601  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The whales need no indicators! on: February 10, 2019, 07:21:46 AM
Indicators are just only references don't rely on this, you must need your own technical analysis and dig research on every coin that you pic in trading. But most probably trading is base on luck, sort of gambling that needs luck. You know also how to manage risk but you can avoid risk when you are in trading, riding a risk is much better.
602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies Wallets on: February 10, 2019, 06:43:31 AM
It's very informative though, It's okay for me to use MyetherWallet for my Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens since it is very safe and you have your own private key. I used electrum for my Bitcoin, I didn't have any issues on this since almost a year of using on it. Storing cryptocurrency make it sure that the private key was there safe and secure, then if not, that does not belong to you.
603  Economy / Speculation / Re: Finally little fire on bitcoin got ignited on: February 10, 2019, 06:06:51 AM
Which I for one consider a genuine fundamental as it actually determines the price (which I came close to explaining in my precious post). It can be summarized as people's interest in Bitcoin. For example, in 2017 people were highly interested in cryptocurrencies (the exact reasons for this interest are not important here)
People lossing interest on Bitcoin until this day because the price is too slow, all they need is quick profit they can't wait when it is recover. It's a simple TA's why market remains low. People will showing interest if market is high then if low they leave the market.
But as of now, I don't see any reason why Bitcoin price spike on the market, but let's do hope it will continue raising up.
604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Union Bank of the Philippines Launching Cryptocurrency ATM on: February 10, 2019, 05:26:29 AM
That's is good news for the Philippines especially for its citizens. I think Union bank already know the huge potentials of Crypto Currencies and they are the first ones to adopt it in the Philippines and they made a good move to show their support in blockchain and cryptos.  Cool

..
Probably that is the start to trigger another big banks institution out there in the Philippines to follow the step of what Union Bank did. That is one of the advantages there in the Philippines, they have adopted cryptocurrency and their government is quite no implementing laws regarding this. Yes, they saw the potentials on Bitcoin that's why they are now crypto friendly.
605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin in 2019 on: February 08, 2019, 06:44:17 PM
LTC shows an incredible growth today. Perhaps it's because of halvening, maybe some other reason. +30% for one day is a really great result at the bear market. But I still suspect there will be dump soon. The excitement of community is very high today, after so prolonged period of a sideways price movement. It would be very interesting for whales to make a bull trap now and go down to a new bottom afterwards.
Because I think LTC were swinging once Bitcoin price goes up. I noticed LTC price movement is just like the Bitcoin movement, that's why that coin also has a good potential too. I hope so this is not bull run and it will continue rising up, let just wait the possible happen of the price increase at this month.
606  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Pay U.S. Power Company in Bitcoin? on: February 07, 2019, 11:40:11 PM
I am also not based in the US but I think there are still no companies that accept bitcoin as a form of payment. What I can understand is that you can actually convert your bitcoin to fiat first before them to accept it. As of now, the US government is not yet adapting this innovation because of lacking in knowledge about it.

No worries at all, US SEC is trying to ask blockchain specialists to help them gain knowledge about digital assets, of course, the blockchain and I think there's a big chance for your country to accept it as a form
of payment in the future.
607  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Without Using Indicators on: February 04, 2019, 06:21:04 PM
That's amazing and I need how to get that skill, so tired with indicator and sometimes make me confuse because market always change. This is good method for people who doesn't have high education but mostly have a lot of experience. Learn from this person is very good to keep our strategy stay on the track because we see big picture not pieces. Let's make time and learn something to change our life.
I don't think how indicators works in trading, Isn't bad if you used indicators as long as you have done also research on how to be a good trader, indicators for me is just like a reference which you might be looked out if you want to have a comparison. Deeply research, analysis, fundamental skills, indicators and references, those are tools in trading not rely on one source. For me, if you are in trading without any indicators you just like expecting a piece of luck nor worst like gambling.
608  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long do you think this BEAR MARKET will LAST? on: February 04, 2019, 05:30:45 PM
As I see it, we are long overdue with this bear market. I think we should see a surprising price action in the next couple of months. Long term recovery maybe at the end of the year. We are now in the longest bear market to date, arent we? How long can it possibly last?
