801  Economy / Economics / Re: Remote Working and Inequality on: August 31, 2020, 09:54:29 PM
This is an issue with capitalism where an establishment is own by a single person. This they can manipulate how the workforce could be done by giving low salary as possible. Here in our place has this kind of people owning business and giving low salary to its workers. Chinese people who owns the establishment are very stingy when it comes to money. And here comes to the corrupt politicians or managing the government agency concerning the labors of the workforce silence with the money offered by them with these capitalist. So sad but true that the government officials sucumb to money in exchange of low salary workforce to the many who are working in that establishemnt.
802  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Career Through Bitcointalk, Why Not? Newbie May Need To Know! on: August 31, 2020, 09:44:58 PM
I think you had already pointed out that doing bounties and airdrops will not do so well in terms of opportunity to earn. Though the forum offers broad opportunity but some of it needed to some spending like in those mining crypto. Others will be needing skills in computer to make a living and make the forum as a career. Well, there could be some users who had been here and made thia forum.as their career but I think only few of them here around and I think also that those people are those high ranks that are established already like managing or owning a site like in those gaming site. They can earn on that particulars and we can say that it could get a career though.
803  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beginners & Help – sMerit Distribution Summary on: August 31, 2020, 03:19:04 PM
Nevertheless, the criteria for awarding merit to lower ranks is probably more relaxed here than in other boards.

Yes, I agree. My opinion is that this section can have a broad topics to discuss with connecting all the forum sections to be a guide or as an introduction to other boards. Since it is wider low rank users could take advantage on this creating not even substantial posta but at least it ia helpful to the new comers.

This is one of the reason too that I always keep a visit in this section so that I can also share or impart knowledge in my own little ways. Participating actively in discussions is already a great contribution to the forum regardless of getting or not getting merit. The important thing is that aside from contributing at least I earn few cents from signature bounty. It is already a great help in expenses like buying prepaid load for using smartphones. Yeah one can laugh at it but at least I am true to myself.

Anyway, whatever reason we have and joining in this forum I do hope respect will always be on top of everything. I may not be a native English speaker but at least I tried.
804  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be carefull Newbies! Fake Promo-code scams on: August 31, 2020, 03:06:06 PM
There are too rampant of this even here in the forum but I am not falling for any of it. The best thing to do is to avoid anything that look suspiscious or having a good offer. Actually no one has offering here a good except from the scammer who use it as a bait. In short, if the offer is so good to be true then do not waste your time on it.

See other ways of scamming. Most of the time they used the social media. And since it has a large audience it can really get scam especially to those who are desperate to earn fast and easy money.
805  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investment plan on: August 31, 2020, 07:48:45 AM

XRP is a centralize crypto, its trading volume consistently fallen below and $0.28 right now, that's more than 100time lower than all time high. Don't expect a good profit from it even after long term hold. Even XRP refuse to shared how they calculate their trading volume.

Neo is also getting worse and already lost a lot of investors. At this moment, its only $20, so is the same price for last 3years. Isn't 3years a long time for you? NEO already prove itself as Unprofitable crypto, just disappointed everyone and same for eos
oh, so I guess the investment that fits to OP now is ethereum and bitcoin.

Well I am more fan in bitcoin. If only OP knows what crypto should be invest then clearly it is bitcoin. Why do another kind of crypto whe he can earn on bitcoin alone. For now, buying bitcoin for me is not really that good because of the current market price which is high. Others are speculating that there could be a bull run but I think I should not believe in that because many now had been lossing because of buying high then when market crashing selling it low. This is the losses that had been made by other investors.
806  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Win any BlackJack Hand | Strategy Calculator on: August 31, 2020, 07:26:34 AM
I do much believe in the table that is mathematically calculated to minimize the the percentage of casino to win.

As we all know that this game is created in favor to the casino. But because of the love to play this game a table was created mathematically design on the decision on how to win the game. But it is not guarantee that one could win over it. It is only a suggestion and pro players saying that the table is effective.

In my case, since I love to play blackjack it is purely counting numbers and luck. If you know how to count and if you are lucky then you can win the game and earn profit.
807  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Legal Matter on: August 31, 2020, 07:22:00 AM
Indeed, unless it's against their religion to gamble.

