61  Other / Meta / Re: Suggestion: make external links bright red on: December 18, 2020, 05:10:26 AM
I thought that maybe remove the option to hide the hyperlinks for the Newbies and Brand New accounts and just keep the whole url so nobody get fooled. I like LoyceV's suggestion more but this issue was discussed a few times before but again no changes has ever made, so I hope theymos sees the need for that particular change.
I agree there are tons of phishing sites and that could be hide from here to the user promoting the scam, fake site or etc. Though we know how useful it will be those hyperlinks to newbie and brand new accounts if they just started here and wanting to promote their site with good intention and not those scam sites. If it is only possible to filter the scam site here so that whenever wanted to post scam site it will not appear or will be removed automatically.
62  Economy / Economics / Re: Tether's market cap is huge! (usdt) on: December 18, 2020, 05:05:12 AM
This because the investors now slowly realize that instead of converting their bitcoin to fiat currency it would be better to convert it to a stable crypto like tether. Well, it actually not a bad idea because an investor may be able to save money from the fees deducted in every transaction from the third party service like banks. High fees can be deducted compare to crypto to crypto conversion. It could save a lot of money especially if an investors has a huge bitcoin holdings during the conversion process. Even myself would use the stable currency to hold funds and wait again the best time to buy bitcoin.
63  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many posts can be posted? on: December 18, 2020, 04:57:13 AM
When you are referring to a number of post daily then as long as you can made a post with a good time interval may do like at least 30 mins. per post time interval but make sure that your post are not spam like one or single liner post, one word and etc. that will look like a spam. In your case since you have disclosed that you are not really good in grammar just like me as well then practice creating sentences. Double check your grammar whenever you wanted to post something. If you really does not have any idea about grammar then try to conduct a self study about the the use of English grammar just like what I did. However, admins are not strict in regards to English as long as it could be understood then you are good to go. I myself had wanted to learn in English too that is why I am always active in the forum participating in discussions in which I think I could contribute.
64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin finally reached $20k on: December 17, 2020, 12:17:29 AM
21K actually as of this moment. I never thought actually bitcoin market could move so fast jusy like that. I can't believe that bitcoin will grow more as time pass by as I only here thoughts or read the thoughts about but now it is a clearer picture to see bitcoin proving the thoughts of others that bitcoin is a good hold for long term. Probably 5 years from now bitcoin can go up to 30-50K$ per btc in the future.
65  Economy / Speculation / Re: $25,000 can be achieved by end of year? Or January 2021? on: December 17, 2020, 12:14:44 AM
Yes, in my opinion it could be achieve of course. In bitcoin you can expect the unexpected things to happen. This is why I had believe in this system before when I was new in cryptocurrency. Other altcoins may do good but there id only one coin that can do better and that is no other than bitcoin. So, to those who had not been able to anticipate bitcoin bull run then maybe next time it would be greater chance to anticipate with.
66  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin the third 'most crowded trade' in global fund manager survey on: December 16, 2020, 12:02:04 PM
What to expect with bitcoin growing so fast across the globe. There is no reason that every traders will going to skip on investinf bitcoin especially if they had already a background in trading then high chance that even a slight knowledve about bitcoin one could be tempted to join. The ATH in 2017 to compare the current market could be consider as an attraction to invest in bitcoin. If not with ATH then probably it will not going to catch the non traders too to invest.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH 2.0 has still no Effect on ETH price on: December 16, 2020, 06:42:33 AM
I thnik not. Obviously ETH had been doing well since the upgrade besides the mining cost had been slowing down compared to before where when you send ETH for transaction it will cost you a lot. The upgrade is not about the market price increase rather it is to speed up the network where I think it is effective compared to the ETH network before.
68  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Your merit will find you! on: December 15, 2020, 11:21:51 PM
In my opinion, there is no perfect system but you have to admit that before the merit system the situation had gotten out of hand with people trying to rank up by literally spaming every part of the forum. Yes, certain good posts are being ignored and other, maybe less deserving posts, are getting more merits but it's better than the previous system.
