I did not give you permission to overclock.  If a customer asks me on how to overclock, I will answer BUT I will follow by saying "THIS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY".  I remember telling you this but your answer was:  I DON'T CARE. More importantly, when did I tell you this?  In-fact, don't answer unless you can prove it.  I clearly can't remember telling you in writing to overclock and it won't break your warranty.

In Hong Kong, any tracking number given can look live.  This does not mean the unit has been dispatched.  I'm not saying this wont be dispatched but giving tracking numbers doesn't mean the shipping company has it in their hands.

How is upgrading cgminer make any difference on speed and performance?

Because of your claims of speed, I have been inundated with emails asking how 270-300 is possible.  I know it wasn't and it would have been nice if you came online sooner and cleared the air instead of people asking for screenshots / proof?  This so called custom firmware doesn't make a difference at all does it?

I prefer my customers NOT to be confused even with upgrading cgminer when it will not make a difference.  And if it does make a difference, prove it.

Next step is to plug the unit direct to your pc, set your pc's ip range to 192.168.0.2 maybe and subnet 255.255.255.0 then try pinging to 192.168.0.100 or scan again.  Is the miner light green?