Gambling is a big industry, it opens opportunity to improve the economy through taxes, but it's not a perfect business especially to those who are losing money against the casino, but we need to educate people that gambling sites have an edge and we will likely to lose, so treating it an entertainment is the best way to do.

Why liquor are not ban? because it's helping the economy and they just say drink moderately, the same thing could also be applied in gambling.
Is there any way that gambling activity could be moderated? It seems like a good idea to moderate gambling as we all know that many are addicted to gamble and somehow destroys the life of a gambler.

Just like smoking here in our place. It has been somehow moderated by increasing its tax for the smokers. The impact of high tax is that the price of the ciggarete become expensive and some smokers minimize their buying capacity. The label itself discourage every smoker knowingly the effect of its health.

If gambling could be moderated hoe could it be done? Could it be possible to create a law like this?
808  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos Withdrawal Fees Rise | August 2020 🔥 on: August 31, 2020, 07:15:10 AM
I never truly understood the complaints (except in very obvious cases). Every casino I have some money at has a cheap option which at most takes a couple of days to confirm. If you are so desperate for money that your casino balance is your life or death situation, then you really shouldn't be gambling at all, no?
We are different and unique. That guy has probably no patience in waiting. I do sometimes but I never do complain instead I adjust with the way how it should be.

The best thing to do is ask the management or make a suggestion to something one does not like. Posting it here could not be help but you can get somehow the idea of every user's here how to appeals or solve your problem.

OP try to reach out the management, who knows that the management will grant wishes.
809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this Right Time to buy Some ALT coins? on: August 30, 2020, 02:33:53 AM
At present yes, I suggest to buy altcoins and do the trade if one wanted to because bitcoin now seems having good market price increase and its volatility is also good. As we all know that altcoins can move faster than bitcoin and when one do the trading it is more likely to wait when will bitcoin market price moves. For example if bitcoin market price increases so does the altcoins and the difference is that altcoins can go higher increase than bitcoin so that would be the best time.to sell. And if bitcoin market price decreases so does the altcoins so and it can decreases faster than bitcoin so this is the best time to buy altcoins.
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can new crypto beat Eth in the market? on: August 30, 2020, 02:29:59 AM
I think it is impossible, the new crypto has a more difficult chance than the old crypto in terms of competing with each other in this market. But we know that in this market anything can happen and I think it all depends on the project team itself, this will determine the market investment interest.
No, it is possible in fact it was happening where eth has beaten by xrp in terms of market capitalization where xrp landed next to bitcoin in rank. Now, there are hype too with other coins that slowly getting their rank to the top. Eos has more chance because of its fast transaction process and many do like eos. Other crypto like the link crypto could still get the chance to beat ether in terms of market capitalization.

anyway, what best is that cryptocurrency now is doing great. This is the best thing that has happen now.
811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Tether (USDT) flips Ethereum (ETH)? on: August 30, 2020, 02:23:51 AM
No doubt tether is one of the important crypto here aside from bitcoin amd ethereum. The reason is that this crypto is stable and if whales do the trading instead of converting fiat to crypto or crypto fiat to get a stable coins which is fiat then now whales can have an option by using the stable crypto coins. This is better than converting bitcoin to fiat for all we know that it is costly during the conversion but if you do it crypto to crypto conversion then lower costs could be made. This is why whales now that are withdrawing and waiting for the best time to buy more bitcoin will use the tether crypto to store their funds. And if the right time comes to buy bitcoin then thay can easily convery tether to bitcoin with a low cost transaction.

The best time to buy bitcoin? It is when market is crashing like what happen in 2018 tha btc falls down to 4k market price.
812  Other / Meta / Re: Please help restore the account on: August 30, 2020, 02:17:10 AM
They gave up paying in BTC, they now pay in TALK Token. A shitcoin that is generated out of a think air on yobit and can not be withdrawn
So sad for this type of payment. So now, one will be able to realize how bitcointalk forum is the best compared to other forum even myself if given the chance to join or transfer to other forum I would rather stay here for this is.the only forum that satoshi left for theymos to manage. This forum may not be the perfect forum but mind you that you will going to miss this forum once you are out of it.

If only OP follow the rules and regulations in this forum then he can't be ban. It said here many times, over and over again about plagiarizing as the number one cause in Permban. Well, let us move on and accept that the forum lost another user for plagiarizing posts. Anyway, there are thousands of new user registered here in bitcointalk forum. I bet some of them registering here in bitcointalk may probably from other forum wishes to get out of their messy forum.

