that since we are heading close to the halving that Bitcoin will only push up but the sudden dip has surprise everyone but notwithstanding it can be still seen as a positive effect because we can use this medium to actually buy more Bitcoin.
When you search, you will find news and some information which will be released on media to officially explain why the market moves like that. They are not real reasons and you will realize it when you have been in this market long enough. Market manipulators direct the market into their favorite directions and plans. After they completed their plans, they will release news for you but in fact they all prepared those news before market crash. They only wait for a right time to release news which satisfies your curiosity and angry after losing money in the market.
582  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SpaceX sold $373M worth Bitcoin, reason of current dump on: August 19, 2023, 03:23:43 AM
Agree with you about this investor. We often hear news like this where big investors sell bitcoins and others buy them and in this way bitcoin can be fluctuated. Any trader can take any decision for profit. If Elon Musk thinks that he is profitable to sell Bitcoin then I think he was right with his decision. But I don't think it will have any bad impact for Bitcoin holders because Bitcoin is not controlled by a big trader. Soon Bitcoin will be bullish again. Holders will certainly welcome this dump as they will have the opportunity to purchase some bitcoins at a low price.
Tesla is only one of institutional investors that have bigger capitals than retail investors so any activity from those institutional investors will cause more effects on the market, from news, fud to price and trading volume and sometimes their buying or selling can trigger massive crashes on the market and forced liquidations on centralized exchanges as well.

Because this market is very volatile, to prevent being killed by forced liquidations, we should avoid Leverage and Futures trading. With Spot trading, nobody can liquidate our capital but remember Reminder: do not keep your money in online accounts
583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: August 17, 2023, 09:02:49 AM

Al-Hilal where in sort of a goalie and are on the verge of securing the Sevilla first choice keeper, Yassine Bono, according to the news documents would be checked concerning his departure to Al-Hilal today, and the Morrocan goalie would be joining the Saudi club for a 3 years deal.
Bono is a very good goalkeeper and his performances for Sevilla and Morocco in Europa League, La Liga and World Cup 2022 are more than enough to demonstrate his quality. He was not recognized as a star goalkeeper but his performance is very good. The World Cup 2022 helps Bono to come of of the tunnel and see a light for his career. The Europa League trophy is another successful milestone for him in a same season. Now, it's time for him to join Saudi Professional League to make his finance better.

Quote
It's is saíd that Sevilla had already agreed a deal of €21m with Al-Hilal for Bono on Tuesday and a medical is booked already, recently they've signed Neymar and now Bono they're also in a quest for a new striker and are seriously in demand of the fulham top 9 Aleksandr Mitrovic, Al-Hilal club have been very busy in the transfer window this summer and after a horrible defeat to their rivals
Al Itihad, Al Nassr and Al Hilal in theory will be three strongest competitors in a new season of Saudi Professional League. They have been investing so much money on star players in the latest two transfer windows. Their squad quality is improving with new star players and Al Hilal are ready to challenge Al Itihad and Al Nassr with players they bought recent weeks.
584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs. the Dollar (Traditional Money vs. Digital Innovation) on: August 17, 2023, 08:56:43 AM
My opinion is this, Dollar has not been rising, for all i know, no fiat currency has been rising, fiat has one major challenge and that challenge is inflation, the ability of the government to print fiat money at will makes fiat look like they are designed to loss value over time, in fact, not that it looks like, fiat are actually designed to lose value over time, so i honestly do not see how dollar is rising when its purchasing power is getting lower and lower.
Central banks print more money so their fiat currencies have increasing inflation with time. As consequence of inflation, no doubt that purchasing powers for their fiat currencies decrease with time. Inflation and purchasing power have inverse correlations.

Quote
Bitcoin on the other hand is not stable currency, the volatility in the price of bitcoin makes it a normal thing for the currency to go down in price when demand is less, and go up in price when demand is high, and also, the limited supply of bitcoin also supports this, so overtime, Bitcoin is designed to keep growing both in price and purchasing power, but like ive said before, it a norm for price to go down when demand is low, and price go high when demand is high, this is also how money is made from bitcoin trading.
Bitcoin is inflationary too but because its total supply was set in 2009 by Satoshi Nakamoto, people have clear information about Bitcoin total supply which can not be changed. With time, they know one  more thing, more bitcoins will be lost by lack of carefulness from people who don't backup their wallets, seeds, private keys well enough.

