6441  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want to invest in BTC should i do it now or wait til after August 1st? on: June 24, 2017, 10:28:23 AM
Currently the price seems to be just jumping around $2600-$2700. I would say just invest a part of your investment for now, and wait till august 1. People might panic sell their coins and that will be the right time to buy it.
6442  Economy / Speculation / Re: any chance bitcoin to rise up to $5000 this year or a fatal crash? on: June 24, 2017, 09:37:58 AM
Hello all experts, what do you guys think about it? Is there any chance for bitcoin the digital currency to rise up to the level of $5000 this year. I just read a news and now they are saying bitcoin speculators are the new day traders which definitely means the volume is rising and so are the traders.
Not anytime soon. The price already when above expected withing last few months. Don't think it will be happening again. And again with all those Segwit and August 1 events we aren't sure about the price of bitcoins.
6443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving bitcoins on: June 24, 2017, 09:31:55 AM
I agree with you that bitcoin is a good future investment, and as bitcoin develops rapidly this will certainly bring huge benefits to every user who keeps bitcoin as an investment.Maybe a few more years bitcoin price will reach the maximum price.

Can you define maximum price? What price do think will be maximum? And how could you say that bitcoin will reach maximum price? Its volatility might stop but it will never be stable, less volatile though. Remember price depends on demand - Do the rest of the thinking yourself.
6444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in bitcoins today and be a millionaire in the future! on: June 24, 2017, 09:24:25 AM
It was possible for him as he invested when the price was extremely low. The higher the price is the slower it will rise. This is how it works. Though some events might trigger the price to go higher, but those days are over. It will take decades to get rich by investing just small amounts.
6445  Economy / Economics / Re: Selling Bitcoin = Opportunity loss?! on: June 24, 2017, 09:20:37 AM
Yes, I completely agree with this.  This is the main reason why I can't stand to spend bitcoin!  If I spend it now, 12 hours later it could very well be that I missed out on doubling my purchasing power.  And this is also the main reason why bitcoin isn't performing well as a currency, i.e., people hoard it instead of spending it.  I feel dirty and depleted when I spend bitcoin, plus it's also like I got smacked in the face when I pay $5 just to send $100 or something just as crazy.  I love bitcoin, but it's got a lot of warts.
If you consider bitcoin as a form of currency and accept that way the price is in the market, you have nothing to regret about when using. You just consider bitcoin  as a form of investment, and spending from your investment feels bad when you see the price go up.
6446  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BUY high sell low ? on: June 23, 2017, 08:10:32 PM
Instead of doing random trades, be more focused on coins you know about. Coins you think is has potential. Read about those coins and learn more about them. Once you have enough knowledge and think it is going to be a good investment. Invest on it and fix a sell price which you think will be suitable by using the information you have gathered. Price might drop a bit, but don't sell.

That's an interesting idea, but it feels sorta dangerous. Never buy the coin and hold it regardless of circumstances.
Feels sorta dangerous? Did you even read what he is talking about?

6447  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ALIBABA TO ACCEPT BITCOIN BEFORE AMAZON & OTHERS on: June 23, 2017, 07:55:46 PM

Alibaba should be the next global giant to accept Bitcoin according to 4,500 participants in a survey this week.

52 percent of respondents to the survey by Digital Currency Group creator Barry Silbert believe the Chinese marketplace is next in line to embrace the virtual currency.

