61  Economy / Speculation / Re: When is next significant correction coming? on: May 07, 2024, 10:55:00 PM
If price corrections could be predicted, maybe there would be many people now who would take profit, but the problem is that they cannot be predicted. A price correction could happen tomorrow, next week, or in a few months, no one can predict. So if you ask about when the price correction will occur, maybe you won't get the answer here, because no one knows.
That’s how uncertain bitcoin is, which makes us even more thrilled to invest in bitcoin and expect to become rich 10 years from now due to its price correction that will always surprise us. However, this could be a good thing for us but for those who are never aware that bitcoin is this risky and unpredictable, I’m sure it will threaten them instead and become fearful.

Bitcoin price is always unpredictable, but if you are aware on how bitcoin price moves mysteriously, you will definitely lessen the risk and invest only in silence and patience.
62  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What motivated you to join the forum? on: May 06, 2024, 11:58:57 PM
To be honest I usually come to bitcoin forums mainly for earning purposes. I have heard in the past that there are many ways to make money from bitcoin forums. I mainly joined bitcoin forums to pay for my family and my institutional education. But apart from making money bitcoin forum there are constantly updated millions of new knowledge. It is also compared to a type of news paper.
Well, that was also my motivation at first hearing a lot of members have improved their life’s status. But when I entered the forum, I realized that there’s never easy way to stay profitable with bitcoin. You should have gained maximum knowledge and experience as well if possible so you can achieve your goals in the forum. Thankfully, I was never impatient with knowledge acquisition and apply them in myself until I developed my own skills and strategies in the forum. That’s when I start to earn decent profits, which is my ultimate goal why I joined the forum.
63  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why you shouldn't force someone to invest in bitcoin. on: May 06, 2024, 11:28:28 PM
The reason why you shouldn't force someone to invest in bitcoin?
Did you think is good to force someone to invest in bitcoin?
What is the disadvantage of forcing someone to invest in bitcoin?
Did you really think the person is ready to bare the risk that is involve?

What are your opinions towards this particular topic?
You don't need to force anyone to invest in crypto or Bitcoin, it is their money why would you force them to spend it on something that they don't like?
If they lose their money on this investment would you compensate it? what would you get if they invest on it?
I don't see any reason why we need to force them to invest.
And even if they got interest in bitcoin and eventually invest and make profits, that won’t guarantee that they won’t also lose in the process. And by that time, you might be blame because you were the one who influenced them. People’s personality have this two sides, they can be happy at first, but they can also be mad the next time. So you can’t expect for them that they won’t get angry on you if they won’t meet their expectations in bitcoin. The reason why I avoid convincing people to get attached with bitcoin.
64  Economy / Gambling / Re: Building a unique Casino game from scratch. What features do you want? on: May 05, 2024, 01:03:58 PM
I like that you want to have no kyc at all but sadly, this is gonna be in some rare case with small amounts but when a user has grown or when the casino has implemented an entire kyc-policy, no one can stop that implementation.

He can start with non KYC casino, less expensive that way as he doesn't need a permit to build a brand. However, the marketing is still the most challenging factor in running this business because the casino really have to spend money to gain gamblers that will make the business successful. I hope OP have the right amount of budget to run a successful casino.

Following the lean startup methodology, you shouldn't focus on building a great product from scratch, but a viable small one and keep growing. In other words, if you want to build a car, you should first develop and start selling skateboards, and keep growing your business until you can develop your car company and compete with the greatest manufacturers.

With casinos, I guess that it depends a lot on different legal frameworks according to different jurisdictions. I don't think you can start from scratch and ask for KYC (have you the means to custody that data securely?), but you won't be able to do it legally without KYC if you live in a country where it is mandatory. So instead of a car (casino), maybe you should think about something simpler.

What business can you start before proceeding with your goal of running a casino business? In my opinion, there's none, so you should proceed directly.

If I were to compare what people usually do when they are just starting a company, I think some of them will operate under the radar. By that, it means they are not obtaining a license first. Eventually, as the business grows and they have enough capital, they then consider legalizing their business and aiming for a bigger market.

In reality, no casino will become popular if it doesn't have a license, as the government can easily identify an unlicensed casino that is popular and find a way to force it to comply or order it to close. So what you have worked really hard for might just disappear in an instant. Therefore, we must be smart in preventing that from happening. Get a license when you can, as you have already proven your business model to be profitable.

How's the progress of your unique casino game? After you've posted here, the thread that you've made OP has got a lot of replies but you have never come back.

You've been online yesterday and I guess that you've dropped and checked this thread out for more details.
OP was probably just absorbing all the information he reads in this thread, we as gamblers have a of idea to share, exactly what the casino should have to gain loyal gamblers and to attract a new one.