How is the 21 million Bitcoin Cap defined and enforced?
585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: August 17, 2023, 08:20:13 AM
Maybe that's not good for Roma to hire Leandro Paredes from PSG because this player was out of the squad in Enrique's team in PSG and they wanted to sell to release this player to use the empty slot for another player they can hire in the next season, I was thinking Leandro Paredes can't find a team for the next season easily because we didn't see a lot from him in the last season, however, there is the possibility for Leandro Paredes to have better performance in Roma and make PSG feel regret.
Roma are weaker than PSG so Paredes can have more chances in Roma than in PSG. He joined Roma with a contract till 2025 and they can assess his performance in two seasons before deciding to extend the contract or let him go. He is only 29 years old and can revive his career in Roma in next two years.

He is a second player from PSG who joined Roma in this summer. Another player is Renato Sanchez who joined Roma with a loan transfer and let's hope Mourinho will help Renato Sanchez to upgrade his career.

Leandro Paredes is a good player with enchanced qualities but he has failed to impressed PSG over the years. That's one of the major reasons they triggered the sell clause on the Argentine. He completed medical with AS Roma and we are looking at positive changes for him and his new role under José Mourinho.
Paredes is a defensive midfielder but he has good attacking ability too. With Paredes, Mourinho and Roma will have one good option for their midfield and if their central defenders get problems, they can use Cristante as a temporary central defender without big impacts on their midfield. Paredes will be very useful for Roma as either a main midfielder or alternative midfielder in this season.
586  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can personal message (PM) apare on ninjastic space? on: August 16, 2023, 11:34:34 PM
I want to know if I sent a user a personal message (PM) and I delete the massage, will the message sti spear in ninjastic space?
My reason for asking is because PM is a personal messager and if you delete a post in spare on ninjastic space so can personal message still spares in ninjastic space if I delete it?
It is personal message, not private message.

You and a user who in PM contact are not only two members who can read those Personal messages. Who are other people can read those personal messages?

They are core admins like theymos and Cyrus if they want or if they have request from governments, police ...

Fortunately, normal users (not core admins) like you, me and other members, can not read personal messages of other users. This means scrappers can not read those personal messages too.
587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: August 16, 2023, 11:30:36 PM
Now the force is becoming more and more intense and the big boys are still going to Saudi Arabia.
The most amazing part of it I was reasoning the other day is that all the Europe super stars of 2 to 3 seasons ago are all in the Saudi Arabia.
1. Ronaldo 5 times Balon d'or winner
2. Benzema 1 time Balon d'or winner
3. Mane Balon d'or runner up
4. Neymar Balon d'or 3rd place.
Something revolutional is happening and people are not taking it serious.
You brought very good stats that show big difference in strategies between Saudi Professional League and Chinese Super League. Clubs from those leagues aim at different quality players and surely Saudi Arabian clubs have bought higher quality players than Chinese clubs years ago.

Ronaldo and Benzema are enjoying their last years in career with Saudi Arabian clubs but they are still playing very good and even better than many young players. Mane and Neymar are younger and can play longer time in Saudi Arabia if those clubs are ready to extend contract with them after one or two seasons.

Those names are proofs that clubs Saudi Professional League are very united in their transfer strategies and they only want to buy star players who can help their league to grow in communication channels, television rights, attract European citizens to watch their league matches and to help increasing quality and experience of local players. They want to have a stronger league, better players for their national team in future.
588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: August 16, 2023, 11:24:29 PM
If the Saudi Arabian championship maintains the same interest in the top players of the European championships, then in a few years their championship may become much more interesting. At some point, after great ambitions, PSG failed to win the Champions League with the best players, now there is some moment of disappointment among the players, so PSG will have to start all over again and perhaps somehow reconsider their vision of this goal.
They are continuing to show their interests in star players from Europe but the transfer of Neymar makes me wonder. Why did they sign only 2-year contract with Neymar, not a longer one?

Neymar is still young and he is different than Benzema or Cristiano Ronaldo, they should sign a longer contract with him, like 4-year contract. This transfer makes me think that Saudi Arabian clubs are not sure about their transfer strategies and what they will achieve from those lucrative transfers.

