581  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Deep Dive Into Bitcoin's Scarcity on: April 21, 2019, 06:18:03 AM
I have been always telling my fellow bitcoin investor friends. Bitcoin is scarce!. And it is scarcer than we think.

We mined 17.5 BTC up to the present. 1m BTCs is in Satoshi's account. 4m BTCs is lost.

Grasping this scarcity may help why BTC is still undervalued!

From the article below;

If you own just a single bitcoin, only 17 million other people will ever have as much as you.

We have never had true scarcity until now, and because of that, it's a concept that's hard to grasp.

Furthermore, and scaling up a little,  let's assume bitcoin manages to hit critical mass, and everyone on the planet tries to grab a piece of the action. There would only be 0.003 BTC for each person…

Check the article below;

well you have some good point on it
but before it happen bitcoin need to go mainstream for mass adoption
it will take a long time before it happen but as one of supporter im willing to wait
the best thing to do more is accumulate more while i can
582  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 In Bitcoin [ The Year Is Over ] on: April 21, 2019, 06:07:55 AM

Please feel free to leave your 2018 experience and what you think 2019 will hold for Bitcoin.

for me 2018 is really a hard year in my crypto experience
i learn a lot in that year there are times where i stop all the thing i do related in crypto
and today i plan to start in positive way again thinkin 2019 will become a good start and give some positive thing to me
hope everyone will also experience same positive thing Cheers  Grin
583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: alt millionaire on the next bull run on: April 21, 2019, 01:59:13 AM
i hope to become an alt millionaire on the next bull run. if crypto adoption is here. then let their be alt millionaires. maybe i am thinking too soon. but maybe in 6 years out. it can truly be done. i have been trading. hopefully this is the true bottom and that the next road is moon shots. i been buying alt coins but not accumulating. which sucks because i have several alt coins that have 100% return in 2019.
well nothing is impossible if you will invest and hold some good coin that might going big someday
but in order to do that you will need to make a lot research and monitor it
and expect that the chance for you to lose is higher than to gain
584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is still productive on: April 21, 2019, 01:39:42 AM
A lot of speculation has been made regarding that altcoins are dead we have seen fewer initial coin offering this year and part of those few has been a failed venture.
But never the less that is certainly not the end of altcoins

Running a lost as an altcoin investor can be easy because there are various altcoin out there And so many are poorly managed.

You can cut your losses to some extent by.
*investing in several top altcoin(spread your investment)
*seeking expert opinion
*disregard shilling or FUD
And if you must move a way from established altcoins
*study the volume
*check on the project owners reputation
*compare and contrast the white paper, potential investors and future possibilities of the coin.

And one major key for every cryptocurrency investor is patience and hold I repeat you your altcoin
its a good idea to spread their investment is some top altcoin
but they need to only spend a few percentage and put more in bitcoin
because risk in altcoin is higher than holding bitcoin
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Vs Trading on: April 21, 2019, 01:32:34 AM
2019 has been a year with mixed feelings for crypto enthusiasts. A lot of bounty hunters have now switched over to trading, because bounty is longer profitable.
Some that have combined the two (both bounty and trading), while larger percentage are still into bounty, despite not being profitable.
I envisage that in two to three years to this time, the population of people on bounty will reduce drastically, because it will no longer be profitable as it used to be.
well its depend as long as there are some good bounty campaign
people will still do it and it can become more different if bounty campaign will be manage more carefully someday
586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you have to take risks. on: April 21, 2019, 01:29:26 AM
Risk takers are great earners. You take risk just like to explore all options. Not that you are aware what the outcome will be, but to get a better idea. It may go the negative way for you to learn more, it might also go the positive way to give you much benefit. Am a risk taker and I have no regrets. I come out stronger.
i agree im also a risk taker and even i failed a lot of time im still getting stronger in the process
even i failed lot of times i know that i will be given an opportunity to succeed atleast a few times
587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you ready to invest now? on: April 21, 2019, 01:23:25 AM
Seeing market slowly recover then it is a good sign that there could be next ATH. So, while crypto is cheap.now, Do you think that it is better to invest now? How ready are you to do it. Are you going to invest all at once or make a succeesion of investment over a period of time.