This is why I only see bitcointalk to be the forum that all users wishes to learn about cryptocurrency. Again this forum may not be a perfect forum but it is better than the rest of the forum for cryptocurrency.
813  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beware of Phishing Emails like this on: August 30, 2020, 01:53:05 AM
I recieve emails like that before but i did not open those emails as far as i know i never subscribe to any exchanges emails. So everytime i get messages coming from exchanges emails i ignore it.
There are too lot of emails in my inbox regarding with cryprocurrency and most of the time or I think all of the I ignore it. This is the best way to avoid getting scam and phisheout. Luckily all funds I have was withdrawn already and there is no way that scammera will be able to benefit now with my digital wallets.

In this time of pandemic, scammers has not made any recess in their scamming activity. Most of the time that when they get dependent in scamming and their family was being feed by scam then mind you the karma of that. Expensive disease will going to acquired in one of the members of their family.
814  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting: how much knowledge is too much on: August 30, 2020, 01:42:47 AM
I get your point, this is somehow like this phrase "THE MORE YOU KNOW, THE MORE YOU DON'T KNOW", if you fet feed up of lots of information but still not hepful and you just wish to only get thr info needed for you to bet. Well, there isn't as we all know tha sometimes even in broadcast speculations are biased. Sometimes they get paid to market the other team for more betting and then will eventually the game was being set by the parties letting the other team win for today and the next match will be your team. See the NBA play off series as an example. I can't bear to imagine how lakers and bucks which is number 1 seed in rank lose game 1 in their match with the rank 8 seed (last rank) of the NBA series. There is what we called manipulating result to earn. Anyway, this is just my opinion and I could not attest all things I have mention is true.
815  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You have to prove that you can take the loss on: August 30, 2020, 01:35:44 AM
This is something that we shouldn't be done. Our own hard-earned money is something that we should freely use. If this law will make require us to prove and obtain permission to use our money, then it seems that they don't have any good intentions. It will look like "our money, is their money."
All it need is a seminar regarding to financial literacy. This is all it need to prove losses that could be recover. The mathematical calculation for this is very simple. If you are currently employed now with not that much salary but could have make some extra allowance then try this and see if you could have save some money for yourself.

The formula is that SALARY - SAVINGS = EXPENSES. This should how one can make savings with discipline in spending it can overcome losses over a period of time. Just set aside an extra money whe you like to bet in casino.
816  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this considered cheating? or Ilegal? on: August 30, 2020, 01:30:59 AM
If you are a smart Casino player you would think about your future strategies and techniques to win and also you will take a research about the weaknesses and strengths of a particular Casino co'z we all know that there are Casino operators who loves to take advantage the weaknesses of their customers just to earn a lot of money because they are afraid to lose a large amount of money so what they are doing is they are tricking the players to commit lose streaks by manipulating the game.
This is what we called as taking profit to casino legally. There are team like this beating casino with their strategy especially in the black jack game. They had table to which guide them in their decision making. The table was said to be done by a mathematical calculation that reduces casino to its advantage to a marginal of 1% instead of 2%. Huge difference if player that has no guide in playing black jack.

Anyway, gambling games in casino are design for a gambler to lose. The more the gambler loses the more it will become aggressive in betting. Huge losses is the possible result for this kind of gambler.
817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much you earn in bounty hunting for the year 2019-2020 on: August 29, 2020, 03:06:57 PM
Do not go for the reward but instead go for the one that already has ready product to delivered and a good system also. Dont care about where it gonna be listed but if have target projects that will listed on top exchanges like binance. It will make the projects that you joined will have a good future to survived and might be grow up. Do not joined projects that still under development as it will take you no where as they will need a lot of money to just develop thing that not sure will be succeed.
Exactly you have nailed it. I know that there are only few now who are willing to invest in an ICO projects because of the possibility or chances which is so high that the project is scam or will just failed. This is based on my observation in the bounties and altcoins section. Full of threads regarding ICO and most of it are scam. So sad that many do like to be creator of a coin but only few are really investing this is why no projects for now that coule succeed. Usually I do have low expectations when it comes to ICO projects. And I was not able to join too for it will be a waste of time and money.
818  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I gathered every Satoshi Nakamoto thread. on: August 29, 2020, 02:44:11 PM
Wow what a list of threads. This is the shortcut to check every threads regarding to satoshi nakamoto or with any relevance topic connected with him. I just wonder if  there are reay friends of satoshi there doing a thread for him and mistakenly disclose information regarding with satoshi. Anyway, what's best is that bitcoin now is alive and still kicking. Thanks to the great guys with this invention it is really useful as of now it has been seen as investment and ways to grow money. That is the good thing that I can put my money and beat the inflation rate that always increases every year especially now that we are in pandemic. Pretty sure that it will be one of the highest increase of percentage in inflation rate to our country.
819  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why don't more people invest in btc? on: August 29, 2020, 02:31:39 PM
cryptocurrency has high risk but also with high potential gains. Yes, I take your point but there are already other stock market investors making investment with cryptocurrency. I could not attest this because we do not have data on how many investors from stockmarket that are now investing in cryptocurrency. However the best way to deal with statistics is survey.