Merit system is effective in my opinion. I even rank up after shitposting in the forum before as a new member. However, after some time that I can participate in a good discussion this somehow I start to do some research especially on how to contribute in the forum. Luckily I was able to rank up. My only problem is that when you go to next rank you need to be patience because it will take some time before it could be reach depending also on how good you are in contributing the forum and earning merit.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Black - Legit or not ? on: December 15, 2020, 01:38:00 PM
Well, you have laid your reason already so why keep believing in every ICO projects? I never want you to get regret soon but if you really want to invest then think the basic rule of investing. Invest money you can afford to lose. In this case, I do  ot believe that it will going to work out. It does only have a good name but I rather not believe in it because it just name after bitcoin it doesn't mean that it will be a good project. Reminder that there are many bit name project and most of them are not successful.
70  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Tutorial]: How to search for Scam Giveaways in Youtube on: December 15, 2020, 01:02:33 PM
I think I can start my own research now to report scam that are happening in the youtube channel. Reporting it would be good no matter how many times scammer wanted to create and then get reported. In this way we can avoid getting this scam youtube videos. Searching foe this scam youtube videos may help lift the morale of cryptocurrency in getting away the members of the cryptocurrency from the scam.

71  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Giving X Newbie/Jr. Members a Chance to Rank Up on: December 15, 2020, 12:21:23 PM
I wish too full member could apply in this post in the future. I did not thought that it will become harder to rank up as you reach the next rank. I am indeed having difficulty in my opinion but of course I do need to learn some lesson before I can share good thoughts, ideas and opinion for other members especially the new comers. This is the essence of the forum wanting spread the topics about cryptocurrency. Helping others or educate new members will be a good way to improve the world of cryptocurrency.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Base protocol trying to rip bounty hunters on: December 15, 2020, 10:39:58 AM
Most of the OP post are all about his bad experience on bounty hunting. The only problem here is that the OP probably does not yet familiar with the numbers of scam projects. There are so many scam projects in the bounties altcoins section. So, now with the OP's experience it can learn him on how to join projects or to stop believing on the people behind the project especially if there are too many good promises being happen. I had been a victim into that scheme and even invested and get losses.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm dumping my coins because.. on: December 15, 2020, 10:29:05 AM
I am not dumping any coins because I had not been into bouny hunting after I join some projects that pays btc instead like the bitamp bitcoin wallet. Actually, I do like this project especially for spending bitcoins because it can be access any devices I carry like mobile or laptop. I can open it through the browser. I am awarw of evertly phishing sites but if you are educated and aware on how not to fall for the phishing site then it would not be a problem just like my case.

Dumping coins now are happening because they are now converting it to bitcoin itself. Bitcoin will going to break record of the 2017 ATH bitcoin market price recorded.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hello in which coins are you invested in and which ICO´s do you prefer ? on: December 15, 2020, 10:18:17 AM
Bitcoin, Ripple and Ethereum have become favorite coins for investors and traders alike,
but remember that Ethereum and Ripple already have high ROI,
of course for holders these are very risky in the long term, so you have to watch them continuously.
In altcoins I am only suggesting ETH for short term hold. But if you want to play along the pump and dump scheme for other coins then I can suggest you to invest in BCH and XRP. But these are risky coins and shoulf be needing a good time when to invest and that is when whales are dumping the coins. ETH is definitely good too because it continuously expand over a period of time but be careful also when market is bad it will definitely crashes too. And the best coin to hold for long term is no other than bitcoin.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The success of the project depends on the project developer himself! on: December 12, 2020, 08:24:06 AM
In my opinion the success of the project depend on how great the idea of the project was and the marketing of the said project. All project can work out if the funds being gathered are enough to start the project implement it and that the one handling the project are good. Yet, most of the one that are handling projects are usually get attracted by the money and then probably running it away together with the team just like robbing from its investors. This is most the case that is happening in every ICO and no way now that investors will going to believe in it except for the new comers. This is why as a member of this forum in every posts I made I usually include in my post the awareness of the reality that has happening in those ICO projects that are almost all of it are scam and are failing and that no one is believing that it could do great.