Even in the first days when we saw the news about Mbappe leaving PSG, we could understand this player will never leave PSG easily because a player at this age and popularity in Paris is a gem and the PSG owner will never lose him or let him leave PSG easily because other than his performance in PSG, Mbappe is can bring more popularity for PSG and more marketing power for this team which can also help their business, we had the same story about Mbappe in the last time and he stayed in PSG.
PSG don't want to lose Mbappe after losing Messi and Neymar and if they let him go, they want to get enough money. Enough means very high after all money they spent for him from transfer fee to salary over years. All of those factors are very strong barriers prevent the transfer of Mbappe to any club in Europe to happen but I believe he will leave, this summer or next summer, one way or another, in paid transfer or free transfer.
589  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Unit Logo System on: August 15, 2023, 01:26:52 PM
Could I know idea why most of your logos have the strikes in different directions than the Bitcoin logo?

If I am a designer, I will keep the direction of two strikes like current Bitcoin logo than changing it to nearly horizontal strikes which are used in these logos. I will use vertical strikes for both b and s.
590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: August 15, 2023, 01:19:36 PM
Mbappe would play in Asensio or Lee Kang-in's place in this game most probably. He is already not playing completely like a winger or centre-forward. He is more like the key player of the team who gets the most amount of passes and creates big goal opportunities by using his one-on-one skills.
I don't think PSG planed to use Lee Kang-In and expect him to be another Son Heung-Min in Europe. It's a good player but PSG bought him with more marketing plan for their club in South Korea than simply about his quality and contribution in football.

Asensio already proved his ability in Real Madrid but he is not a star player who can decide matches but at least with Asensio, PSG will have better contribution for defense than from Mbappe, Neymar or Messi.

Mbappe who will obviously replace Lee Kang-In's position because basically that is Mbappe's starting position in the first team. There is no doubt about Mbappe's one-on-one skills and his speed is even needed to damage the opponent's defense. So we can only hope that Mbappe can repair what PSG has lost before.
Lee Kang-In is like a temporary solution from PSG in the meantime to convince Mbappe signing a new contract or to find a new star player to replace him at that position. Of course Lee can take advantage of the great chance to show his ability and become an important player in PSG. He has chance and he must catch it to build up a better career in Europe.

Mbappe is important with PSG but I think it is time for them to no longer think about his contribution for their club. They must aim at future without Mbappe and build up tactics without him or big star players in this season or next one.
591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is centralized, will other cryptocurrencys survive ?. on: August 15, 2023, 10:56:31 AM
Bitcoin as the ground master of all the cryptocurrencies, if Bitcoin is centralized will it have any impact to other cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin is decentralized and other cryptocurrencies (alternate cryptocurrencies, altcoins) are centralized. Altcoins survive or die over time but they are centralized always. They died because they have bad founder and developer teams that don't depend on Bitcoin's decentralization or centralization.

Like I can have a good or bad job, high or low salary but I am responsible for it and it won't be decided by you.
592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: August 15, 2023, 10:52:46 AM
Initially, Tuchel said that he wanted Neuer to be the main goalkeeper in the 2023/2024 season. then, rumors Neuer has recovered from his injury. which in the end, Yann Sommer chose to leave because you can be sure he will not be the main goalkeeper anymore. but what makes me quite confused is why Bayern are still looking for a goalkeeper. At first I thought maybe Neuer needed time to stabilize his fitness and at the same time adapt to his squad. however, the situation was increasingly uncertain.
It can be an initial plan of Tuchel and Bayern Munich but Neur was not able to fully recover and ready for a new season so they had to change their initial plan and want borrow a good player to use. As Sommer already moved to Inter Milan, Bayern Munich can not start a new season with full bet on Neur's recovery.

Quote
IMO, Neuer is one of the best goalkeepers ever, he has contributed greatly to Bayern Munich and the German national team. now he will be 38 years old, which is where it looks like Bayern needs regeneration as a replacement. I think it's time for Bayern to look for the ideal goalkeeper from the start
They are negotiating with Chelsea for a loan of Kepa and want to use him as their main goalkeeper in a new season but Real Madrid already stepped in after their main goalkeeper Courtois suddenly got a serious injury and will miss all of a new season.