Try to search some survey OP so that we can find out too that how much cryptocurrency could grow if more of stock market investors will going to transfer in cryptoxurrency investments.
820  Other / Off-topic / Ways of expressing agreement and disagreement. on: August 29, 2020, 02:13:42 PM
In every discussion I make I always end up replying late and the idea I have in my mind were also already express in a reply of someone else. So, I have make a quick search on ways to express agreement and disagreement on someone else post and will add ideas if it is applicable.

Here are some ways in expressing agreement,

That’s right/You’re right/I know:
 - used when agreeing with someone:
‘It’s supposed to be a very good school.’ ‘That’s right. They get great results.’
‘He’s really boring, isn’t he?’ ‘Oh, I know, he never stops talking about himself.’

Exactly/Absolutely/I couldn’t agree more:
used for saying that you completely agree with someone:
‘When we were young, people didn’t get into debt.’ ‘Exactly. You just bought what you could afford.’
‘I think Jacob is the best person for the job.’ ‘Absolutely. I’ll be amazed if he doesn’t get it.’
‘We had to wait three months to get a phone line – it’s ridiculous.’ ‘I couldn’t agree more.‘

You can say that again/You’re telling me:
a more informal way of saying that you completely agree with someone:
‘It’s so cold outside!’ ‘You can say that again!‘
‘The buses are so unreliable!’ ‘You’re telling me! I’ve been waiting here for half an hour.’

Why not? used when agreeing with a suggestion someone has made:
‘Let’s go to the cinema tonight.’ ‘Why not? We haven’t been for ages.’

I suppose (so)/I guess (so):
used when you agree that someone is right, but you are not happy with the situation:
‘We’ll have to get some new tyres.’ ‘I suppose so/I guess so. But it will be expensive.’

Ways of expressing disagreement:

I’m sorry, but…/Excuse me, but…/Pardon me, but…:

used when politely telling someone that you do not agree with them:
Sorry/Excuse me/Pardon me, but it was never proved that he stole that car.

Absolutely not/Of course not…/Nothing of the kind!
used for saying that you completely disagree with what someone has said:
‘I think I should accept the blame for the accident.’ ‘Absolutely not!/Of course not!/Nothing of the kind! There’s no way it was your fault.’

I don’t know/I take your point/That’s true, but…:

used as polite ways of saying that you do not really agree with someone:
‘Peter is really unfriendly sometimes. ‘I don’t know, he’s always been very kind to me.’
‘These taxes on petrol are far too high.’ ‘Well yes, I take your point. But maybe that’ll encourage people to use their cars less.’
‘She’s a difficult person to work with.’ ‘That’s true, but she’s a really good designer.’

Speak for yourself…:
an informal and sometimes impolite way of telling someone that your opinion is very different to theirs:
‘We don’t mind walking from here.’ ‘Speak for yourself! My feet are killing me!’

Don’t make me laugh/Are you kidding?/You must be joking…:
informal ways of telling someone you completely disagree with them, and you think that what they have said is crazy:
‘I really think the Beatles are overrated.’ ‘Are you kidding?/Don’t make me laugh! They’re better than any of the modern bands.’

Because I am not a native English speaker I have tried to look for more easy ways to apply this words when I will come up to an expressing agreement or disagreement. At least I have tried to learn and this also made me interested because English is an international language. Who knows I could travel Amerika one day. LOL!