76  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Wallet Regulations: A damn good time to be paranoid on: December 12, 2020, 08:12:32 AM
<snip>
Known exchange wallets are secured and are good to keep bitcoins but when we compare the risk between the exchange wallet and to the non-custodial wallet we can say that the non-custodial wallet are more safe. However, this is not an issue to the good exchange as what I had mention earlier like the coinbase, binance and other strong or having a huge market flow for cryptocurrencies as listed in the top exchanges. Yes, they require KYC which is somehow not really good and that can invade our privacy. Cryptocurrency will be just like the banks as they get into the same process of KYC. Regulation is bad actually in my own opinion. Bitcoin has already been functioning without regulations and are independent system. The only thing that it needs is to educate the users itself on how to protect themselves against the scam, fraud, hacking and phishing attacks.
77  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Price increase = scam increase - BE CAREFUL, friends on: December 12, 2020, 08:06:27 AM
Most likely all of the ICO projects are scam added to the scammers, fraud, hackers and phishers. There are many of them that could do it here by sending PM but to be more specific I do receive a lot of PM's in the telegram platform. There are really good for nothing scammers there and I do not know why are they so many knowing that thousands of users in the channel and they can do PM all of them if possible. I hate to see them but their presence are rampant and they take advantage on cryptocurrency. So this is why the OP's posts is one of the good posts to remind every member here to be more careful to these kind of people.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Altcoin Safe for Investment on: December 12, 2020, 04:25:08 AM
In now days too much Altcoin Project are Launching one by one and all of them claim that invest in his project because we will be successful in upcoming days but in the end they run away and make a scam. They don't woory about people fund and stole them.
So how we can trust on altcoin to give us profit after investment. Because most of them become Scam and Scam. All of them has one Aim how to stole too much fund .
So how we make altcoin investment safe ?
For now it is very difficult to judge a project which is really good and gives you a return on your investment in the project, they are very wise to commit the scam by copying all the white papers of previous successful projects. Do in-depth about the project and read the social media of all their team profiles, whether there is a project name they are working on or not, that way you can make sure that the project is really good or not to invest in, but if you are not sure it's better invest in Altcoins that are already on the exchange, because they have been proven safe.
Yes, I do not know why there are people like to risk their money for a project that can't even had the chance to be successful and that they can trust their money to someone. If I were them I will invest to bitcoin and put thier bitcoin into a good wallet. Web wallet can do like bitamp and would be one of my recommendation especially when you want to readily spend it. You ca  go anywhere just by having your device like latop or mobile phones and access the web wallet for spending. Yet, if you are planning to get more bitcoins then use offline wallet like hardware wallet.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Network fee for Metamask Swap on: December 12, 2020, 04:07:57 AM
<snip>
Agree, this might be the reason why OP get confused. I never thought of it until I saw or read the reply.

Anyway,  Why bother when you get your balance then that will be your balance. You should worry when after sending your balance is bigger than what you expected? Instead of wondering better thank metamask if this event is some sort of a bug in the system. You know that every system has flaws and are not perfect.
80  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best thing which I noticed of this forum. on: December 12, 2020, 04:02:34 AM
You will just need days to learn the basic things about cryptocurrency that if you are really decided. You can easily learn it if you can get help by someone who had been here for some time that can personally teach you not only the forum but to other areas of cryptocurrency also. It may not be easy at first but as when you will be able to try and successful then it will be rewarding. In my case, after I successfully created wallet and made my first transaction that was very fulfilling and a very new technology and process to me.