The defeat against RB Leipzig was not seen because of the weak attacks from the attackers, but Bayern Munich's defense was so bad. On the other hand, Bayern Munich also has a reliable defender who has just been brought in from Napoli, but he was brought on in the 46th minute and his contribution has not looked so big in decide on a quick counter-attack from RB Leipzig. Obviously this is not a good condition accept defeat at home and Bayern Munich also fielded their best squad in the match and should they be able to win the game or draw at least.
The season just started and lost in that match will not be a nightmare for Bayern Munich. They still have a long season to fight in Champions League and Bundesliga but you are right, they must tighten their defense system as soon as possible.

The last season and this latest match against Leipzig are enough warnings for them, if they don't want to end this season with very bad results.
593  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wrong way to accumulate. on: August 14, 2023, 11:28:56 PM
Basically almost every bitcoiner is in for accumulation committing  certain amount of investment with a timeline to it. It could be for short term or long term plan.
Not all investors do Dollar Cost Averaging for their investment and usually they just buy bitcoin on time and have no idea about DCA.

They only do DCA if they have more sources of income that contributes for their capital and if they only use their savings to invest, not yet to see profit, they will not buy more.

They probably have idea about DCA after experience in the market a few months or years. Sometimes they do DCA without idea about this method, just buy more when they smell chances.

Here I have to say many times peoples give their opinion very quickly which is never been good this was first game of the season with Leipzig is surely having upper hand against Bayern Munich with they are also trying to adjust few things which are never been easy so with this defeat most chances they will learn quickly and fix their problems which will help them for having better performance in next week game against Werder Bremen which is going to be first of the new season.
Leipzig just had an amazing match to beat Bayern Munich very convincingly but it's only a match which does not mean they will be able to win a long battle against Bayern Munich in Bundesliga 2023 - 2024. It's a very different task for Leipzig as winning a single match and winning a battle, a long league is not the same. Bayern Munich just proved it in the last season by taking the title from Dortmund on the last match day with a super late goal from Musiala.

Quote
Harry Kane is having first game after 14 years in Tottenham, so it's never been easy for any player to adopt this all very quickly we will have best from him in coming matches and Bayern Munich is surely going to lead from the front as well even we will have few challenging opponents like RB Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen but still this is going to be exciting season for them.
Harry Kane only had a few hours in Bayern Munich and they used them in their first match when they were led 2 goals by Leipzig. After sending Kane in, 3 minutes later they got a third conceded goal. Be realistic that with such situation, Harry Kane can not do anything dramatically for Bayern Munich in that match.
595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is 93% mined today, will the future be born into 100% premine like fiat on: August 14, 2023, 04:57:32 PM
You are all a bunch of fucking idiots, the future kids will not accept it it is like fiat to them, Make a fairly distributed currency or fuck off. Satoshi is no fucking hero.
Fiats are different than Bitcoin as they can be printed more and more, unlimited by governments and their central banks.

Bitcoin has a limited supply which is capped at 21M bitcoin. No government, nobody can make a code and create more bitcoin, can not mint or print more than that cap like fiats.

How is the 21 million bitcoin cap defined and enforced?
596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: What is the minimal transaction fee for 10$ usd or 1000$ usd? on: August 13, 2023, 02:30:57 PM
Transaction fee in cryptocurrency depends on on chain conditions and fee rate you use for your transaction. It does not depend on value of your transaction.

You can make a $10, $100 or $1000 or even $1M valued transaction but can pay a same transaction fee.

However, at different times, the network, the blockchain will have different demands whilst its capacity to handle transactions will be the same. Therefore, if demand is high, you will need to pay higher transaction fee for your transaction. Sometimes you will have to pay very expensive transaction fee.

If you use centralized exchanges, they will charge you very expensive withdrawal fee.
597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: August 13, 2023, 02:22:14 PM
However, there are strong rumors that Neymar is going to join a club in Saudi Arabia. Because clubs in Saudi Arabia offer high wages and many benefits. PSG wants to sell Neymar because Neymar's wages are too high. He is also not able to perform well with PSG due to injuries. However, none of the major clubs in the Premier League or La Liga are interested in adding Neymar to the team at a high price. This is why the Saudi club has the possibility of selling Neymar.
Rumor is only rumor before it comes true and we must be very suspicious with rumor. If we are only fans, we don't need to trust or distrust such rumor is it is no harmful with us. Neymar has very big potential to move to Saudi Arabia as PSG already sheds a light to sell him and he no longer has big reason and ambition to play in Europe. Messi left, Cristiano Ronaldo left, Zlatan retired, Bale retired, Hazard now is almost nothing, Neymar already won Champions League years ago with Barcelona too.

