5861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your recommendations please on: January 18, 2018, 05:53:09 PM
I'm holding XRB,TRX, and deeponion. Which one do you think will be the most valuable in 5-7 months?

Thanks in advance.
TRX right now is just increasing on price due to hype. Join and leave fast to make some quick profit from it. I don't know much about Raiblock (XRB), but coins and the charts look promising. You can try investing on Stellar (XLM), Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC). Hope you didn't sell off your coins in the recent dip.
5862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best coin for January 2018..? on: January 18, 2018, 05:45:56 PM
What is the best coin for January 2018..?
Most of the coins are recovering right now after the huge dip. I would say invest on Bitcoin first. Its the first crypto you should always invest on as bitcoin will never die. You can try Ethereum too. Another well established currency in the market. Tron (TRX) and Stellar (XLM) are also some coins you can consider investing on. Would suggest you to avoid Ripple (XRP). But these are just some suggestions. Take your own risk when investing on these coins.
5863  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: January 18, 2018, 05:36:36 PM
Hello every body.I am a Newbie. I joined Crytopia about two months ago. I hold CMT and TRX in the Binance and now i want to trade with some coin about: ADA,ETC,... Please help me give some idea i should trade or not? Thank lots of for all.  Tongue Tongue Tongue

Since you are new  I would suggest you to learn first. Learn how the market works. Learn about the coins. Do researches on the charts. Get to know more about the coins you will be investing on. Use your own instinct and try to figure out how the coin is going to be different from others. And always keep this in mind - invest what you can afford to lose.
5864  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Impatience kills projects on: January 18, 2018, 05:33:06 PM
In so many threads I see a huge impatience. That kills projects.
You can not blame the community for the failure of a project. The developers are also equally liable. If they really wanted to continue with the project, they would not heed the negativity.
When a coin doesn`t goes up 100% in 1 week then it is "scam", and if it declines 100%, too.  Cheesy
Well it is actually a good sign when a price doesn't skyrocket in first few weeks. Or else there might be high chance that the price are being pumped and will soon will be dumped causing the project to die. More like a pump and dump scheme.
5865  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it time to buy some BTC? on: January 18, 2018, 05:23:14 PM
The best time was when the price reached around $9,000 USD! But the price has since then recovered and is hovering around $11,500 USD. So it is still not too late. It will rise up further and get back to its initial $16,000 USD position before reaching another all time high. Start investing. Other alt coins are also an option and they are recovering too.
5866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum or Bitcoin? on: January 18, 2018, 05:20:33 PM
Both of the currencies that is Bitcoin and Ethereum are well established currency. Both of them work in different ways, so you can not compare one currency with another. They both seems to be a very promising currency so you can invest without hesitating and giving a second thought.
5867  Economy / Economics / Re: Do bitcoin millonaires deserve their wealth? on: January 17, 2018, 10:12:51 PM
It is know that bitcoin has made a few millionaires, but many of these people don´t have any particular knowledge of the economy nor business. Do you think that is a fair situation?
They trusted on bitcoin and invested their money on it. They risked what they had, so i guess they definitely deserved it and is a very fair situation. Its like gambling. If someone risks and wins big, he deserves the win. Same goes for the opposite. If he is being silly and loses a lot, then he deserves that loss.
5868  Other / Archival / Re: Are you worried? on: January 17, 2018, 10:10:32 PM
Keep calm and HODL people
Do not just HODL. Invest too. Take this price dip/fall to your advantage and invest as much as you can so that you can maximize the profit once the price starts going up. Now is the best chance to invest before the price starts going up (might happen anytime soon). We already seeing the price recovering from 9k USD to 11.5k USD right now.
5869  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the bitcoin price recover? on: January 17, 2018, 10:05:31 PM
The price of bitcoin will eventually recover. Right now people are panic selling their coins. This is causing the price to fall (this usually happens every year around this month and ends up recovering soon) and thus creating more opportunity for people who believes in bitcoin to invest in. Once again when people will start to invest on bitcoin, the price will end up recovering.
5870  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC fall again within a few days? on: January 17, 2018, 09:38:13 PM
BTC is now recovering, it is already at 11k $.
Do you guys think it will fall back to 9k or less within a few days?

I was going to buy some but i missed the 9k point, and now it just keeps rising.
11k seems still cheap tho, wondering if I should buy or not.
We might see another crash if more news like regulations in China and Korea starts to pop out. In fact EU might also set some regulations on crypto-currencies soon which might cause the price to take a dip once more again any time soon!
5871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why all coins are dropping? on: January 17, 2018, 03:50:11 PM
any body know the reason for current drop?
FUDs are spreading badly. All those uncertainty such as some country might want to ban exchanges and stuffs like that are causing people to panic and sell all their coins.
china and Korea ban cryptocurrencies
Korea did not ban crypto currency. You should read the news before you even spread shitty news like this.
5872  Economy / Economics / Re: Still Trading When Red? on: January 17, 2018, 03:30:33 PM

It is said that we can make money in trading when the market is up as well as when the market is down. Right now, the cryptocurrency market is experiencing a big bloodbath (though there might have been bigger ones before) where some are estimating that we lost around 40% of the market value so far. Though I personally believe that this is just temporary and very historical (it happened in the past on the same period), it is still sad to see what we have already gained just wipe out in some hours and days. This is just the way with cryptocurrency market...

