Actually I think that patience can be rewarded only with fundamentally strong assets. If you formed portfolio from TOP-50 and can hold it for example for 3-4 years, with the probability 90% you will win. But with shitcoins which don't enter even in TOP-500 patience in no guarantee of success. All we know that about 80-90% of cryptocurrencies will disappear next 5-6 years. That's why I think that right and strong analytics of investment object is a key of success.
But some coins from top 500 can be more profitable than coins from top 50. If your coin is in top 50 it is not a guarantee that you will not loose your money. But it is about the probability what have you said  . |

Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper

Price for what? bitcoin? if you're asking about bitcoin it should be $7,500 down to $7,000 and that can be the bottom price for it. How can you say that 7,000USD is the bottom when price was many times under this price. Also today price was under 7,000USD. The bottom is arround 5-6000USD. 6000USD is very strong support, price fell down to 6000USD many times and this support it lasted. |

It is right that thanks to many ICOs Ethereum network is first really used coin. ICOs really needs Ethereum platform. But if you would like to pay with crypto, you can pay by any other coin for example Litecoin, so you do not have to pay with Bitcoin. Looking back to the Aug 2017, the price was pretty same like today price. So it is up to you, can sell your Ethers (if you still holding) with no or small profit. Or if you believe that we are at the end of downtrend you can continue to hold and maybe price will be more interesting to sell your Ethers.