Other options included Amazon (31 percent) and Google (12 percent), while only five percent of those answering on Twitter believed Facebook would be the first of the group to get serious about Bitcoin. According to Barry Silbert

Some random poll voting for Ali Baba to accept bitcoin does not mean that they will start accepting bitcoins. Your title sounded like they it was an official statement from the company itself. Totally misleading.
Poll based on some peoples opinion means nothing!
6448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Offline Wallets Vs Online Wallets on: June 23, 2017, 05:32:28 PM
I have made a decision that I will be using online wallet since I make transactions on a daily basis
If so, then don't be storing large amount of coins on your online wallet. There is no guarantee that you will have access to your wallet 24/7 and when your coins are lost resulting due to some failures on the server side, there is low chance of you getting back your coins!
6449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin digital gold or digital cash? on: June 23, 2017, 11:44:57 AM
For some it is digital gold, while some people consider it as a a digital cash. Some people use it as a form of storage and investment due to its price instability. Once the price gets extremely stable (which i doubt), many people will just consider it as a form of digital cash and a way to store their assets.
6450  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin has power nowadays ? on: June 23, 2017, 11:41:49 AM
Bitcoin from the beginning seems to be growing with potential. In between Bitcoin faced several criticism and oppositions from people as well developers. It overcame all the issues and now this has been becoming more and more popular. So the self growth is the one that has kept it successful which is because of the technology behind it.
Nope. Bitcoin is yet to vanquish all its issues. Many flaws yet remain with just temporary solutions. We need to fix these barriers. As time passes the barriers might get stronger and we must act faster to get a solution to all kinds of flaws.
Bitcoin has it's own power cause no one controls it.

6452  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do not deposit at cryptogames.io. !!!WARNING!!! on: June 22, 2017, 09:19:22 PM
Crypto-games.net and cryptogames.io are two different sites which are operated by completely different administrators, the former one being here for a very long time. They are no way affiliated with each other.
6453  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this right time to buy bitcoin?? on: June 22, 2017, 03:35:22 PM
It's never too late to buy your bitcoins. If you have enough confidence and trust over bitcoins, then you should invest now. When price drops, don't panic. Just hold it and wait for the price to recover. You can buy more coins during the dip to maximize your profit  Wink
6454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Dogecoin? on: June 22, 2017, 12:35:34 PM
It is obviously Bitcoin. You can not compare bitcoins with a coin imprinted with a Shiba Inu  Tongue
Doge coin was made for fun and is considered as a fun cryptocurrency by the developers themselves.
6455  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: August 1 needs to be today... on: June 22, 2017, 12:26:56 PM
It is not a bad thing to just focus on one coin, but always a good thing to spread out your portfolio. If you do not have enough confidence right now, you can still consider using other coins before august 1.  Just spread out your investments on other coins for the time being.

6457  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin now the strongest currency in the world? on: June 22, 2017, 08:35:39 AM
The value is not the only thing which make sense for a currency to be a stronger currency. But there are a lot of other features which are attracting people towards itself and these people then do not leave off from bitcoin so I think it is a thing which make the sense that bitcoin is a stronger currency of the world.
I don't know what the hell you are saying.  You think because of some features of bitcoins, it makes it the strongest global currency? Care to explain what features and how an extremely volatile and unstable currency with no guaranteed future is the strongest global currency?
6458  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin now the strongest currency in the world? on: June 21, 2017, 10:50:16 PM
Would not say bitcoin is the strongest of all kind of currency. Would make more sense if we say it is the strongest of all crypto currency. The value of bitcoin is currently extremely volatile as we saw in past few weeks. A currency needs to be more stable in its value for it to be strong and compete with other currency.
6459  Economy / Economics / Re: If USD falls on: June 21, 2017, 09:00:12 PM
Here the bitcoin's price is compared to one of the global reserved and well established currency, the US dollars. But bitcoins has its own value, we just collocate the value using the USD. Remember the price determined is totally "relative" and this relative price has an inverse relation to the US dollars. As the US dollars devalues we can see the price of Bitcoin going up.

6460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you have now 500$ for invest? Where you invest? on: June 21, 2017, 08:21:52 PM
I suggest to invest in BTCitcoins  , as you see bitcoins pumped and down. when bitcoins is up sell and buy back again when dumped
by doing this you can earn 200$ to 500$ every week just like trading.
Investing only on bitcoin is a bit risky if you wish to make short term profits. It is much better to spread out investment on different coins rather than just holding bitcoins. Will not only reduce your risk of having huge loss but will give you better profit too.