Under this dire situation, are you still trading or you are pausing for a while just waiting for the right timing when to buy coins and tokens again?

This has always happened in the past before. If you look at the graphs from past few years, you can always see a huge price dip in mid January. Right now it the FUD that has spread around causing people to panic and sell off their coins. If you are a long term holder, then don't panic and take advantage of this price drop!
5873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 1 ETH - should buy alt or hold on to it on: January 13, 2018, 10:56:42 AM
Like you said, buying cheap coins can bring you more gains than waiting on 1 Ethereum. You could hold the Eth and buy some alts that are 1 cent or less and wait for them to rise. In that way you can make some profits, that you can reinvest.
Well most of the cheap coins are shit and are just pumped and dumped on the market. They are highly risky to invest on since the coin can die anytime without any notice, leaving you with a huge financial loss. On other hand ethereum is a well known coin. The gains won't be quick but you will be making huge if you hold for a long time and is also less risky.
5874  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Do You Secure Your profits? on: January 13, 2018, 10:52:25 AM
What are all your methods? you use to secure profits from your crypto? when markets are green and you take profits with you before the market goes down
I always have a threshold level. After reaching that threshold level, I keep my initial investment intact but cash out half of my profit and rest half I use it to invest on some other coins. You can never guess easily when the market will go up or down. Just make sure you don't cash out when the market is red. Wait for the price to go up and then cash out.
5875  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good Altcoins Under 0.50 $ on: January 13, 2018, 10:29:58 AM
Please suggest me some good altcoins under .50$
Investing on new coins are kind of a risky thing to do. Check the top market and invest on those currency. For coins under $0.5, you can try Verge, bytecoin and Siacoin. All of them has a excellent potential to go up a lot. But invest on your own risk and checkout those coins before investing on it.
5876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum or bitcoin cash on: January 12, 2018, 07:43:58 PM
If you can guess, eth or bitcoin cash which will first hit btc?
No hope for bitcoin cash in this competition. A time will come when bitcoin cash will die / the blockchain of bcc will be just a ghost blockchain.
As for ethereum, i don't think it will overtake bitcoin. Chances are very low. Bitcoin is the leading crypto currency and will be the leading one in the future.
5877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When do you think alt coin market will crash? on: January 12, 2018, 07:23:50 PM
I think that it won't crash alone, it will shake with BTC and risks are equal both at BTC and alt-markets.
If a price starts to skyrocket within few days, it is not healthy for the economy. All crypto currency needs to go through a correction phase, which is always a sign of healthiness.

Some people think it won't crash, other has been saying "tomorrow" for the past years.

But looking at the gains the last few months its hard to see this continuing for years to come. Can there be a long (3-6 months) bear market now to correct or is crypto too hot and will increase crazy up til implosion?

I'm thinking maybe 6-12 months of crypto craze left. Then crash (90% of coins loose 90% of value) and a few years of bear market before successful crypto projects starts making money. Pretty much .com again.

What do you think?
Alt coins won't be crashing. They will keep on rising along with the price of bitcoin. We can say alt coins are just cheaper to invest on when compared to bitcoin. When they see rise on the price of bitcoin, it will attract the investors to invest on alt coins, thus causing the price to go up.
5878  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Zuckerberg is looking into cryptocurrency ::) ::) ::) on: January 12, 2018, 07:16:58 PM
And here's what other top investors think

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg says Facebook will be looking into cryptocurrency in the new year.

"There are important counter-trends to this — encryption and cryptocurrency — that take power from centralized systems and put it back into people's hands," Zuckerberg wrote in his 2018 mission statement, issued on Thursday. "But they come with the risk of being harder to control. I'm interested to go deeper and study the positive and negative aspects of these technologies, and how best to use them in our services."
Good initiative taken by Zukerberg. Though he should have taken it way before. But still, at least he is looking into it right now. Like the way how he states and supports decentralization. Now let us hope he does something exceptional that will bring other peoples faith on bitcoin.
5879  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If people stop buying bitcoin on: January 12, 2018, 07:05:13 PM
Bitcoin does follow some of the basic economic rule. So if no one buys bitcoin that means there is no demand for bitcoin. If there is less demand, the price falls. So with no demand the price will be almost null.
But practically that won't happen unless something very bad happens and bitcoin is deemed useless.
5880  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is still Ok to invest in Etherium on: January 12, 2018, 06:48:24 PM
I would say Ethereum is still a very good investment. It has a very great potential. If nothing goes wrong, we can see the price blooming. But still do your own research and decide if whether you should invest or not. After all it is your money and your investment, so you are the final judge, not us.
It would still be better if you split your investment to other coins too.