Quote
But personally I don't think Neymar will join the club of Saudi Arabia so soon. Neymar is only 31 years old. He will definitely want to play in a competitive and premier league like La Liga. My guess was that Neymar would return to Barcelona. Let's see what he decides in the end.
Premier League is a very risky league with Neymar as he is very sensitive with injuries. If Neymar got some serious injuries in Ligue 1, he will be very carefully consider about Premier League as he will have bigger risk to get injuries there.
598  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Alleged Phishing Attempt on: August 13, 2023, 02:07:06 PM
I just received an email from Coinbase telling me that they noticed some unusual activity on my account and it has been locked.  It went on to ask that I click on a link to pass a security check before my account is unlocked. I knew this was a phishing attempt and I didn't take any action. However, I am unhappy because it looks like these exchanges may be selling customers' data to third parties. Do they really do that? If they don't, how do these hackers know that I have a Coinbase account?
They send bulk emails to all email addresses they have to massively find victims. They don't care who you are and what accounts you have but if you fall in to their phishing traps, you lose money.

Quote
If you are newbie and you get this sort of message, do not click the link or attempt to input any personal details. This is also a reminder that if you have your bitcoins on any exchange, it is not yours. Never forget, not your keys, not your bitcoins. Get your bitcoins off exchanges.
If you receive such important emails, double check with their website with news, blog, twitter to find information. If you need something more, double check with their Customer Support with Direct chat or with support tickets.

Don't immediately click on any link which is potential phishing but if you need safety first, don't click on it before you can confirm it at an official website.
599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: August 12, 2023, 11:35:34 AM
Bayern Munich have completed all the preliminary work regarding Harry Kane's contract, now only Harry Kane's matches remain for Bayern Munich. We may soon see why Harry Kane joins Munich's training camp. It is only a matter of time before Harry Kane comes to Germany from England.
Two clubs have an agreement for the transfer and the player only have to go through medical checkups to complete the transfer. He is already in Munich and has been going through very last steps to finish the transfer.

Quote
This transfer was an unexpected one for Harry Kane, who was undoubtedly at the end of the transfer market. Since the beginning of the transfer market, Bayern Munich has been negotiating with Tottenham several times to take Harry Kane to the team. At one time, it seemed that Tottenham would not let Harry Kane go, but in the end, the English club Tottenham was forced to let Harry Kane go in exchange for enough money.
I had no doubt that Tottenham and Levy only wanted to delay the transfer to bargain for higher price and I did not think they will not let Kane go as this time, they no longer had any chance to convince the player to sign a new contract, after all failed seasons recent years and a few times they treated the player very badly and even ugly.

Quote
Bayern Munich signed Harry Kane for more than the market value, hoping that Harry Kane can perform as per their expectations.
Because they really need another striker who has similar level like Lewandowski and Kane is a very professional player and is able to prolong his career like Lewandowski, Cristiano Ronaldo, Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Bayern Munich actually had strong belief that Kane will play well for them in next four years at least with his professional.
600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: August 12, 2023, 08:28:55 AM
I predict PSG will release Mbappe this summer, even if they have to risk big losses. I don't think it makes sense to read the current reports about the scenario of dropping Mbappe for a full season, because PSG is still obliged to pay the French striker's wages in full. The end of the transfer window will be the final turning point in this transfer drama.
PSG will not release Mbappe easily if they don't get money they want. They will not free Mbappe like an useless player but it is no easy to find a club for Mbappe as he only wants to move to Real Madrid. He does not want to move to Saudi Arabia and only want to stay in Europe, fight against his current club directly.

Quote
One other name that is often discussed has also succeeded in moving, namely Harry Kane, Tottenham have given up Kane departure to Bayern Munchen after long negotiations during this transfer market.
Kane is different as he does not aim at a single club and he wants to leave while Mbappe does not. Their clubs are different too, PSG want to sell while Tottenham does not want to sell their players initially.