Please let me know your plans and strategy and how you think you can earn from the market.
while altcoin is cheap right when the bitcoin price rise some of it might also rise
but only invest a percentage because the risk is higher compare of just holding bitcoin
588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason mining was banned in China on: April 21, 2019, 01:06:59 AM
Cheesy hey remember the time when we all speculated  Smiley how China is gonna just give birth to a cryptocurrency on it's own and bang ! They will try and dominate even the world of cryptocurrency, well guess what ?
Days after mining the Bitcoins that is the king of all cryptocurrencies' was banned , we have a news .!!

*China is going to make it's own currency Renminbi a cryptocurrency *

Well the reports have still yet to be confirmed officially but experts have provided a good Intel. I don't even think that they will provide any Intel ahead of time . They are going to take help from the central bank and turn their own currency into a cryptocurrency.

Well to be honest I think it would be a good experiment when we would be able to see how ! Cryptocurrency + government can work together since it will be a derivative of a bank !

Any ideas about what will happen ? What do you guys think ?

they only want to adopt blockchain and not bitcoin
there are large miner and bitcoin user in china it might not be good for bitcoin if they leave
but for miners it will be a good thing because there will be less competitor
589  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A city in Canada is letting people pay taxes in Bitcoin on: April 21, 2019, 12:53:39 AM
This is great for Bitcoin adoption! Innisfil, Ontario in Canada is now accepting property tax payments in Bitcoin:
well the thats some good bitcoin adoption
property tax is not small amount so using bitcoin as transaction is lot cheaper using credit card
590  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Never give up on: April 21, 2019, 12:49:50 AM
I played about with Bitcoins and litecoins and Feathercoins back in 2013. These were the days when Bitcoin was pretty easy to obtain through online mining pools and faucets ect.  As time went by,  I lost interest in Crypto and kinda forgot about it until Bitcoin hit 19k in 2017 . By this time I had changed my computer and hard drives and along with it all my passwords and wallets and dat files,  to cut a long story short I searched all over for my old hardrives, ran recovery on one of the drives I had kept and found nothing I gave up searching and just got used to the fact that I had lost a lot of money.

Fast foward to 2019 we were cleaning out a cuboard and at the very back was a shoe box and in that shoebox were 3 hardrives one of which contained all my passwords, wallets and dat files for all my Bitcoins, Litecoin and Feathercoins. I may have lost out on when Bitcoin was at its best but I now have all the info I need. I have sold some of it and will hold the rest until Bitcoin goes up again and it will. The money I got from selling some of the bitcoin and litecoin even though not at its highest I basically got for doing nothing apart from online pool mining  and playing with faucets  back in 2013,  so im happy with it. Never give up if you have lost money on Cryptos and if you did what I did keep,  looking for that lost hardrive it will turn up eventully.  In 2019 it is so easy to buy and sell Bitcoions too and it was instant money from selling to transfering the moeny into paypal then into my bank account.  How things have changed for the better for cryotocoins Smiley

thats some good story congrats that you still recover it
today mining is not for individual anymore and there are no faucet either
so it becoming hard to earn some bitcoin nowadays
but i still never give hoping will earn something today that will be valuable in the future like in your story
591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone + 3 years trading or investing? on: April 20, 2019, 11:50:31 AM
Hi,
I am curious if there is anyone who have traded or invested crypto more than 3 years?
and the profit is good?
trading and investing is so profitable before where you can buy cheap coin with lot of potential and active community
but until now i can say that trading and investing is still profitable but you need to do more research unlike before
592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Less price = more profit? on: April 20, 2019, 11:34:21 AM
Friends, does it make sense to take very cheap altcoins <$ 1? I think about buying, but I am interested in your opinion. Will they leave the market and exchanges, with such a strong fall?
there are some cheap coin right now
but you need to make a lot of research first before you buy
its like a chain reaction in crypto when the bitcoin price drop
all altcoin will drop but when bitcoin price rise not a altcoin will rise
so before you invest you must look if the coin have some potential
it kinda hard to predict what coin gonna give you profit but everyone knows that investing always come with a risk
so only invest what you can afford to lose
593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the good way to earn with Altcoins? on: April 20, 2019, 11:27:43 AM
Hi. I have a question for you. Some ones do Day Trading,Some ones do short term holding,Some ones do long term holding,Some ones invest in ICOs and some ones do bounty and Airdrops. But what is the good and easy way to earn with altcoins.?What is your suggestions?
well in bounty or airdrop you can get free token
but not all token have value or sometime you will not get paid
and if you some bitcoin to invest you can do trading
but first you need to do  research of what coin you gonna trade
how active the community the team behind it and the volume of it in exchange ans so on and so on..
594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Comodities/Currency/as Payment Methode? on: April 20, 2019, 09:40:23 AM
Until now, I was still confused about Bitcoin. Will bitcoin be a commodity like gold later? or will it be a currency like a dollar? or will it become a payment method?

