Hopefully that it will going to apply in the future even myself had some difficulties in using the forum feature however as time goes by and by using those features eventually one will going to get used to it. You can report the posts that you think there is something wrong with or it is a plagiarize post. But if your intention is to take action to improve the plagiarism issue like calling a posts that has been copied and paste to the forum drop the source link with then think how many users will get ban. I saw even higher ranks copy and pasting article qouted and some were not but the source was indicated to talk about. The plagiarism issue is a large scale problem in this forum and we can't deny the fact that most of the user will just copy and paste the whole content of that article and will just reason out that the post was a good share and informative for all newbies or address to all users in the forum. If it was being paraphrase but the source still indicated then I could not tell its plagiarism mostly likely if the information was being deformed like you wanted to emphasize for it is all about misconception or misleading information. Plagiarism and misconception (cause by low comprehension on english language leading to deform the article content ideas) are different words and has different meaning.

Misconception could mislead the users if the shared information were deformed then maybe it is a good practice to make another research to validate all the details being shared not to believe everything that has been posted in the forum as some of them are not correct. Even the internet has provided wrong information to which users should be careful to examine all the details before proceeding something to form a conclusion of a certain topic or issue.  

If you are not sure with your posting or topic being made in the forum kindly put a disclaimer below so that all users will be aware to conduct a search review of the certain topic. In that way you will not be able to feel guilt when your share information to which you are not so sure about it.

Our activity are quite few and only left are those posts from shitposter left in the forum which we can see in the major board discussions. Online members too are quite few to which out of 2M + registered users having only hundreds that are online seems there is something wrong with the forum. What do you think of this? Do we still need to restrict someone just to eradicated the shit posting activity? I can agree with you that it is best to eradicate shit posting activity but should not limit all the ranks here in the forum including newbie. If this is all about human race then we can say that there is a discrimination with the human race. Like the black people that are always fighting for the same rights as other human race did.

We should not be like that for newbie does only need proper guidance and they will eventually going to learn here in the forum. Not all users joining are good users fast and easy learners. Some may take time to learn especially if they do not have some friends locally that could teach them in for better understanding and learning about cryptocurrency. If the information that they will going to need will be limited then how will they learn? In my own opinion shit posting are those users wanting to earn and not wanting to learn. If you want to the forum to remove those kind of users then ask the admin to remove all the bounty hunting activities. Nothing that is normal in altcoins. Fluctuations always happen anytime and that is normal to altcoins especially of whales are playing pump and dump scheme. There are many of this coin in the market that has been like this but we could anything for it for the coins had been hold to different users and they had the decision to make on what to do with their coims either to dump it or pump it.

Just do not get emotional when things get worst. If you are a bounty hunter and receving a tokens might be good to sell 50% of the reward and 50% will be hold so that whenever it gets pump you can still enjoy earning profits.

Powerful or shall we say influencial? Uniswap is indeed one of the best defi projects and I could say it has influenced a lot of defi projects as well. Make merits to decay so that we can see the actual merits provided by the admin to an ideal circulation for the forum. @OgNasty had done some good support on newbie in the Beginners & Help section by giving them almost 7 merits just signing in bitcoin address and verify them one by one. I think getting in to member rank is not difficult for those newbie who had been rewarded with the merits rewarded by him.

I saw many users here that are doing great in making statistics and that would be good to determine here the statistics of number of users per rank. So that admin can check whether it is really need to give more merits or not depending on the number of users as per rank.

Decaying merits would still be the best option I guess. However, I think that admins had plan on this already and they just going to implement it on the right time. Yeah, I do not like to bet for now due to the fact that lakers has really great advantage or superior in this match. I admire your idea OP to make a thread about the sticky threads that all newbie must read before posting in that section. This is really helpful and hopefully admin can see this an example that a single post containing all relevant threads that will help newbie to visit every time they will make a query on the forum. This thread can put to a really good use. Anyway,   in other discussions talking about forum activity that has been minimized seems like not really good for me that the forum got low activity. Hopefully more crypto users will going to notice the forum and join for them to learn more about cryptocurrency and this posts will be good for them to learn before posting in the forum like a welcome message and this one.

I do not understand too why other users are copying eth address of others. Lucky that I am not doing or promoting ICO projects and got tired of it from the scam and unpaid works which is a waste of time and resources. In your case even if it prove that you are not that someone using your eth address and since you get no good response from the users or from admin, I suggest for you to move on and do no waste your time saving this account. It will only prolong your agony on getting back this account. 

How desperate would it be to ask for merits. If we were going to put our shoe in their shoe having trouble in earning merits then probably we can understand why it let them to decide to do PM to beg for merits. We cannot judge directly to users that are doing this. Probably others just wanted to make some abuses by merit farming and others may have done it as mention by other users that they are near to rank up in into new title and they can't just wait instead they ask for it for them to rank up. Other than that probably they are kids having trouble to formulate sentence but learn to do cryptocurrency but their only problem is how to make a good rational statements that could let them earn merits. As we all know adults and young once had different level of knowledge especially in reasoning out where adult could come up a good reason due to past experiences while those kids don't have.

In that case, if ever I will be able to encounter a PM asking for merit then only I can do is to scan for his posts history and see it if I can give even at least one for him if there will be a post that for me worth it to reward merits. Let us not judge users directly basing on how they act but I think for me in my opinion it is better to check first and ask why he needs the merit and if he is convincing then as what I have mention I will check the posts history to reward merits. If none then I can inform him to make a thread or his best posts for me to rewards him the merits. And if there is really no chance of improvement then out of pity I will still reward him with merit. We can see him a trash user for now but maybe in the long run he can grow as a good user. Let just help them instead of making fun of them. I had been into that phase of my journey here in the forum and had been laugh by other users as well but I still manage to grow activity and earn some merits just recently.  

I'd better help the homeless and the likes rather than help the Openbazaar for their interest. It seems that saving humanity is more important than this project. Anyway, if there are people who tries to see the project worth it then you can possibly get donation from them. The last resort that you could do aside from getting donations if there are none who will going to donate and to make the platform come to the next phase then selling it to other individuals who will be interested to fund and develop the platform will do. I think it is not bad either than letting your platform closed due to short of funds or something at least you earn from it by selling the platform.

We can't get their actual reason why they make bitcoin as their reserve cash or asset but they are free to decide on that matter and it is none of our business. If we will going to speculate why this private company had been eyeing this kind of decision then I am more positive that he sees bitcoin will going to grow as time passes by. Yes, it has been good to make bitcoin as a company cash reserve but this there are lots of advantage and disadvantage as what OP mention. Probably, they decide to risk it all and will hold it only if they can't get return to it and will eventually use the funds if they can get a good return from a good bitcoin market.