I like that you want to have no kyc at all but sadly, this is gonna be in some rare case with small amounts but when a user has grown or when the casino has implemented an entire kyc-policy, no one can stop that implementation.

66  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: May 05, 2024, 07:51:46 AM
Probably many large casinos, such as Roobet, will also begin to use payments via LN.  And although this is apparently not easy to do, it is worth doing one of the first.
We just don’t know how the Bitcoin network will continue to load.
I doubt that. LN is pretty much old tech at this point and it never really took off despite several improvements here and there thanks to various limitations which is why it isn't an ideal solution to bring down fees.
LN Imo is not necessary anymore for casinos as even if bitcoin will again increase its fee, gamblers can easily shift to altcoins which fees are still very low and less complicated. Gambler wants simplicity, because gambling alone is already stressful if you are challening yourself like continuously experimenting until you find the winning method, so we want to make it simple on the payment processes.
This is totally true, any gambler who wants to pay less fee, would end up using altcoins, or even stablecoins as well because that seems like easier.

With stablecoins you could use chains like TRC20 for example and make it near instant and lesser fee, which would mean that you would not be spending much time or money on moving it around, on top of that you do not have to worry about the price of any coin, you don't care if it is going up or down, you just deposit stablecoin which means that you are going to end up with a good result anyway. I get that it may not be feeling all that great, because we like to invest into crypto, but it is what it is so we shouldn't really worry about it at all, we should consider that as normal situation.

That's me, my favorite coin when gambling is stable coin, like USDT with TRON network as the fee are cheap and I can see my money being stable. With that, it will be easier for me to keep track of my record if I'm profitable or not as the value is stable so I just have to win more to be on the profitable side. Using altcoins maybe a good option as well due to less transaction fee but you also have to consider its volatility, so not only you are gambling with the casino, you are also gambling with its volatility which is fine only if the market is bullish.
67  Economy / Gambling / Re: MetaWin.com | The First WEB3 Casino on: May 05, 2024, 04:56:33 AM
I guess this promotion is for rich guys  Cheesy since I don't have that balance on my wallet.

You can borrow but it will take time and you can't win the promot. this is only limited for 10 holders, so it make sense that the reward is high, but 1 ETH is 1 ETH, that's $3000+ on the current value, so someone who have balance in their wallet, gain this easy money. I'd say congratulations in advance, hopefully we have one of our own here to share that feeling, anyway thanks for sharing mate, it showed that MetaWin really have a huge budget on promotion.
68  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do casinos require users to verify their identity through a KYC policy? on: May 05, 2024, 04:28:29 AM
You dig to far with your wild imagination I like that, but the very simple answer for KYC requirement is to ensure that they are not serving a minor.
Lolz, that's still part of it, but I like the fact you said "the very simple answer, simple answers aren't always the best answers if you will agree with.
And you also will agree that kyc have not stopped minors from gambling, many online casinos are still serving minors without knowing, even when they ask the minor to kyc, he or she still can used the document of his or her older relative or friend to pass the kyc verification.

Anyways, thanks for bringing such an interesting discussion to the forum this beautiful Saturday. 😎

Of course, anyone can cheat the KYC even the minors, but at least the casinos are doing their job on the verification process. If the gambler (minor) lied, that's up to him, it's his responsibility anyway and he'll have to face the consequences of his action.

So with that, it's also challenging to ensure that the gambler is the person who verified his KYC. I haven't verified in a casino yet but in other platform such us exchange or our local wallet, there's this selfie with my ID when I verified, like a live selfie, so I guess that woudl help if the casino will implement the same procedure.
69  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do casinos require users to verify their identity through a KYC policy? on: May 04, 2024, 12:49:31 PM
I've read a lot of comments in this board stating that a user is required to undergo KYC if their account is suspected of cheating. Can anyone explain how it is necessary related to the subject? A detailed explanation would be better, but everyone's ideas are welcome, as I believe it's worth discussing so gamblers will not be misled regarding this matter, which pops up from time to time.
Are you new to gambling?, I am asking because I find it amusing that you have been promoting gambling casinos for a while now, possibly years on this forum, and right now, you are asking about how or why casinos require their users to pass kyc verification, it's kind of odd and makes you appear like a newbie gambler.

Sorry but you seemed to lack comprehension on the topic. It's not a basic KYC as I'm not new to gambling and I'm an educated person. I understand that KYC is necessary to a regulated casino and anytime they could require us a KYC.

My concern was not on that basic thing, it comes with a situation which I have mentioned, and I'll write it for you again "suspected of cheating", see that words? Without that, they might not choose to require you a KYC or they will, it's up to them but the rules of the government or the regulators, KYC is necessary to all users.

