601  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with your Parents on: April 21, 2019, 11:06:12 PM
Gambling will always involve money and as a son I will never bet with my parents. Moreover my parents aren't gamblers and I have never told them about my gambling activities. It would be impolite and it would seem strange here if a son gambled at one table with their parents.
602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Developer,team or community on: April 21, 2019, 06:37:22 PM
Who is more important to the development of a project? Developer, Team or Community.
DEVELOPER: A developer is someone who invented a particular project(coin)
TEAM: A team is a group of people that came together to backup the project to ensure success.
COMMUNITY: Community are people that subscribe into the project to ensure continuity by investing in it and also promoting the project.
A developer came up with the project, team working with developer to pick it up from there, then community decide the last part of the project.
Without a developer,we cannot have a project,Great team will surely influence the acceptability of a project, the end result depend on the community, then who is more important to the success of a project?

To be successful, a project requires all these things. None can walk alone without assistance from other parties. Developer, team and community need to work together in accordance with their fields so that the project can survive and get a warm welcome from the public.
603  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin now a stable coin? on: April 21, 2019, 03:13:56 PM
Pls guys any recommendations on ways forward as regard bitcoin trading?...the coin seem to me now as Tether (USDT )...lol

Sometimes the price doesn't move in a large range and looks like it's stable. But certainly that won't last long. Fluctuations will occur at other times and with different ranges. We only need to wait for the right time to enter and to exit.
604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 21, 2019, 10:45:28 AM
today Premier league match

Everton vs Man Utd
Arsenal vs Crystal Palace
Cardiff City vs Liverpool

And not difficult to picked which teams will win for those match because i believe Man Utd, Arsenal, and Liverpool will win the match and get full points

All big teams; MU, Arsenal and Liverpool, need to get three points from these matches. The odds for MU seems fair enough for a single bet. It's around 2.25. And for Liverpool and Arsenal games, I think to make a parlay that consist of those games plus the MU one will be good too. The parlay will give us an odds at around 4.00.
605  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When did you start trading? on: April 20, 2019, 07:48:24 PM
I Start Trading since 2016.  But I was New Comer. That time i lost my capital. But At Present I Am Adult In Trading. Now I Am Profited Feom This Markets . I Am Earning Huge Money From Trading.

Good to hear that you are now profited. Tbh, you came in the ideal year. 2016 was the year when the bull was otw. I myself, start trading crypto at 2014 when the price of bitcoin was around $500 but I am not so lucky when the price hit its peak. I mostly will sell my coins.when I hit my target
606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Greed is bringing loss for traders on: April 20, 2019, 01:26:50 PM
in my opinion. the best way is to set a realistic expectation. for example, when the coin reaches 5X. I should sell it. If u expect an unrealistic 100X, u may not get anything, at the end.

Yes, putting a realistic target would be better than letting it flow all the time because we wait for a big multiplier. We can then make another buy order after taking advantage of our previous trading session. Without a plan / target, we may be greedy and want to get a profit that might never be achieved or if it could be achieved, it will take a very long time.
607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 20, 2019, 09:22:03 AM
I think Man city will win but I hope for a DRAW and LFC to take the lead, lets see how this game  play's out....

gonna be sitting tight in my chair this noon Smiley

I think so. Manchester City will win today's match against Tottenham Hotspur. MCT need to get 3 points to ensure that their chances of lifting the Premier League trophy this season are maintained. And of course in retaliation for what happened in a Champions League match where MCT must recognize Tottenham's superiority.
608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO makes me sick on: April 20, 2019, 06:49:18 AM
Many investors have failed to benefit from the ICO and many of them have run out of capital like me too, now it is very difficult to find a really good ico, I myself am also confused, now many ico projects appear, the analysis must be really right
Just like you even I have burned my fingers in these ico investments. Earlier the ICOs were really good. I was one of the early investor of IOST and was able to ripe profits as well. But not with so many fake ICOs and such a large number. I am out of it as of now. Will try back again in bullish market.

Based on what happened today, we must be very careful if we want to invest in a new project or leave it if we don't have enough time to do the analysis. Ico's hype is already over and it will be difficult to benefit from it again.
609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The worst story continues again. on: April 19, 2019, 12:39:54 AM
Worry no more.

The market starts to show on how easy it is to recover. Slow but there's a strength to show to those who have bought it while its on sale. Stop looking at $20k level, we'll be there soon. Look to it right now as it is and $5,300 is a better price compare the past years except 2017.

Yes, prices especially for bitcoin have shown a good signal now and we should not refer to the highest prices to determine when to enter the market. Now, though not so drastic, at least the passion to continue trading or using crypto currencies will gradually rise again.
610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2018-2019 on: April 18, 2019, 11:51:28 PM
The first round of the semifinals  will be played on the 2nd of May 2019

Eintracht Frankfurt – Chelsea

Arsenal – Valencia

My best bet right now is two English teams in the final!

The possibility of two English teams to advance to the final stage is greater. Hopefully there will be no surprises from Eintracht Frankfurt or Valencia, therefore our predictions will come true.
611  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Learning to trade on: April 18, 2019, 04:31:36 PM
I have been learning how to trade btc and altcoins by myself and having my experiences. I read online articles on trading signals and what to watch out for.  I've made some profits and lost a good deal.  Good thing I started with very little capital. Right now everything looks so negative especially as btc went so bearish.