There is still a lot of confusion here, where the direction of bitcoin will go. Honestly, I consider BTC as digital gold, which means commodity, and I get a big profit from its price movements. I am more inclined to think like that than to think that BTC is the currency of even BTC as a payment method.

Especially with the fork. it's like we are running alone and don't care about the direction of bitcoin. other fork btc has another vision, and tend to only think of the coin fork not thinking of bitcoin.

What about your opinion guys?
in my opinion bitcoin is a currency but we can also consider it as commodity or paymaent method
the bitcoin have different function it just depend how you will use or see it

595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Meet the Wealthiest People in Crypto on: April 20, 2019, 07:33:21 AM
I am not sure about the accuracy of the Forbes data. Given the anonymity of Bitcoin, there may be large holders unknown to Forbes who stay out of public limelight. And given the recent string of violent attacks and robberies against people who hold crypto-coins, I don't think that a lot of people will be comfortable in revealing their crypto-assets to public.
i agree the true concept of bitcoin is anonymity
so im quite sure that there are more people who hide their crypto wealth
596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fun stuff to do with bitcoin? on: April 20, 2019, 07:26:37 AM
I remember the first years of bitcoin's life. There were so many things to do and learn: mining, faucets, wallets, blockchain visualizations, etc.

Nowadays the bitcoin world is pretty boring: mining is for people with deep pockets, faucets don't exist anymore, wallets are getting centralized by big corporations (blockchain.com, coinbase, etc.).

Is there anything fun left to do with bitcoin, any specific application, website, app, anything that will make bitcoin fun and interesting again? Otherwise I just keep on holding and that's it.
there are some faucet before where you can play while earning some satoshi
i also remember that time when you can earn some sat in faucet while doing fun
faucet is not profitable now so its been long gone
i agree mining is not for individual anymore

597  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transactions aren't reversible... I'm confuse on: April 20, 2019, 07:19:32 AM
Bitcoin transactions aren't reversible..

Due to lack of awareness about crypto, I'm still confuse at this topic. Does it mean something like this,

I send 1BTC to address "B" from Address "A". Next I try to send back that 1BTC to address "A" from address "B". Is it an impossible thing?
its possible if you own the different wallet address
when you send from B to A wallet address you will need to pay a transaction fee same with A to B address
it means you can send Bitcoin back and forth but every transaction have fee
598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Know what token you hodl on: April 19, 2019, 10:24:50 PM
This is a brief overview for non believers of coin hodling

In 2017, a lot of investors bought binance token at 1$ each and then the token amassed popularity and went to 2$; a lot of incidents and it went back to 1$

In 2018, bnb went as high as 23$, a lot sold at that peak; then it went back to 5$ a lot moaned; many bought back when the token went back to 5$

Now we all know what’s happening to bnb tokens

The basic thing here is... Know what you are holding. If you are holding a good project, no matter what the ups and downs are you will always win in the long term. Holders make the most profit.

NB: This are my opinion and my idea; feel free to contribute; then dyor and trade and invest wisely
well its not happen all the time
so its better to only invest what you can afford to lose
599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never buy too much coins because you would eventually forgot gosh on: April 19, 2019, 09:44:35 PM
So, as you guys know, most coins will do swap when they perform blockchain upgrades or changing the coins to to a new coin

I just forgot about one of my coins and the swap was ended in the 31st of December
and guess what?

I just lost 0.3 btc because of it
God damn this is so painful

Been holding the coins since 2 year ago in the ICO stage
Never make such mistake guys remember
well you need to atleast check their website or bitcoin ann thread for news and like or follow their social media
there are a lot of thing can happen in one coin so you need to check it once in a while
for me i use google spreadsheet to list coin i hold i only put name link just add and delete when i buy or sell the coin
600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: For those bounty hunters who can hardly relate (Part 2) on: April 19, 2019, 09:34:32 PM