So why they don't require a user a KYC when they sign up? and why would they wait until they'll suspect a user before they will let them pass the KYC?
That's the big question now, and I appreciate your response but it does not hit what I'm trying to imply.

Anyways, from or based on my own understanding, I won't say there is no reason, but then, there is no definite reason aside from the fact that it more like a preventive measures issues by the government and passed down to centralized organizations that deal in money between them and their customers, kyc is a way the casino identify with their users, and also keep track of their financial records on the platform, this helps incase the user commits any financial crime, he or she will be able easy to identify and go after by the government.
This is what I can think of for now.

You dig to far with your wild imagination I like that, but the very simple answer for KYC requirement is to ensure that they are not serving a minor.

The network will stabilise with time and it will probably be quicker this time around when compared to the recovery time after ordinals crap in my opinion.
Not sure about that, however currently I can say that the fee is very cheap but I'll expect that one network kwill be congested again.
72  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 BITSLER.com (e)Sportbook and Casino: Millions of bonus monthly on: May 04, 2024, 05:34:13 AM
Hello guys,

I left the thread a bit abandoned. But from now on, I'll follow it again Smiley
Glad to have you back in the forum  Smiley

We were wondering what had happened, especially when some members would drop in some complaints in the thread, and they were left unanswered/unresolved by the support staff.

We hope you are here to stay and have another exciting run. Being an old reputable casino, you always feel that bit of confidence when playing there.

Hearing from Baryom, that sounds like a relief. I followed Bitsler and how they started in the forum and they were just one of the best casino in the past. Not saying they aren't now but I feel the new ones are more aggressive with their marketing and involvement in the forum. So it's great to hear Baryom the one who brought bitsler here is now active again.
73  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC dip again? on: May 03, 2024, 11:54:43 PM
Bitcoin investment can be made at any time but it depends on the investor how long he can hold the Bitcoin.  But the longer the Bitcoin is held, the more profitable it will be, as the market is always moving up and down. Therefore, one should buy bitcoins only when the price of bitcoin is exposed and in control, because the price of bitcoin is waiting for the next bull market.

Yes it's up to an investor that at which price he is buying Bitcoin but it is necessary to make a target according to your buying price because if at higher worth you are buying then at higher than buying price you will have to sell.

One should not buy when the price is near all the time higher value because the price increase takes years and if you buy at increasing worth then you have to wait for more years to get the reward so always choose a price that is lower and according to your money.
I still think buying bitcoin when it’s heading to its new all time high is never a problem. The fact that you are hodling bitcoin for long term, then you should not worry too much whether the price will consistently crash because we all know after a crash, we will see its price skyrocketing. That’s where being patient becomes more challenging knowing the fact that not all investors are patient enough to wait for the right time to sell or the perfect time to buy. Lucky are those who have stored the right amount of patience because they end up always succeeding at the end.
74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not get discouraged by the current price of Bitcoin on: May 03, 2024, 10:33:38 PM
I overheard a discussion between two friends and one was telling the other that Bitcoin is a scam and that a lot of people preached about the halving and how people could cashout from it. The other friend was trying to convince him to continue holding his asset but he refused and replied that nothing would stop him from selling the coins he's holding.
A decision that would make him regret it. Not many people are able to be patient with market conditions even though it is still testing.
As most people say, there is no need to take part in discussions between two of your friends because it is not important at all. Making decisions without any knowledge based on boredom is a stupid act. It's not our money, it's none of our business.

If the current market conditions make it difficult to break the price of $75k, then it should be remembered that Bitcoin once reached a price of $73,777 which is close to $74k.
If a few moments ago the price fell to $56,552, now it has strengthened again to $61k.
Patience is needed but don't give advice to people who think like one of these friends.
If it’s not your money, then you have no control of it even if it means selling all their coins at the current price condition. Let him sell so he will experience how it feels to be at a loss, and surely regret will come later and by that time, he’ll learn his lesson from his own wrong action.

You know we met a lot of people like this in the forum. But don’t worry, they won’t act stupid all the time, they just have to learn their lesson the hard way so they’ll be able to understand how halving really works in the market. And how patience can help them reach far from where they are starting.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 1xbit violated self exclusion terms, do not want to help on: May 03, 2024, 03:18:14 PM
"if he chose not to play on that time he "requested" for self-exclusion without getting approved."
Please keep in mind man I waited 20 days. Thats unreal.
Okay, it's really a frustration for the casino to not let you self-exclude. But at the end of the day, it's still you who made the decision to play. So i can only say is deal with it, blaming the casino for your actions is irrational. And they will really not probably help you since they get your fund already as they usually do to their other users.

Some casino have this self exclusion feature easy to operate, here you need to contact the support to apply for it. However, it's still not right to blame the casino for the loss, although I don't like the reputation of 1xbit but at this point, OP is so irresponsible to put the blame to the casino on why they didn't grant his request that resulted to losing more money.