Not enough data to calculate and come to a prediction now, so we have to just go with the flow and make something from it we are still the early adopters we won't get disappointed if we are holding our coins for long term.
Sometimes we need to do this, go with the flow. There are no signs of the bull market comes, and the price now still at range from 3k to 4k USD. Let's just patiently wait when the market recovers and to become a bullish trend and bearish will gone. Indeed, the article was found by the OP was helpful too, as of now we can't conclude the possible happens.
609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Distribution of tokens in installments on: February 04, 2019, 03:47:28 PM
indirectly, they want people to hold the tokens they hold forcibly, so that prices don't go down too deep after distribution, i think that's the wrong way, because many bounters ask when the distribution is, and keep asking questions so that it makes the forum murky.
Developers should still share their tokens completely so that the atmosphere is conducive, and they simply freeze their tokens regularly to keep prices stable.
Yes, that is the wrong way. Why they have minimal the cost of possible dumping price that they all know after listing from the exchange it will dump. Bounty hunters helped to show up the project and they want profit, a company must have buyback implementation for the sake of their project and the bounty hunters. I also noticed that some projects are doing those strategies.
610  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto reinvestment without withdrawal to fiat on: February 04, 2019, 08:33:56 AM
Never interesting on gambling. Gambling is not an investment because its just speculation based on luck. Investment based on our analysis and its for long term gain. I am agree, real investment is potential we can see in the future
Never put that in your mind gambling is a kind of investment if all you want is to gamble. But investing in bankroll in a gambling site is good but as what you have said based on analysis and digging research is a must, the risk was always there. Crypto reinvestment without withdrawing to fiat is very easy but sometime you can't hold your temper especially if you badly need money.
611  Economy / Economics / Re: LESSONS FROM CRYPTO MARKET on: February 04, 2019, 07:18:31 AM
The main lesson is to understand the market, to know in which direction it goes, in what phase we are, why are we there, technical analysis? Fundamental? both fail, the main thing is to understand the market and only understand studying books, such as Wyckoff, Livermore, who were first-rate speculators, also Buffet who is a sensational investor.
You have a good point! If we can only fully understand the market then we can know the right time to enter and to exit in trading. There are many information around the internet that are useful in trading of cryptocurrencies.
Well, both of you have a point there, but analyzing is not an easy job. It might be still guessing on the market price not analyzing in the main thing that you might get profit. Perfect timing is a must that you need to perfect and get a lesson when you are failed on this. The word greedy is natural habitat on traders but the problem is you must know how to manage with it that not make things worse for you.
612  Economy / Exchanges / Re: The future of cryptocurrency exchanges on: February 02, 2019, 06:49:04 AM
Currently Binance is the biggest exchange in volume and trading in crypto world. When Nasdaq will come it will bring in more volume and we will have a very healthy competition between the exchanges. Overall Bitcoin exchanges will be the most profitable business in the future.
No doubt with Binance exchange they are good in service and less customer complaint, traders are looking for the high volume exchange that gives high profit. Yes, you are right but building a new exchange is not that just easy, there's a lot of exchanges out there they are all competitors so if you are new in business it is hard to build trust from the investors.
613  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New Exchange: Should I trade? on: February 02, 2019, 06:26:59 AM
I don't usually trust a newly launched exchange, I much prefer to go in trading if that exchange will reach at least 1 year old in service and less costumer complaint. Why you did not choose reputed one like Binance exchange or those exchanges that proven and tested when it comes in their service and to avoid the possible problem you may encounter near in the future.
614  Economy / Economics / Re: Opinions about the emergence of new Coins on: February 02, 2019, 05:17:06 AM
First of all, the new coins that will go to the market sooner are more established compared to others. Facebook is trying to develop a coin/cryptocurrency that each of their users could use for their social media activities and so on. For example in games and streaming. People tend to spend money through gaming and watching their idols to do so. Cryptocurrency/new coin of this type is very effective and will become the most established coins ever.