I need advice on how to improve my trading because I really want to do this Angry

Keep trading with the small capital hence you will get experience day by day which I am sure will give you more knowledge to improve your trading skill. Lose and win in trading is so common and we should learn from our previous experience to get better result in the future.
612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Greed is bringing loss for traders on: April 18, 2019, 01:47:35 PM
Of course everyone has their own profit target. Some have targets per day, per week and also monthly. There is nothing wrong with large or small targets. As long as it's profitable, of course it's not wrong for someone to have their own target. If you experience a loss that is the risk obtained.

And once the target has been reached, a trader should end the trading session. In the past when bitcoin reached its peak and most altcoins were also increased in prices significantly, there were some greedy traders who insisted on holding their coins instead of selling them even though they already had the chance to get a good return because they believed that prices would continue to rise and never come down. Greedy is indeed bad if we feed it all the time.
613  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any reason to day trade anything other than bitcoin? on: April 18, 2019, 08:28:22 AM
because if we trade in coins other than bitcoin we can earn two times more than trading bitcoin and other coins. so my reason besides trading bitcoin is that is my reason

So what coins do you trade? Trading coins other than bitcoin might give us good results once or twice but the question is, can trading with such coins give us repeated opportunities to get good profits? From my own view, there are some coins which are pumped once or twice and then the price drops deeply and never rises significantly again. While with bitcoin where fluctuations have been tested, the opportunity to collect profits, although not so large, does exist. Bitcoin prices can fluctuate in a good range almost every day.
614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who's your favorite to win this year's Champions League ? on: April 18, 2019, 06:05:58 AM
I edited the poll. 4 teams left !
Time to vote again.

Barcelona and Liverpool have the good chance to lift the trophy this year, but unfortunately they have to beat each other in the semifinals. Although it's difficult to predict but I have a good feeling that Barcelona will be able to overcome Liverpool in the semifinals. Tottenham and Ajax are two teams that are able to reverse the predictions of most people and their achievements to date have been very good but Barcelona is a team with a myriad of achievements and have a winning mentality. The final match will be between Barcelona vs the winner of the other game, THP/Ajax, and Barcelona will be the champions.
615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2018-2019 on: April 18, 2019, 03:15:53 AM
surprisingly, Ajax defeated Juventus and Manchester City defeated by Tottenham. the two favorite teams at the moment are Barcelona and Liverpool, but 2 black horses can be the winner. we are waiting for the final results of this drama-filled story.

But unfortunately, Barca and Liverpool have to meet in the semi-final which means one of the dark horses - Ajax or Tottenham - will advance to the final round. But yes, the quarter-finals gave us good entertainment where the results of several matches were very surprising. I hope that in the final we will see another more exciting game.
616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2018-2019 on: April 17, 2019, 12:46:33 PM
Porto vs Liverpool

With a 2-0 aggregate advantage, Liverpool can play a little relaxed tonight. They don't need to go to attack first. Porto will definitely play offensively and will leave a gap in the back line which of course can be very dangerous if Liverpool did counterattack. Liverpool will advance to the semifinal.
617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you gamble? Please voice your opinion! on: April 17, 2019, 05:42:33 AM
5. Occassional gambler - trying luck

I gamble only when I have spare money, even though I visit gambling site almost every day. I tried my luck with higher payouts in the hope that with just a few greens I could withdraw the money I won. When I am lucky, I will leave a small portion for fun while chasing the other good luck if possible.
618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHIT COINS WILL ALWAYS DISAPPOINT on: April 17, 2019, 04:20:17 AM
I have to come realize that because someone made huge profit from a newly listed coin or a shitcoin doesn't mean it will go the same way of profit for you.

I had bought some few shitcoins and newly listed coins that were making some waves, those coins are currently a shadow of their entering prices. I should have left my money in bitcoin instead of gambling with my bitcoin and end up been burnt. Some of these project have technical issues, which I think will end up killing the project.

We can always play safe with bitcoin/fiat or bitcoin/USDT or just leaving our holdings in good altcoins rather than getting on a rat race chasing shitcoins for possible Lambo, which in effect will lead to  wrecking and regretting.

Indeed, there are shitcoins that are pumped when listed on exchange but for a limited time only and if we choose the right time to sell all our shitcoins, we might be lucky. But to hold it for a long period of time will certainly give us a great opportunity to be disappointed.
619  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who's your favorite to win this year's Champions League ? on: April 16, 2019, 10:47:32 PM
Juventus has lost and the prediction of most voters, including me, has been wrong. Ajax once again made a surprise and qualified for the semifinals. And at the other game, Barca easily beat Manchester United and qualify for the semifinals.
620  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to be A Good Trader? [new] on: April 16, 2019, 06:31:06 PM
Never sell for llosses that is only things needed to call you as good trader but it may take long time as well if the prices are bearish so you need to have some strategies for making profits then you will be called as smart trader.

True, to be a smart trader we must always believe in our own plans combined with patience. Patience will be tested when we see a bad price movement. I think most people will afraid to keep holding their coins when the down trend occur. Panic mostly that will trigger our mind to change our plans, which is a bad behaviour I guess.