I think there's no room for addicted gamblers here because they are the reason why the gambling industry is ruined, they put a bad image to the industry because they feel like they are being the victim when in reality it was their fault to not exercise the responsible gambling.
76  Economy / Speculation / Re: Next movement of Bitcoin. Let's share everything you can about Bitcoin. on: May 02, 2024, 11:59:44 PM
Hello everyone,
I am a crypto investor and have invested much in meme coins and other altcoins. Now I am in minus; you know it is pressuring my head. Because I am a beginner investor, I need to know the next movements of Bitcoin. It will help me and other noobies who have invested in crypto.

Thanks in advance
Unfortunately no one can help you with that. Bitcoin remains uncertain and unpredictable throughout these years, that even a highly experienced and highly expertised cannot predict accurately what will be the next movement of bitcoin. This is why before you decide to invest, know first all the risks so you won’t getting doomed in the end. Patience and persistency are the keys. If you are not good with that, you will never be suitable enough to continue with your bitcoin investment.
77  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Invest To Learning First on: May 02, 2024, 11:24:48 PM
Reality is, there are more fake ones compared to those who are really knowledgeable and well-experienced about cryptocurrency or any other potential assets. This is why we need to be more cautious on trusting some consultants and don’t jump on believing everything they say. It’s still a lot better and wiser to gain your own research and studies so that you will be highly responsible on your own investment. They say your money, your rules, and your responsibility as well to provide a positive outcome of your own investment.
Well, the best thing to do is not to use their services. In fact, there are a lot of online tutorials and videos to watch, I believe this could be enough for us to learn. Besides, learning can be found more when doing actual trade which is why I could say that learning is quite expensive and sometimes we need to spend money for that sake. But not by spending it on signal groups and useless things.
Indeed, learning is our responsibility and the most important thing that we need to acquire first before making another move.
Precisely. Avoid them at any cost, so you will be free from acquiring those misleading information. Focus on your own growth and development by consistently making an in-depth research throughout the process. AFAIK, there are a lot of learning materials that we can use freely all over the internet, make them as your own advantage. Do not be be deceived with those signal groups, but learn it in your own through personal application in your investment. That way, learning will be more effective.
78  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: After the dip in crypto, when are we expecting ath? on: May 02, 2024, 10:58:58 PM
Im expectinng ATH inn 2025 actually, not this year.
It will hopefully be my last crypto season and I plan to invest less after I quit crypto as much as I can.
I am guessing you are referring to bitcoin, if so, then yes the next ATH might be next year, though it could still happen this year, just as we were not expecting bitcoin to set a new ATH before the halving, but it did, the spot ETF's being the difference. That being said, it looks like you are ready to sell all your bitcoins in the next pump to ATH, i wouldn't do that if i were you, you might prolly regret that you do not own bitcoins sometime in the future.
Well, when it comes to bitcoin, we shouldn’t be worrying that much because we have seen the past performance of bitcoin, and certainly it never fail us. So never lost your hope in making it big with bitcoin someday, because for sure bitcoin price will never stay at a low price all the time. Instead, accumulate more bitcoin while bitcoin price is still affordable, because when it starts to rise consistently, you won’t see it again falling below $60k.
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Now that Bitcoin halving have been completed, what next? on: May 02, 2024, 03:31:29 PM
If you ask what's next after the halving, I think now people are waiting for the new ATH price that Bitcoin can reach. Even though miners get lower rewards than before, if the price of Bitcoin can rise very high, they can make a profit. They will probably keep their Bitcoin for a while until the price of Bitcoin goes up.

Yes, the market will respond positively to this halving but we still have to be patient because it won't happen instantly. Maybe there will still be a few months away from a positive response and if there is a price movement later, we can start preparing with the selling price we want. We must be able to remain patient and wait until the price can rise higher.
Despite of the current price correction that pull btc price to drop below $60k, still a lot of people continuously aim to witness its new all time high that may probably happen after couple of months from halving. With that, it’s certain that there will be more price correction that will come prior to halving, so we should prepare ourselves more not to fall into panic selling. Expect that the market won’t be friendly at times, so we should be more patient to understand the situation of the market, and the reason why all these things are happening.

Congratulations @theroyalgambler, $100 is still a profit, and not everyone makes profit on their first come back using this site.

I was also curious so I visited the site again and I'm surprise with the new UI, just like you, I haven't been using this site anymore, I usually use this in the past for sports betting purposes, but you know, a lot of casinos have appeared so I forgot that there's still this one. As usua, the design is still impressive and I got impress more because its UI is very responsive in my end. Sadly, it seems like OP is not anymore actively promoting in the forum.