615  Economy / Speculation / Re: The market looks boring 2019 on: January 28, 2019, 04:08:37 PM
The situation is very difficult because we are after many months of price drops. In my opinion, the fact that the market is boring is much better than the next panic sell. Unfortunately, it looks like the rises will not come too soon, so you just have to get used to it and accept that for a long time you will be bored.
I hate that thinking away ahead or guessing what will happen to the market soon, but to tell you frankly I am that kind of investor to go with the flow in the market price movement and waiting the right time when my profit comes. Boring? I didn't feel that because I didn't visit the market price maybe twice a month but not daily. Actually, it is early to predict the market since we are now in the first quarter of the year.
616  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are Your Coins Safe on: January 28, 2019, 02:43:16 PM
snip-
So in order for you to loose your coins you must be in the following categories;

1. You must invest in a PoS coin
2. The PoS coin you invested in must be from the ones mentioned in the article
3. The attacker must know how to implement the attacks mentioned in the article
4. The attacker must be successful in the attack
So, he must follow what you say to lost the coins he has?
For me, you feel safe on your investment if you have the full power of the private key and password and it must have a 2FA google authentication and verified with Gmail that is very safe for me. If you want also safer there's a desktop wallet for cold storage.
However, it's our responsibility to keep our coins safe.
617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding a bag of useless illiquid tokens? Like I do? on: January 28, 2019, 12:43:54 PM
Except if this Crypto currency is a scam then it is right for you to make some actions against this coin but if they are legit investment then i suggest that you should consider the bearish market which is still in effect right now. If you will be just fair to see the market then you will understand that the whole crypto market is really in difficult right now that no wonder most of the Crypto currencies are looks like dead.
That case we may consider into some project that did not list yet in the market because of the market situation. I have a lot of tokens too but now still on my dashboard and wallet waiting to be listed on the exchange. It depends on project token that I held if I saw that it is profitable to hold, I'll hold but usually, I quickly trade to Ethereum or Bitcoin.
618  Economy / Economics / Re: LESSONS FROM CRYPTO MARKET on: January 28, 2019, 08:56:55 AM
I have learned from cryptocurrencies market that fear is the major reason why people lose money in trading.  In 2017 there are many coins that I could have hold one month extra and become rich but out of fear I sold them off.
Yes, make it a valuable lesson, because fear is a natural thing that happens in every human being, including myself. So for the future we must have confidence in the coins we hold. Because we learn from last year.
You don't afraid if you had to hold the right coins, the best coins to hold long-run purpose is Bitcoin. Don't be afraid, if you are real crypto enthusiasts you know how cryptocurrencies helpful our lives especially bitcoin. You got the lesson when everything had done you've lost already, so, avoid these things.
619  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Does a Legal Adviser make an ICO more "legal" and free from scams? on: January 25, 2019, 09:47:50 AM
I don't agree with this. I do understand it is important for us to at least consult with a lawyer or seek for some legal advice, however, I do understand as well that there are only .5% of lawyers and especially in the corporate lawyers are familiar with Cryptocurrency's ambiguous law. If you will seek a piece of legal advice, make sure to look for someone who really understands the law and the market of cryptocurrency for you to have better judgment in ICOs.
620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: January 24, 2019, 01:41:37 PM
I don't really know why people are still interested in that boring rematch. Pacquiao's last fight just showed how he slowed down and he's not that a beast anymore and he's turning like Mayweather who just wait and wait before he punches. Just give this up guys so you won't complain that are again rob with a show that's not really worth your money.
Correct, don't get me wrong, but the killer instinct of Pacman is gone, maybe he is really old boxer. So a rematch will eventually a boring fight and I'm not gonna buy and will probably watch a reply or just follow the news around.
Maybe he's an old enough on a boxing career, on his Broner's fight I didn't see the rapid punches that usually he used when he turning to a beast mode that makes opponent knock down. I heard rumors that the CEO of Floy Mayweather will say that Floy was retired on boxing career and he is now not showing interest on boxing. But hopefully, there's a rematch fight between Floy and Pacman.
